sperimentare in prima persona l’ELSA Spirit!
COME PARTECIPARE?

3)European Company Law; European impact on Business law
The european aspect is becoming more and more important question of each field of law. Many law offices
create new jobs with specialisation on this topic. Bussiness law is another sphere, which faces globalisation
mostly and the impact of the EU law on it is rising every year. We can be witnesses of creation of a new legal
branch “European Business law”. The key to understand the core of this topic is to get familiar with the
International Private Law, Registered capital and accounting, the ECJ Case Law, Supranational companies and
other similar legal issues. Due to this fact, ELSA Slovak republic, in cooperation with Department of
Commercial law of Comenius University, decided to organise Summer Law School on “European Company
Law”. Besides academic community, this topic is most frequent in international law offices and EU bodies,
where many professionals work with these issues day to day. OC will therefore invite a variety of international
guests from different countries, what will in the combination with young lawyers from Bratislava and Vienna
create interesting and complex view of this developing area of law. Besides rich academic program, you can also
look forward to plenty of different social activities, great clubs, lot of fun and Slovak cuisine. Organising such an
event is a chance for us to increase good reputation about our professionals, level of education and hospitality.
