Oltre cinquanta anni fa, nel 1960, ha fondato le Cartiere di Trevi, adottando una politica attenta allo sviluppo tecnologico e basata sull’offerta di prodotti rispondenti alle effettive esigenze del mercato. Nel corso degli anni il management, grazie soprattutto all’intuizione di dotarsi di un equipaggiamento produttivo tecnicamente versatile, ha progressivamente diversificato la produzione fino a offrire, oggi, 60.000 tonnellate annue ripartite fra 4 tipologie di carte e cartoni di alto livello qualitativo, diverse per contenuti tecnici e utilizzazione finale. The Graziosi family has been in the paper industry for four generations. More than 50 years ago, in 1960, it founded the Cartiere di Trevi paper mill, focusing on technological development and meeting the real demands of the market. Over the years, thanks to the management’s farsightedness in installing technically versatile manufacturing equipment, production has gradually been diversified so that we currently produce 60,000 tonnes annually, spread over 4 types of high quality paper and cardboard, each with different technical characteristics and target application. Già dal 1973, infatti, lo stabilimento dispone di un sofisticato impianto biologico di depurazione in grado di garantire che le acque di scarico rispettino l’ecosistema circostante. Il volume delle acque di processo, inoltre, si è progressivamente ridotto nel corso degli anni, in ottemperanza agli standard europei. Un laboratorio interno, inoltre, è in grado di analizzare la corretta compatibilità ambientale di ogni fase del ciclo produttivo. La produzione di carta richiede un notevole consumo di energia; l’Azienda perciò, sempre nell’ottica e nel costante impegno dell’ottimizzazione delle prestazioni ambientali e del risparmio energetico, tra il 1995 e il 2011 installa due impianti di cogenerazione che rendono le Cartiere di Trevi completamente autosufficienti da approvvigionamenti energetici esterni. Our commitment to the environment and our regard for the Umbrian landscape have always been at the root of the ecocompatible development strategies of Cartiere di Trevi. Already since 1973, the plant has had a sophisticated biological purification system, which guarantees that wastewater respects the surrounding ecosystem. Its volume, moreover, has been progressively decreased in the last years, according to EU standards. Our internal laboratory analyses the environmental compatibility of every phase of the production cycle. Paper production requires a considerable consumption of energy. Hence, again in keeping with our strong commitment to optimising our environmental performance and saving energy, the company installed two cogeneration plants in the 1995/2011 period, thus allowing the paper mill to become totally self-sufficient on external energy supplies. Dal 1999: UNI EN ISO 9001 per la qualità nei processi. Dal 2002: UNI EN ISO 14001/1996 per il Sistema di Gestione Ambientale. Dal 2007: OHSA 18001:199 per il Sistema di Gestione sulla Salute e Sicurezza nei Luoghi di Lavoro. Dal 2010: FSC (Forest Stewardship Council – Chain of Custody). 8 Thanks to this commitment, Cartiere di Trevi is one of the first paper mills in Italy to obtain the Quality System Certification. La massima qualità del prodotto è garantita da un’attenta selezione della stessa, da tecnologie innovative, dall’esperienza e da un laboratorio di analisi all’avanguardia. La gamma si sviluppa in quattro tipologie di prodotti. Carta uso packaging: per la produzione di imballaggi. Cartone grigio: per uso cartotecnico, nelle applicazioni editoriali, come interfalda nell’imballaggio di prodotti alimentari, nella fabbricazione di tubi a spirale. Cartoncini ad alta resistenza: per la produzione di tubi in linea e a spirale ad alta resistenza, questa categoria comprende anche gli Honeycomb per la produzione di pannelli alveolari, usati nell’edilizia e nelle aziende di arredamento. Cartoni laminati: destinati all’uso alimentare, scatole resistenti all’umidità e come separatori per casse di imballaggio. Product quality is ensured by our careful selection process, innovative technologies, experienced workforce, and a cutting-edge analysis laboratory. The range includes four product types. Paper for corrugated cardboards: to produce packaging; Greyboard: used to make boxes, in the publishing and bookbinding sectors, as padding for the packaging of foodstuffs, in the manufacture of in-line and spiral tubes, for use in building work, etc.; High-resistance board (Kraft): used for manufacturing highly resistant in-line and spiral tubes. This category includes honeycomb cardboard to make honeycomb panels used in the building and interior furnishing sectors; Laminated: laminated board with polymers used in the food sector, to produce moisture-resistant boxes, separators for packing cases and padding for the transport of building materials.
