POSLOVNA VIZIJA PRETOČENA U USPJEH. Priča o SUTON grafičkoj industriji započela je prije punih 20 godina. U
tom razdoblju je početna vizija o stvaranju tvrtke pretočena u
pravi poslovni uspjeh. Svaka nova godina poslovanja je nosila
novi napredak, pa i onda kada gospodarska i društvena zbivanja nisu bila najpovoljnija. Ispravnim poslovnim potezima i
stručnošću rukovodstva tvrtke danas smo jedna od vodećih
tvrtki u grafičkoj branši u regiji. Naše ime je sinonim kvalitete grafičkih proizvoda i usluga čemu svjedoče brojni uspješni
projekti iza nas.
SUTON d.o.o. uz centralnu tvrtku i tiskaru u Širokom Brijegu ima i svoje podružne tvrtke za komercijalne poslove i to:

odrednicom budućeg poslovanja.

During this period the initial vision of creating a company has
transformed into a real business success. Each year of the
business was carrying a new progress, even when economic
and social situation were not good in general. Smart business actions and professionalism of the management made
us one of the leading companies in the printing industry in the
region today. Our name is synonymous of the quality printing
products and services as evidenced by numerous successful
projects behind us.
SUTON d.o.o. with the central business and printing house in
Široki Brijeg has its subsidiary companies for commercial activities: SUTON PRINT d.o.o. Zagreb in Croatia and SUTON
PRINT d.o.o. Podgorica in Montenegro. Indeed, this is not our
final reach and our plan is to continue further expansion in regional markets. Accordingly to that, our share in export increase
which we consider as important determinant of future business.

Povijest i razvitak
SUTON grafička industrija danas iza sebe ima 20 godina uspješnog rada. U svom poslovanju najdulje smo djelovali pod imenom HERCEGTISAK koje
je po svom radu veoma poznato i cijenjeno na ovim prostorima. HERCEGTISAK d.o.o. se 2005. godine podijelio u dvije tvrtke te je time grafička proizvodnja, odnosno tiskara, organizirana u SUTON d.o.o. Novo ime tiskara je dobila po osnivaču tvrtke gosp. Anti Sutonu koji je njen 100% vlasnik. SUTON
d.o.o. je danas renomirano ime na tržištu s dugogodišnjom tradicijom, iskustvom i neospornom kvalitetom proizvoda i usluga. Iako smo u vremenu od
osnivanja do danas izrasli u pravu gospodarsku veličinu i jednu od vodećih tvrtki u grafičkoj branši u Bosni i Hercegovini i regiji, rado i s ponosom se
prisjećamo naših početaka i faza razvoja od kojih izdvajamo neke ključne trenutke: 1991. - početak poslovanja s jednim malim strojem za tisak reklamnopropagandnih proizvoda, 1994. - kupovina profesionalne grafičke opreme i zapošljavanje većeg broja djelatnika, 2000. - kupovina vlastitog poslovnog
prostora od Tvornice obuće Lišto u Širokom Brijegu, 2002. - pokretanje industrijske proizvodnje bilježnica mekog i tvrdog uveza (prve takve vrste u
Bosni i Hercegovini), otvaranje tvrtke u Hrvatskoj, 2003. - dobivanje certifikata za sustav kvalitete prema međunarodnoj normi ISO 9001/2000. i njegova
implementacija, 2004. - povećanje izvoza na tržište Hrvatske te Srbije i Crne Gore, 2005. - izdvajanje grafičke proizvodnje u samostalanu tvrtku SUTON d.o.o., 2009. - investicija u grafičku opremu u vrijednosti cca. 1,5 mil €, 2010. - pokretanje tvrtke u Crnoj Gori i rast prihoda od 25%, 2011. – 20
godina uspješnog poslovanja! Čitavo vrijeme svog poslovanja nastojali smo kupcima na jednom mjestu pružiti vrhunsku kvalitetu svih grafičkih proizvoda i
usluga. Za ilustraciju ćemo spomenuti samo neke brojke koje govore same za sebe: 8.000 m² vlastitog poslovnog prostora, preko 80 stalno uposlenih
u našim tvrtkama, više od 250 stalnih/dugogodišnjih kupaca iz Bosne i Hercegovine i susjednih zemalja. Sve ovo su podaci koji nas motiviraju na daljnje
napredovanje. Upravo oni su potvrda da se upornost i trud isplati.
History and Development
SUTON graphic industry today has 20 years of successful work. In our business history for the longest period we have acted under the name HERCEGTISAK which was very well known and respected for its work in this area. HERCEGTISAK d.o.o. was divided into two companies in 2005. and afterwards the
graphic production was organized in SUTON d.o.o. New name of the company was given after the founder Mr. Ante Suton, who is its 100% owner. SUTON
d.o.o. today is a renowned name in the market with a long tradition, experience and the highest quality products and services. Although we have, in the time
from the establishment until today, grown into a big company and one of the leading in the printing industry in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region, we
are happy and proud to remember our origins and stages of development of which we state out certain key moments: 1991 - start a business with the small
printing machine for advertising products, 1994 - purchase of the professional graphic equipment and hiring more employees, 2000 - purchase of own
office space from the Shoe factory Lišto in Široki Brijeg, 2002 - launching of industrial notebooks production of soft and hard binding (the first of its kind in
Bosnia and Herzegovina), opening a company in Croatia, 2003 - certification of quality systems according to international standard ISO 9001/2000. and its
implementation, 2004 - increase of export to the Croatian market, as well to Serbia and Montenegro, 2005 - separating of graphic production in an independent company SUTON d.o.o., 2009 - investment in the printing equipment worth approx. 1.5 million €, 2010 - opening a company in Montenegro and
revenue growth of 25%, 2011 - 20 years of successful business! All the time we have tried to provide superior quality of printed products and services to
our customers at one place. For illustration, we will only mention some figures that speaks for themselves: 8,000 sq m of office space of our own, over 80
full time employees in our companies, more than 250 permanent / long term customers from Bosnia and Herzegovina and neighboring countries. All these
figures keep us motivate to further progress, as well as the proof of our perseverance and hard work.

