Invitation for participation in the competition
ETHNO FASHION DESIGNS OF CROATIA 2013
Dear designers,
We have the pleasure to invite you to the competition Ethno Fashion Designs of Croatia 2013, which will
be held on June 1, 2013 in Vukovar, organised by Cultural Center Gatalinka. The winners will be announced in
Vinkovci on June 2nd, 2013.
If you don’t want to compete, you can participate in the fashion show.
Competition terms
Schedule
The designers compete with 5 (five) outfits.
It is extremely important that the outfits are

exclusively inspired by traditional clothing from regions

inhabited by Croatians (Croats from Croatia, Bosnia and

The designs will be published in the magazine „Ethnorevija“
(Ethno Fashion Show) in February 2014.
Designers not participating in the competition but in the fashion show, should provide 5 outfits inspired
by traditional clothing. The designers must register for the competition no later than May 25th, 2013 and send
the registration form to the organizer including a CD with photographs of the registered outfits and ethno music
(duration 3 minutes). They are also part of the jury, which will evaluate the outfits created by competitors.
If there is a large number of registered outfits, the organizer will choose some of them.

The application fee of 200,00 kn, can be paid at the seminar in cash or transfered into the account of
