Getting Started
Turning the Tablet on or off
To turn the tablet on:
Press and hold the Power key until the LCD screen turns on. Wait until
the Home screen appears; the tablet is now ready for use.
To turn the tablet off:
1.Press and hold the Power key until the Device Options menu appears.
2. Touch ok the screen to turn off the tablet.
Turning the Screen On or off (Standby)
When the tablet is on, you can turn off the screen to conserve battery
power. Simply press the Power key once to turn the screen off.
Press the Power key again to turn the screen back on.
To conserve battery power, the screen can be set to turn off
automatically when the tablet is not in use (between
15 seconds and 30 minutes).
This Screen timeout option can be found in the Display
menu.

About Applications
Preinstalled Applications
Some applications have been installed on your tablet for
your convenience. These applications include:
Browse the web.
Perform simple mathematical operations.
Take pictures or videos with the
frontfacing camera.
Check your e-mail.
Play music.
Access the Settings menu to adjust the
tablet’s options.

Connect to a Wi-Fi network
The Notification bar displays icons that indicate your tablet’s Wi-Fi status.

[no icon] There are no Wi-Fi networks in range, or the Wi-Fi radio is off.
1. Turn on the Wi-Fi radio if it is not already on. To turn on Wi-Fi:
a.Go to the Home screen: Press the Home key.
b.Open the Settings menu: tap the icon right up on the home screen to
get into the launcher, then touch Settings icon.
c.Open the Wireless & networks menu: Slide the icon to ON status.
When Wi-Fi is on, the tablet will look for and display a list of available
Wi-Fi networks.
If a network that you have connected to previously is found,
the tablet will connect to it.If you don’t see your network in the
list, you can force the tablet to re-scan. To scan for networks,
tap the Menu key, and then touch Scan.

2. Select an available Wi-Fi network to connect to:
In the same Wi-Fi settings menu above,touch a network in the list.
If the network is open,the tablet will prompt you to confirm connection to the
network. Touch Connect to confirm.
If the network is secured (as indicated by a Lock icon),the tablet will prompt
you to enter a password or other credentials.Touch the Wireless password box
to show the on-screen keyboard and then use it to enter the password. Touch
Connect to confirm.
When you have successfully connected to a Wi-Fi network, the Notifications
bar at the the low of the screen will show a Wi-Fi signal indicator.
To learn about how to add a Wi-Fi network
when it is not in range or when the router
is set to obscure the network name (SSID);
or to configure advanced Wi-Fi options,
please refer to the manual.

Optional Connections
Connecting to a Computer
Connect the tablet to a computer to transfer files.
1.Connect your tablet to the computer.
With the included USB cable: Plug the small end of the cable into the USB 2.0
high speed connector of the tablet. Plug the large end of the cable into an
available USB 2.0 high speed port on the computer.
2.When your tablet is connected,slide up the USB icon right down on the
screen and then touch icon USB connected.
3.Mount the storage.
Touch button Turn on USB storage to mount the tablet’s built-in storage.
When it is mounted, you can copy files to or from your tablet.

Troubleshooting
1. Device can not connect to Wi-Fi
- Ensure the wireless network is working by testing it using another
wireless device.
- Ensure the device and the wireless router is within the range of the
wireless network and tobe connected too. Walls or other obstructions
will reduce the possible distances betweenwireless devices.
- Ensure the security password is correct.
2. Device doesn’t turn on
- You can not turn on the device when the battery charge is below
the critical level,situation so please charge the battery.
- Press the RESET button on the top of the device to restart is.
- Check if the adaptor is connected correctly.
3. Heat Issues
- When running many applications, or setting the screen on highest
brightness, or when being charged, this device can get quite hot.
This is normal and should not cause any inconvenience when in
use.
4. System has anomalies and doesn’t work correctly
- Installing some third-party applications may cause the system not
operate correctly.
Press the RESET button or press system reset to resolve this issue.
5.Cannot set E-mail or registration application
- Make sure that the MID is connected to a Wi-Fi network and can
connect to the Internet.
- your E-mail settings have been entered correctly for the account
being accessed.
- Make sure your system time and local time are correct.
6. Can not record
- Press the RESET button on the top of the device, then check if the
record function works correctly.

