CARATTERISTICHE PRINCIPALI
I modelli denominati WBA-E / WHA-E sono unità solo freddo e pompe di
calore.
Il fluido frigorigeno utilizzato è l’R410A.
L’intera gamma è costituita da un ampio numero di modelli con
potenza frigorifera da 74 kW fino a 917 kW ed è caratterizzata da
soluzioni attente all’efficienza energetica, alla silenziosità, versatilità e
alla semplicità nell’uso e la manutenzione.
I compressori utilizzati sono del tipo Scroll a spirale orbitante.
I condensatori sono del tipo a batteria con tubo in rame e alette in
alluminio ad alta efficienza.
I ventilatori impiegati sono del tipo assiale a basso numero di giri e
alta efficienza e possono essere comandati da un regolatore elettronico
di velocità.
L’evaporatore è a piastre saldobrasate in acciaio inox AISI 316 ed è

termicamente isolato con materiale espanso a cellule chiuse.
Il circuito frigorifero include la valvola di espansione con funzione
MOP, filtro deidratatore, indicatore di passaggio e umidità, pressostati
di alta e bassa pressione e valvola di sicurezza.
La regolazione dei refrigeratori avviene mediante un controllore
elettronico a microprocessore.
Per tutti i modelli della gamma WBA-E / WHA-E è attiva la funzione
di “unloading per alta pressione”, che permette il funzionamento
dell’unità anche in condizioni ambientali estreme.
Le carpenterie sono costruite in lamiera di acciaio al carbonio zincata
e con verniciatura a forno con polveri epossidiche per assicurare la
migliore resistenza agli agenti atmosferici.
Il colore delle unità è il RAL 7035.
MAIN FEATURES
Models WBA-E / WHA-E are only cooling units and heat pumps.
These units work with refrigerant R410A.
The whole range is composed of several models with cooling capacity
from 74 kW up to 917 kW and it is defined by solutions careful to
energy efficiency, soundproof, versatility and easiness of use and
maintenance.
Scroll Compressors.
High efficiency condenser coils are made of copper pipes and
alluminium fins.
Refrigerant circuit includes expansion valve with MOP function, drier
filter, sight glass, high and low pressure switches and safety valve.
Units are regulated by a microprocessor electronic board.
In all models of WBA-E / WHA-E range there is the “high pressure
unloading” function which guarantees the operation of the units even in
heavy weather conditions.
Frames are built in galvanized metal sheet and oven painting with
epoxy powder to ensure resistance to atmospheric agents.
Color is RAL 7035.
High efficiency fans are axial type with low RPM. They can be
regulated by an electronic speed regulator.
The evaporator is stainless steel AISI 316 brazed plates with thermal
insulation of close cells material.

Company
L’attività di Bicold Engineering ha inizio nel 2003. Si presenta come
nuova realtà produttiva nel mercato della refrigerazione commerciale
e industriale con una prima produzione di Unità Motocondensanti.
Nel corso degli anni, Bicold Engineering ha sviluppato un’intera
gamma di macchine dedicate al mercato del freddo ed offre, oltre
alle Unità motocondensanti, Centrali frigorifere multicompressore e
Refrigeratori di liquido (chillers) sia in versione solo freddo, pompe di
calore, motocondensanti e motoevaporanti.
Bicold Engineering was founded in 2003. From the very first beginning Bicold appears as a new reality of the commercial and industrial
refrigeration industry, presenting its first production of condensing units.
Nowadays Bicold Engineering continues its growth developing a whole range of units addressed to the refrigeration market: Condensing
units, Multi compressor packs and Liquid coolers (chiller) only cold,
heat pumps, motocondensing and motoevaporating versions.