Tiskara SUTON je opremljena modernom tehnologijom u
svim segmentima grafičke proizvodnje te smo koristeći strojni
park i stručna znanja naših uposlenika u mogućnosti proizvesti
širok asortiman grafičkih proizvoda.
Printing house SUTON is equipped with a modern technology in all aspects of graphic production and using the machines
and the expertise of our employees we are able to produce a
wide range of graphic products.
GRAFIČKA PRIPREMA I MONTAŽA
U odjelu grafičke pripreme i montaže posjedujemo dva Luscherova CTP osvjetljivača ofset ploča koji su garancija kvalitete i brzine u pripremnoj fazi proizvodnje za tisak.
GRAPHIC PREPRESS AND INSTALLATION
In the graphic prepress and installation department we have
two Lüscher CTP platesetters which are a guarantee of quality and speed in the preparatory stage of printing production.
TISAK IZ ARKA
Odjel za tisak iz arka je opremljen s: 1. HEIDELBERG SPEEDMASTER B1 – osmerobojnim ofsetnim strojem, 2. HEIDELBERG SPEEDMASTER B1 – petobojnim ofsetnim strojm,
3. HEIDELBERG SPEEDMASTER B2 – dvobojnim ofsetnim
strojm, 4. HEIDELBERG GTO – jednobojnim ofsetnim strojem. Ovakav strojni park garancija je kvalitete, brzine i raznih
mogućnosti tiska od kojih ističemo: tisak na papire i kartone
od 60 do 400 gr., tisak kolorni CMYK + 4 spot boje (iz skala
PANTONE, HKS, SCE), tisak na posebne podloge (svila, platno, paus) koristeći specijalne brzosušeće boje, zaštitni tisak
UV bojilima vidljivima tek pod UV svjetlom.
SHEET-FED PRINTING
Department for the sheet-fed printing is equipped with:
1. HEIDELBERG SPEEDMASTER B1 eight-color offset press
2. HEIDELBERG SPEEDMASTER B1 five-color offset press
3. HEIDELBERG SPEEDMASTER B2 two-color offset press
4. HEIDELBERG GTO one-color offset press. This fleet of
machines is a guarantee of quality, speed and variety of printing options from which we emphasize: printing on paper and
board 60-400 gr., color printing CMYK + 4 spot colors (from
the scales of PANTONE, HKS, SCE), printing on special surfaces (silk, linen, tracing) using a special drying paint, protective UV printing inks visible only under UV light.