Troubleshooting
7. The stand-by time of the device is too short
- The duration of the lithium battery varies with environmental temperature
changes and the service conditions. If the environment temperature is
too low or too high, the duration of the battery will be affected. It is
recommended to use this device at normal temperature.
- Battery life is dependent on using status. High volume, WIFI, and the
frequent use may cause the battery to be drained at a higher rate.
8.No sound via earphone
- Please check if the volume setting is 0.
- Please check if audio file is broken, and try to play another audio file to
confirm. If the audio file is broken, it may cause critical noise or static.
9. The color distortion of video or picture display
- Press the RESET button on the top of the device to resolve this issue.
10. Can not copy files
- Please check if the device is connected to the computer correctly.
- Please check if the memory space is full.
- Please check if the USB cable is broken.
11. No sound or no image via HDMI Output.
- Please check if the device is connected to HDMI cable correctly,
and the TV setting of HDMI port is correct.
- Please check if the HDMI cable is broken.
- Press the RESET button on the top of the device,
then check if the HDMI output function works correctly.

Please follow up the next step to fix the other troubles before you return
the MID/Tablet PC to us:

Warranty Terms and Conditions
Bitmore products are supported with One (1) Year Guarantee of good operation.
Please read carefully the warranty terms, before using this product.
Info Quest Technologies, guarantees that for the valid period of the warranty, will cover with
all available means and resources, all possible defects that the product may appear. In order
for the warranty to be valid, the product must be operated in accordance to its purpose,
specifications and under normal conditions.
Warranty Period:
The Warranty is valid for one year, starting from the date the product has been purchased.
Please keep your receipt or invoice, since it will be used as a proof of the purchase date and
validity of the warranty.
The Warranty is valid if:
1. The device's serial number is clearly visible and has not being altered in any way.
2. The product is delivered at Info Quest Technologies' Service Labs, accompanied with the
lawful receipt or invoice -where the date and the device name are clearly stated- a brief
description of the problem, as well as any other evidence that may be requested for the
better solution of the problem.
The Warranty is NOT valid if:
1. The device's serial number is worn or altered.
2. The problem is the result of tweaking, bad connectivity, bad installation or misuse.
3. The problem was caused by accident, alternations of the power grid, liquid or fire, misuse
or neglect.
4. Liquid has got into the product.
5. Defects or damages were caused to the device or its accessories, due to bad postage or
transfer without proper packaging.
6. There are clear marks of dropping or damaging the device, like scratches, badly fastened
screws, cut cables, etc.
Warranty DOES NOT cover:
1. The normal wear of the plastic parts due to normal use.
2. Damage that was caused to the product due to customization or settings that are not
according to the technical specifications of the product.
3. Periodical maintenance and repair of the device or other accessories, as a result of
natural wear.

4. Transport expenses for the onsite visit of the technician.
5. Damages caused by accidents, lightning, water, fire, bad ventilation.
6. Installation of parts or equipment by third parties, unauthorized by Info Quest
Technologies to offer technical support.
Terms of transfer and charge:
1. The transfer of Bitmore tablets from and to the Service labs for repairing, happens with
liability and expenses of the user.
2. For the transfer of the product the original packaging should be used, which should be
maintained in good condition, in order to avoid possible damage during transport. In any
other case Info Quest Technologies in not liable for any damage of the product during
transport.
3. It the case that after technical inspection it is determined that repairing is not subject to
the aforementioned terms, the user is charged with transfer and inspection fees.
4. In the case that the user wishes to repair a problem, despite the fact that it is not
covered by the warranty, repair fees are paid by the user.
Other terms:
- Info Quest Technologies is not liable against the customer or third parties for any damage,
including evading revenue, deposits or other random or indirect damages, that may happen
due to usage, or the incapability of using the product.
- The warranty is valid without prejudice of the aforementioned terms that the user is aware
and accepts.
- For any difference that may come from these terms, liable are the courts of Athens and
the valid Greek Law.

