On this part, there is summary of different sectors and other types of financial statements.  The Appendix includes the following: 1) Appendix (A): contains the financial statements items which related with other sectors. 2) Appendix (B): contains the financial statements items which related with banking sectors. 3) Appendix (C): contains the financial statements items which related with insurance sectors. 1-2 Guide purpose The summary of the guide are:  Provide the users with unique procedures to facilitate the submitting the financial statement.  This guide will be used as training guide for how to submit the financial statement. 1-3 Guide usage The user who eligible to use this guide should read the guide before submitting the financial statements:  Financial Manager of the company.  External Auditor.  Data Entry of financial statements. 1-4 Guide Editable   This guide can be able to add or edit the guide content due to develop the program or change of the legal, accounting specifications. Qawaem Program MCI provide the tool which help accounting firms and company to prepare the financial statement automatically for depositing the financial statement purpose. The content of this tool contain of three different forms which include many sectors according of view and disclose the accounting criteria’s. Those sectors include banking, insurance and other company. 2-1 Financial statements items The sectors are different based on view and disclose the accounting criteria’s. Therefore, the design has been built for every sector that contain financial items.  Other sectors This sector include all institution which include commercial, industry or services field except the banking and insurance sectors. Full Administrator rights for the machine and Full Access rights (Create/Edit/Delete) for the Qawaem Program Installation folder are required to install the iFile Client Tool. 6. Internet Connectivity for Version Check (Note: The above given software requirements are necessary for iFile Client tool to function properly. There is no constraint on the sequence of the installations. However, it is advisable to install .NET Framework and Visual Studio® Runtime before installing iFile Client tool.) 2-3 Explain of using Qawaem Program   Once the installation has been done, click on the icon. Follow the next steps: 1) Choose the appropriate language. 2) Click on create filing button. 3) Enter CR which consist of 10 digit number. 4) Enter the name of the Company based on Commercial Registration Certificate. 5) Enter legal Entity type. For example: Limited liability company, Joint Stock Company. 6) Select the sectors or reporting entity: A) Banking sector. B) Insurance sector. C) Other sector. 7) Select the type of calendar e.g., Hijri or Gregorian calendar. 6|Page Qawaem Program Download Guide 8) Select the Current Reporting Period Start Date. 9) Select the Current Reporting Period End Date. 10) Select the Previous Reporting Period Start Date. 11) Select the Previous Reporting Period End Date. 12) Description of Presentation Currency Used in Filing in Riyal Saudi as a default. 13) Select the Level Of Rounding For Monetary Values which are: A) Actual. B) Thousands. C) Millions. D) Billions. 14) Select Whether Company Is Preparing Financial Statements For First Time Since Establishment. (Note: if the company has been created for the first time of the financial statement, please select “Yes” from the dropdown list.) 15) Select the Nature Of Financial Statements which are: A) Consolidated. B) Company level. 16) Select Type Of Filing which will be Annually. 17) Click on submit button. 18) If the calendar has been select in hijri, click on the date as the step 8, 9, 10,11. 19) The new window will appear when press on the type of calendar. 20) Select the dates. 7|Page Qawaem Program Download Guide 21) Click on OK button. 22) After clicking on OK button, the new window will be open and it will show the company information filing. 23) The user can edit the information through the following optional window: A) Change the filing details of the company. (Refer into step 38). B) Add or remove the remarks on the financial statements numbers. C) Add or remove the auditor report (refer into the step 39). D) After complete the financial statement, the user can create the financial statement (refer into the step 40). After clicking on the Details of scope of audit cell, the user can fill the information which related with scope of audit. 28) If the auditor has a qualification report. The user has to register the qualification and click on the specific text to write the report. 29) If the auditor has an opinion report. The user has to register the opinion and click on the specific text to write the report. 30) If the auditor has an emphasis report. The user has to register the emphasis and click on the specific text to write the report. 31) The user should write Name of partner signing off auditor's report. 32) The user should write Registration number of partner signing off auditor's report. 33) The user should write License date of signing partner. 34) In the field of Name of audit firm. This date should be greater than financial statement date. 38) If the user found any wrong data which has been entered in the company filing. The user can select the icon of change filing details. A new window will be appear as below picture. The user able to determine the cell and select on add or remove the text. The new window will appear to edit the text. 40) After the user has been finished from filing the financial statement, the user can click on “Generate Financial Report” button. Then the user should click on “Save” button. The file will be save as zip format. The user can maximize the screen through clicking on maximize button and discover the error message which related with company filing. 43) The validation result table show the all errors which exist in the financial statements.