mata A4 s mogućnošću lijepljenja, 2. KOMORI – kolornom
rotacijom koja tiska 16 stranica formata A4 u prolazu s mogućnošću lijepljenja. Na ovim strojevima tiskamo tjednike,
časopise i brošure koji imaju više od 32 stranice formata A4
i zahtijevaju daljnje procese grafičke dorade šivanja žicom
ili mekog uveza lijepljenjem. Na njima, također, proizvodimo letke i akcijske kataloge formata A4 i A3 jednostavnije
grafičke dorade savijanja i lijepljenja koji izlaze iz stroja kao
gotov proizvod.
GRAFIČKA DORADA
Odjel grafičke dorade opremljen je strojevima koji omogućuju
sve vrste uveza: 1. Linija za tvrdi uvez, 2. Linija za meki uvez –
lijepljenjem, 3. Linija za meki uvez – šivanjem žicom. Proizvodi
koje izrađujemo na ovim strojevima su:
1. TVRDO UVEZANE KNJIGE, formati A6 – A3, debljina
knjižnog bloka od 0,5 – 7 cm, ravan i zaobljen hrbat, sve vrste
tvrdog uveza, cijelopapirnate, cijeloplatnene i poluplatnene
korice (s mogućnošću segmentnog nanosa UV laka, foliotiska,
suhog žiga, sitotiska), isijecanje indeksa na knjižnom bloku.
Proizvodi ove vrste uveza koje ističemo su: luksuzno opremljene monografije, rječnici, rokovnici itd.
2. MEKO UVEZANE KNJIGE, formati A6 – B4, debljina knjižnog bloka od 0,4 – 7 cm, knjižni blok lijepljen, knjižni blok
šivan i lijepljen, korice s klapnom i bez klapne (s mogućnošću
segmentnog nanosa UV laka, foliotiska, suhog žiga). Proizvodi

machines we print weekly bet bulletins, magazines and brochures that have more than 32 pages in A4 format and requires further processes of graphic finishing as stitching wire
or soft binding gluing. We also produce leaflets and sales catalogues in A4 and A3 formats which requires a simple graphic
finishing with folding and gluing that coming out of the machine as a finished product.
GRAPHIC FINISHING
Department of graphic finishing is equipped with the machines capable for all types of binding: 1. Line for hard binding, 2. Line for soft binding - gluing, 3. Line for soft binding - stitching wire. Products that are produced on these
machines are:
1. HARD BINDING BOOKS, formats A6 - A3, book block
thickness from 0.5 to 7 cm, straight and curved spine, all kinds
of hard binding, whole-paper, whole-canvas and half-canvas
covers (with the possibility of segmented layers of UV varnish, foil stamping, dry seal, screen printing), cropping index
on book block. Products of this type of binding that we stand
out are: luxurious monographs, dictionaries, diaries, etc.
2. SOFT BINDING BOOKS, formats A6 - B4, book block
thickness from 0.4 to 7 cm, book block glued, book block