Σύνδεση με την τηλεόραση
Για να συνδέσετε το tablet στην τηλεόραση:
1. Συνδέστε το μικρό άκρο του καλωδίου HDMI στη θύρα mini HDMI
του tablet.
2. Συνδέστε το μεγάλο άκρο του καλωδίου HDMI στη θύρα HDMI
της τηλεόρασης σας.

Αντιμετώπιση προβλημάτων
1. Η συσκευή δεν μπορεί να συνδεθεί μέσω ασύρματης σύνδεσης Wi-Fi
- Βεβαιωθείτε ότι το ασύρματο δίκτυο λειτουργεί δοκιμάζοντάς το με τη χρήση κάποιας
άλλης συσκευής με ασύρματη σύνδεση.
- Βεβαιωθείτε ότι η συσκευή και ο ασύρματος διακομιστής βρίσκονται εντός της εμβέλειας
του ασυρμάτου δικτύου στο οποίο επιχειρείτε τη σύνδεση. Οι τοίχοι ή άλλα εμπόδια
μειώνουν τις πιθανές αποστάσεις μεταξύ των συσκευών ασύρματης σύνδεσης.
- Βεβαιωθείτε ότι ο κωδικός πρόσβασης ασφαλείας είναι ο σωστός.
2. Η συσκευή δεν ενεργοποιείται
- Σε περίπτωση που δεν μπορείτε να ενεργοποιήσετε τη συσκευή όταν η φόρτιση
της μπαταρίας είναι κάτω από το κρίσιμο επίπεδο, φορτίστε την μπαταρία.
- Πατήστε το κουμπί ΕΠΑΝΑΦΟΡΑ (RESET) στο πάνω μέρος της συσκευής
για να την επανεκκινήσετε.
- Ελέγξτε αν το τροφοδοτικό είναι σωστά συνδεδεμένο.
3. Προβλήματα θερμοκρασίας
- Κατά τη λειτουργία πολλών εφαρμογών ταυτόχρονα ή όταν έχετε ρυθμίσει την οθόνη
στη μέγιστη φωτεινότητα ή κατά τη διάρκεια της φόρτισης, η συσκευή αυτή μπορεί να
θερμανθεί αρκετά. Αυτό είναι φυσιολογικό και δεν προκαλεί κάποιο πρόβλημα στη χρήση.
4. Το σύστημα παρουσιάζει ανωμαλίες και δεν λειτουργεί σωστά
- Η εγκατάσταση εφαρμογών τρίτων μπορεί να προκαλέσει τη μη σωστή λειτουργία
του συστήματος.
Πιέστε το κουμπί της ΕΠΑΝΑΦΟΡΑΣ (RESET) ή πιέστε το επαναφορά συστήματος
για την επίλυση του προβλήματος.
5. Δεν είναι δυνατή η ρύθμιση των λογαριασμών E-mail ή της εφαρμογής καταχώρησης
- Βεβαιωθείτε ότι η συσκευή MID είναι συνδεδεμένη σε ένα δίκτυο Wi-Fi και ότι μπορεί
να συνδεθεί στο Internet.
- Ελέγξτε ότι οι ρυθμίσεις των E-mail σας, έχουν καταχωρηθεί σωστά για το λογαριασμό
στον οποίο προσπαθείτε να αποκτήσετε πρόσβαση.
- Βεβαιωθείτε ότι η ώρα του συστήματός σας και η τοπική ώρα είναι σωστές.
6. Δεν μπορεί να γίνει εγγραφή
Πατήστε το κουμπί ΕΠΑΝΑΦΟΡΑ (RESET) στο πάνω μέρος της συσκευής και
στη συνέχεια ελέγξτε εάν η λειτουργία εγγραφής λειτουργεί σωστά.

