Project Supervisor
Hisar School Arts and Culture Center
Hisar School Arts and Culture Center caters to the needs of its
students and parents as well as the population located in Göktürk at
large. The facility offers the infrastructure (stage, practice rooms and
studios) for performing arts as well as sports activities. Hisar
Academy which is a brand name created under the umbrella of the
Arts and Culture Center offers training to nearly 400 young students
in areas of arts, music, performing arts and sports on week-ends.
The Project Supervisor role is involved in almost all aspects of the
activity that takes place at the Hisar School Arts and Culture Center.
Entire backstage management of the following events and hosting
celebrities is a central part of the Project Supervisor’s role:
 Stage performances by national or international celebrities
 Stage performances by Hisar School/ Hisar Academy
students and faculty
 National day celebrations
 Exhibitions at the Arts and Culture Center entrance hall
In addition to these, the role requires Hisar Academy scheduling and
coordination activities, procurement, sales and support activities for
the Hisar Gift Shop, day to day management of the technical staff
and procurement of supplies for the entire establishment.
Requirements:
 A Bachelor’s degree from a well respected university.
 Excellent communication skills both in English and Turkish.
 Experience in a similar role.
 A working knowledge of record keeping, invoicing, collections,
etc
 Candidates should be flexible enough to accommodate the
needs of the Arts and Culture Center where some of the
activity takes place over the week-ends and after hours.