ove vrste uveza koje ističemo su: udžbenici za školu, brošure,
katalozi, časopisi, reklamni blokovi, knjige itd.
3. PROIZVODI ŠIVANI ŽICOM, formati A6 – B4, korice s
klapnom i bez klapne (s gore navedenim karakteristikama UV
laka, foliotiska, suhog žiga). Proizvodi ove vrste uveza koje ističemo su: radne bilježnice za školu, pisanke, zadaćnice, rječnici,
kajdanke, brošure, časopisi, reklamni leci, katalozi itd.
4. PROIZVODI SPIRALNOG UVEZA, kalendari formata A6
– A2, knjige, brošure, katalozi, reklamni blokovi formata A6
– A4, korice tvrde i meke, debljina knjižnog bloka od 0,2 – 2
cm
5. POSEBNE VRSTE PROIZVODA, to su proizvodi koje radimo na dokumentnim papirima s vodenim žigom poput štednih knjižica za banke, radnih knjižica, glasačkih listića itd.
Ostale vrste proizvoda koji zahtijevaju jednostavniju grafičku
doradu, a koje proizvodimo su: leci, plakati, ulaznice, vrećice,
vobleri, blok kocke, fascikle, numerirani blokovi, razne vrste
obrazaca, likovne mape, didaktičke kutije za školu, kolaži obični i samoljepljivi itd.
Za sve navedene proizvode nudimo mogućnost vakumiranja
folijom. Također, za luksuzne monografije, rječnike, kataloge
i slične proizvode po želji izrađujemo posebne kutije koje će
proizvodu dati još luksuzniji izgled.

brochures, magazines, advertising flyers, catalogues, etc.
4. SPIRAL BINDING PRODUCTS, calendars A6 - A2, books,
brochures, catalogues, advertising blocks formats A6 - A4,
hard and soft covers, book block thickness from 0.2 to 2 cm.
5. SPECIFIC TYPES OF PRODUCTS, these are the products
that we are working on documents paper with a watermark,
such as savings books for banks, work documents, ballots,
etc.
Other types of products that requires a simple graphic finishing, which we produce, are: leaflets, posters, tickets, paper
bags, wobblers, cube blocks, folders, numbered blocks, various types of forms, visual maps, teaching boxes for school,
plain and self-adhesive collages, etc.

PROIZVODNJA BILJEŽNICA
Odjel za proizvodnju bilježnica opremljen je fleksografskim
strojem za tisak iz role. Proizvodimo bilježnice: formata A4 i
A5 šivane žicom, korice s UV lakom i gliterima.
PROIZVODNJA ADING ROLA
Odjel za proizvodnju ading rola opremljen je strojem koji
proizvodi ading role različitih širina od 2-21,5 cm i različitog
promjera do max. 19 cm. Papiri na kojima proizvodimo ading
role su: termo papiri, samokopirajući papiri i standardni ofsetni papiri.
SITOTISAK I TAMPON TISAK
Odjel za sitotisak i tampon tisak opremljen je odgovarajućim
strojevima na kojima radimo reklamni tisak (odnosno dotisak)
na upaljače, privjeske, kišobrane, vrećice itd. Posebno ističemo sitotiskarski stroj za nanos UV laka i glitera koji svojim
segmentnim isticanjem određenih otisnutih površina daje dodatni vizualni efekt proizvodu. Ovaj stroj koristimo kod: korica za meki uvez, korica za tvrdi uvez, korica za bilježnice, razglednica itd.

For all of these products we offer the possibility of packing in
heat-shrinkable foil. Also, for luxury monographs, dictionaries, catalogs and similar products on request we produce special boxes that will make product looks even more luxurious.
NOTEBOOKS PRODUCTION
Notebooks production department is equipped with the flexographic printing machine for printing from roll. We produce
a notebooks: A4 and A5 stapled with wire, cover with UV
varnish and glitter.
ADDING ROLLS PRODUCTION
Adding rolls production department is equipped with the machine that produces adding rolls of different widths from 2 to
21.5 cm and of different diameters up to max. 19 cm. Papers
on which we produce adding rolls are: thermal paper, selfcopy paper and standard offset paper.
SCREEN AND PAD PRINTING
Department for screen and pad printing is equipped with the
appropriate machines that we use for advertising print on the
lighters, key holders, umbrellas, paper bags, etc. In particular,
we emphasize screen printing machine for applying UV varnish and glitter which provides an additional visual effect of
the product with its segment highlighting of certain printed
surface. This machine is used for: soft binding covers, hard
binding covers, notebooks covers, postcards, etc.

