Δικαίωμα ψήφου: Έχουν όλοι οι κυπριακής καταγωγής ή υπηκοότητας φοιτητές του Ην. Βασιλείου. Μετά και τη λειτουργία του νέου εκλογικού κέντρου, έχει συμφωνηθεί και υπογραφεί από όλες τις παρατάξεις ότι οι απόφοιτοι δεν έχουν πλέον δικαίωμα ψήφου καθώς αυτό δημιουργεί προϋποθέσεις για ενδεχόμενη καλπονοθεία (ψηφοφόροι να ψηφίζουν και στα δύο κέντρα). Για να ψηφίσει κάποιος, πρέπει να φέρει απαραίτητα μαζί του: (α) τη Φοιτητική του Ταυτότητα στην οποία να αναγράφεται το Φοιτητικό Ίδρυμα και η χρονιά* λήξης ή ότι ισχύει κατά την τρέχουσα ακαδημαϊκή χρονιά. *Σε περίπτωση που στην φοιτητική κάρτα δεν αναγράφεται η χρονιά φοίτησης : Γίνεται αποδεκτή η NUS card μαζί με τη Φοιτητική Ταυτότητα ή Προσκομίζεται πιστοποιητικό από το εκπαιδευτικό ίδρυμα του φοιτητή (Certificate of Current Student Status) ή Σφραγισμένη απόδειξη πληρωμής διδάκτρων για την τρέχουσα ακαδημαϊκή περίοδο. (β) απόδειξη της κυπριακής του υπηκοότητας / καταγωγής όπως: - Πολιτική Ταυτότητα της Κυπριακής Δημοκρατίας - Διαβατήριο της Κυπριακής Δημοκρατίας - Πιστοποιητικό Κυπριακής Καταγωγής (για ομογενείς, το οποίο μπορεί να εξασφαλισθεί μόνο διά μέσου της Υπάτης Αρμοστείας στο Λονδίνο). (γ) σε περίπτωση ασκούμενου (Chartered / Barristers/ Solicitors κλπ) , να προσκομίζεται η σχετική βεβαίωση από την εταιρεία.
