LAYUNIN NG PAGSASANAY
1. Naipaliliwanag bakit ang Scouting ay napakabisang
tulong sa solusyon ng mga suliranin ng Pilipinas;
2. Nakagagawa ng mga plano para sa pagsariling pagpapaunlad ng kakayahang tumupad sa mga tungkulin
bilang patrol/ crew leaders;
3. Nakagagawa ng mga makabuluhang gawain para sa
epektibong pag-unlad ng pagkatao ng nga kasapi sa
patrol/crew upang maging responsable, disiplinado,
may pakialam, at maaasahang tao sa kanyang sariling
tahanan, sa Troop/Outfit, , sa pamayanan, at sa ilang
(outdoor);
“ Kung datihan na ako sa kapisahan,
bakit pa ako naririto?”

4. ROTATION OF CREW LEADERS – The CL is elected on the 1st day,
then the Role of the CL will be rotated to the other members every
end of the AM and or PM Training Sessions.
COURSE ROUTINE
5. CREW FLAG
Each crew will have to create their respective crew flag, which
symbolizes your group, carry it w/ pride & dignity. Crew Flags
should not be leaved unattended.
6. STAFF AREA
The staff area is off limits to all the trainees. Counselors who are
member of the course staff should be the one going to their
respective Crew Corner.

8. SPARE TIME ACTIVITY - If the Course is NOT in SESSION,
consider this as your Crew’s Spare Time Activity, which you
need to spend wisely in doing Crew Assignments / Projects /
Corners Improvement.