Αντιμετώπιση προβλημάτων
7. Ο χρόνος αναμονής της συσκευής είναι πολύ σύντομος
Η διάρκεια της μπαταρίας λιθίου εξαρτάται από τις αλλαγές της θερμοκρασίας
περιβάλλοντος και τις συνθήκες λειτουργίας. Εάν η θερμοκρασία περιβάλλοντος
είναι πολύ χαμηλή ή πολύ υψηλή, η διάρκεια της μπαταρίας θα επηρεαστεί. Συνιστάται
η χρήση της συσκευής αυτής σε κανονικές θερμοκρασίες.
Η διάρκεια της μπαταρίας εξαρτάται από τη χρήση. Η υψηλή ένταση, το WIFI και η συχνή
χρήση μπορεί να προκαλέσουν την αποφόρτιση της μπαταρίας με υψηλότερο ρυθμό.
8. Δεν ακούγεται ήχος από τα ακουστικά
Ελέγξτε αν η ρύθμιση της έντασης του ήχου είναι στο 0.
Ελέγξτε αν το αρχείο του ήχου είναι κατεστραμμένο και δοκιμάστε να αναπαράγετε
κάποιο άλλο αρχείο ήχου για επιβεβαίωση. Σε περίπτωση που το αρχείο ήχου είναι
κατεστραμμένο, αυτό μπορεί να προκαλέσει στατικό θόρυβο.
9. Αλλοίωση χρωμάτων κατά την αναπαραγωγή βίντεο ή εικόνων
- Πατήστε το κουμπί ΕΠΑΝΑΦΟΡΑΣ (RESET) στο πάνω μέρος της συσκευής
για την επίλυση του προβλήματος αυτού.
10. Δεν είναι δυνατή η αντιγραφή αρχείων
- Ελέγξτε αν η συσκευή είναι συνδεδεμένη σωστά με τον υπολογιστή.
- Ελέγξτε αν ο χώρος της μνήμης είναι πλήρης.
- Ελέγξτε εν το καλώδιο USB είναι κομμένο.
11. Δεν υπάρχει ήχος ή εικόνα μέσω της εξόδου HDMI.
- Ελέγξτε αν η συσκευή είναι σωστά συνδεδεμένη με το καλώδιο HDMI, και η ρύθμιση
της τηλεόρασης ή της θύρας HDMI είναι σωστές.
- Ελέγξτε εν το καλώδιο HDMI είναι κομμένο.
Πατήστε το κουμπί ΕΠΑΝΑΦΟΡΑ (RESET) στο πάνω μέρος της συσκευής
και στη συνέχεια ελέγξτε εάν η λειτουργία εξόδου HDMI λειτουργεί σωστά.

Εγγύηση καλής λειτουργίας
Τα προϊόντα Bitmore συνοδεύονται από Εγγύηση Καλής Λειτουργίας Eνός (1) Έτους.
Παρακαλούμε διαβάστε προσεκτικά τους όρους εγγύησης που συνοδεύουν το προϊόν.
Η Info Quest Technologies, εγγυάται ότι για το χρονικό διάστημα ισχύος της εγγύησης, θα
καλύπτει με τον τρόπο και τα μέσα που διαθέτει τυχόν βλάβες που θα παρουσιάσει το
προϊόν. Απαραίτητη προϋπόθεση για να ισχύει η εγγύηση, είναι η χρήση του προϊόντος να
γίνεται με βάση τον προορισμό του, σύμφωνα με τις προδιαγραφές και τα χαρακτηριστικά
του, καθώς και κάτω από φυσιολογικές συνθήκες.
Έναρξη Εγγύησης:
Η εγγύηση ξεκινά από την ημερομηνία αγοράς του προϊόντος, που αποδεικνύεται με την
προσκόμιση νόμιμης απόδειξης ή τιμολογίου.
Η Εγγύηση ισχύει εφ' όσον:
1. Διακρίνεται καθαρά ο σειριακός αριθμός της συσκευής (Serial No) και δεν έχει
παραποιηθεί.
2. To προϊόν που μεταφέρεται στα εργαστήρια της Info Quest Technologies, συνοδεύεται
από τη νόμιμη απόδειξη ή τιμολόγιο αγοράς του - όπου αναφέρεται καθαρά η ημερομηνία
και ο τύπος του - από μία σύντομη περιγραφή της βλάβης, καθώς και από άλλα στοιχεία
που τυχόν ζητηθούν για την αποτελεσματική επίλυση της βλάβης.
Η εγγύηση παύει να ισχύει όταν:
1. Έχει αλλοιωθεί ή παραποιηθεί ο σειριακός αριθμός της συσκευής (Serial No).
2. Η βλάβη είναι αποτέλεσμα μετατροπών, κακής σύνδεσης, κακής εγκατάστασης ή κακής
χρήσης.
3. Η βλάβη προκλήθηκε από ατύχημα, μεταβολές της τάσης του δικτύου ρεύματος, υγρό ή
φωτιά, κακομεταχείριση ή αμέλεια.
4. Στο προϊόν έχουν εισχωρήσει υγρά.
5. Ελαττώματα ή βλάβη της συσκευής ή των εξαρτημάτων αυτής, προκλήθηκαν από κακή
αποστολή ή μεταφορά χωρίς κατάλληλη συσκευασία.
6. Υπάρχουν εμφανή σημάδια από πτώση ή παραβίαση της συσκευής, όπως γρατσουνιές,
στραβές βίδες, κομμένα καλώδια, κα.
Η εγγύηση δεν καλύπτει:
1. Τη φυσιολογική φθορά στα πλαστικά μέρη, ή ζημιές που προκλήθηκαν από ατυχήματα,
κεραυνό, νερό, φωτιά, ακατάλληλο εξαερισμό.

