1. All the applications must be affixed with recent passport size photo on the right margin of the application.
2. The photos must be self attested.
3. The self attested certificate must be enclosed along with the application.
The applications along with necessary certificates must reach to the following address at 5.45 p.m on or before 10.03.2015. The applications received after 5.45 p.m on 10.03.2015 will not entertained.

Instructions to the candidates
1. If a candidate wants to apply for more than one post he/she must submit separate
application's for each and every such post.
2. Please tick the specific code for the relevant post in the application.
3. All applications should be submitted in the prescribed format, only by post. 4. The recent pass port size photograph of the candidates affixed on the application,
should be self attested on the top of the photograph. The photograph should not be
stapled and the photograph should be affixed in the appropriate place.
5. Only self attested copies of certificates should be submitted along with the application. Original certificates need not be sent.
6. Incomplete applications will be summarily rejected. If any of the claim of the applicant
is found to be false, the candidature of the applicant will be cancelled without any
notice.
7. All further communications /Memo/Intimation for Interview will be made only through
website ecourts.gov.in/salem/history. “No individual communication will be sent to the
applicants other than the communication made in the website, and so the applicants are
advised to observe further communication in the website.”
8. The applicants should submit xerox copy of the photo ID residence proof along with the application. It may be any two of the following.
1. Driving license
2. Pan Card
3. 1st page of Bank Passbook
4. Voter's ID Card
5. Ration Card.
