Any language proficiency certificate such as TOEFL etc. is more than welcome, but not mandatory. This means that the classic visa regime will apply to the citizens of all those countries need a visa for entering the EU member states. Nationals of countries subject to visa requirements need to procure an entry visa for Croatia (VIZA C).