2. Ζημιά που προκλήθηκε στο προϊόν από τυχόν προσαρμογές ή ρυθμίσεις, που δεν
αντιστοιχούν στις τεχνικές προδιαγραφές του προϊόντος.
3. Περιοδική συντήρηση και επισκευή ή αλλαγή εξαρτημάτων, ως αποτέλεσμα φυσικής
φθοράς.
4. Έξοδα μετάβασης του τεχνικού για κατ' οίκον επισκευή.
5. Εγκαταστάσεις υλικών ή εξοπλισμού που έγιναν από τρίτους, μη εξουσιοδοτημένους
από την Info Quest Technologies.
Όροι μεταφοράς και χρεώσεις:
1. Η μεταφορά των προϊόντων Bitmore από και προς τα εργαστήρια για επισκευή, γίνεται
με ευθύνη και δαπάνη του χρήστη.
2. Για τη μεταφορά του προϊόντος πρέπει να χρησιμοποιείται η αρχική συσκευασία του
προϊόντος, η οποία θα πρέπει να διατηρείται σε άριστη κατάσταση, ώστε να αποφευχθούν
τυχόν ζημιές κατά τη μεταφορά. Σε αντίθετη περίπτωση η Info Quest Technologies δεν
ευθύνεται για τυχόν ζημίες του υπολογιστή κατά τη μεταφορά.
3. Στην περίπτωση που μετά από τεχνικό έλεγχο διαπιστωθεί ότι η βλάβη δεν καλύπτεται
από την εγγύηση για τους λόγους που αναφέρονται παραπάνω, ο χρήστης επιβαρύνεται
με τα έξοδα αποστολής και τεχνικού ελέγχου. Σε περίπτωση που ο χρήστης επιθυμεί την
αποκατάσταση της βλάβης, παρά το γεγονός ότι δεν καλύπτεται από την εγγύηση, τα
έξοδα επισκευής βαρύνουν τον χρήστη.
Λοιποί Όροι:
- Η Info Quest Technologies σε καμία περίπτωση δεν ευθύνεται προς τον πελάτη ή προς
τρίτους για οποιεσδήποτε ζημιές, μεταξύ των οποίων και για διαφυγόντα κέρδη, αποθετικές
ή άλλες τυχαίες ή έμμεσες ζημίες, που προκλήθηκαν εξ' αιτίας της χρήσεως, ή της
αδυναμίας χρήσεως του εν λόγω υπολογιστή.
- Η εγγύηση ισχύει με την επιφύλαξη των παραπάνω όρων των οποίων ο πελάτης έχει
λάβει γνώση και αποδέχεται.
- Για κάθε διαφορά ήθελε προκύψει από το παρόν, αρμόδια είναι τα δικαστήρια των
Αθηνών και εφαρμοστέο το Ελληνικό Δίκαιο.
