We invite you to participate in the multidisciplinary forum dedicated to the care of patients with advanced
car­diac and respiratory failure. The Forum will be held in Opatija, the “Pearl of Adria”, the residency of famous emperors and kings, writers and philosophers and many others. At this time Opatija will gather the world’s leading
experts in the fields of cardiology and cardiac surgery and present an interdisciplinary approach to optimize the
care of patients with advanced heart and respiratory failure. Coordinated and multidisciplinary team approach is
the key to the successful treatment and care of such patients.