Već 10 godina proizvode naše tiskare izvozimo van granica Bosne i Hercegovine. Započeli smo s izvozom bilježnica
za školu i ostalih školskih proizvoda na tržišta svih zemalja ex Yu. Potom smo ostvarili suradnju s nekim izdavačkim
kućama radeći knjige i časopise za iste. Zadnjih par godina,
pored navedenog, svakog kvartala radimo izvozni posao za
talijansku tvrtku Fabriano. Također, ponosni smo na činjenicu da imamo kupaca i iz Austrije te Njemačke i Švicarske.
Vrijednost našeg izvoza u 2011. je bila cca. 15% od ukupno
ostvarenog prometa u toj godini, a plan je da se isti u narednim godinama poveća i dosegne 40-50% od vrijednosti naše
godišnje proizvodnje.
For 10 years already our printing products are exported outside Bosnia and Herzegovina. We have started with the export of school notebooks and other school products to the
markets of all countries ex Yu. Then, we have cooperated
with some publishing houses abroad by printing the books and
magazines for them. Last few years, in addition to the above,
each quarter we export our products for the Italian company
Fabriano. Also, we are proud of the fact that we have customers from Austria, Germany and Switzerland. The value of our
exports in 2011. was approx. 15% of the total turnover in the
year and a plan is to increase it in the coming years and reach
40-50% of the value of our annual production.

Aktivnosti
Od gotovo samog početaka poslovnog djelovanja uključeni smo u brojna društvena događanja prepoznajući važnost aktivnog
sudjelovanja u razvoju društvene zajednice kojoj pripadamo. U prvom redu, kao sponzori velikog broja sportskih klubova i
natjecanja, rado podržavamo temeljne vrijednosti sporta koje su ujedno i odlika našeg poslovanja. Natjecateljski duh, timski
rad, disciplina i želja za pobjedom naša su zajednička filozofija. Drago nam je što naš uspjeh možemo iskoristiti i kao podršku
mladim i talentiranim sportašima, umjetnicima, intelektualcima i svima drugima koji nam istu redovito uzvrate sjajnim postignutim rezultatima.
Jednako tako, želeći dati svoj doprinos općem dobru, pomažemo brojne humanitarne organizacije i projekte. Podizanje svijesti
o tome koliko smo zapravo potrebni jedni drugima na neki način smatramo svojom odgovornošću, ali i velikom radošću što
možemo učiniti nešto za one manje sretne te našim primjerom i druge potaknuti na humanitarni angažman.
Svakim danom sve više raste i svijest o potrebi zaštite okoliša u cijelom svijetu. Kako je ovo pitanje od velike važnosti za budućnost svih nas, kroz brigu za okruženje u kojem živimo doprinosimo globalnim nastojanjima u sprječavanju zagađenja okoliša i
zaštite prirodnih resursa neophodnih za siguran život na Zemlji. Kao proizvodna tvrtka posebnu pažnju posvećujemo očuvanju
okoliša koristeći ekološki prihvatljive tehnologije i sirovine te papire sa FSC certifikatom.

Activities
From almost the very beginnings of our business we are involved in numerous social events recognizing the importance of active participation in the development of the community which we belong. In the first place, as well as sponsors of many sports
clubs and competitions, we support the fundamental values of sport which are also a feature of our business. Competitive
spirit, teamwork, discipline and desire to win are our common philosophy. We are pleased that our success could be used to
support young and talented athletes, artists, intellectuals and all others who return it to us with achieving great results.
Similarly, voicing our contribution to common well, we have been helping numerous humanitarian organizations and projects.
Raising awareness of how we actually need each other in some way we consider as our responsibility, but it is also a great joy
that we can do something for those less fortunate and use our example to encourage other on humanitarian engagement.
Awareness of environmental issues is growing every day worldwide, as well. This issue is of great importance for the future
of us all, so we through caring for the environment in which we live give our contribution to global efforts in preventing environmental pollution and protection of natural resources necessary for the safe life on the Earth. As a production company we
take special care of environment protection by using environmentally friendly technologies and materials, as well as the papers
with the FSC certification.
