Il processo su misura:
Il cliente, assistito e guidato dal nostro team di progettisti, fornisce tutte le informazioni necessarie relative alle proprie esigenze e alla parete da rivestire inviando al nostro team di
progettazione alcune immagini e le misure della parete. Segue l’elaborazione e l’adattamento del soggetto scelto che viene sviluppato secondo un concetto sartoriale su misura e il
successivo invio della bozza via e-mail.
Dopo l’approvazione del bozzetto, da parte del cliente, si passa all’elaborazione del file di stampa in alta risoluzione e alla prova di stampa sul supporto prescelto che viene inviato al
cliente per approvazione. Si procede, poi, alla stampa definitiva in alta risoluzione e all’invio della carta necessaria al rivestimento della parete come indicato nell’ordine.
Ogni singolo passaggio del processo produttivo segue accurati controlli per garantire la massima qualità del prodotto finito.
The bespoke process:
The customer, assisted and guided by our team of designers, provides all the necessary information regarding his needs and wall, sending some pictures and measurements of the
wall. After that, our designers will provide the development and adaptation of the chosen subject that is developed according to a concept tailor-made to measure and then sending
the draft via e-mail.
After approval of the sketch, by the customer, we’ll provide to the development of the print file in high resolution. After client approval we’ll proceed to the final printing and delivering the wallpaper as indicated in the order.
Every single step of the production process follows strict controls to ensure the highest quality finished product.

Oggetti di vendita o variazioni
Le caratteristiche dei prodotti sono descritte nel relativo catalogo e listino prezzi. In ogni caso, le descrizioni e i disegni hanno un carattere puramente informativo e N.O.W. srl si
riserva la facoltà di apportare eventuali modifiche e variazioni alle presenti condizioni generali di vendita, nonchè ai materiali, alle finiture, ai disegni e ai prezzi, senza alcun obbligo
di preavviso o d’indennizzo.
Termini di consegna
I termini di consegna, ivi compresi quelli indicati nelle conferme d’ordine, non potranno ritenersi vincolanti. E’ escluso qualsiasi indennizzo per eventuali ritardi nelle consegne.
Trasporti
La merce viaggia a rischio e pericolo del committente. Il destinatario è tenuto a controllare la merce in arrivo e contestare eventuali danni direttamente al vettore entro 7 giorni. I costi
di trasporto sono a carico del destinatario.
Pagamenti
Modalità di pagamento 50% all’ordine e 50% prima della consegna
Reclami
In caso di reclami , dovrà essere presentata una notifica scritta entro e non oltre 7 giorni dalla consegna a N.O.W. srl
Foro competente
Per qualsiasi controversia è sempre competente il Foro di Milano.
General sale conditions
Sales object or variations
The characteristics of products are describe in the relative catalogues and price lists in force on delivery.
However, descriptions and drawings have a purely informative character and N.O.W srl reserves the right to introduce possible technical changes about materials, details, drawings
and prices, which are necessary and useful in his un questionable opinion, even without warning.
Delivery terms
Delivery terms indicated in the Order Confirmation by the seller couldn’t be considered like binding agreements.
Any lateness shall not represent grounds for dispute and refund.
Shipment
Goods are sent under responsability of the buyer. The receiver must check immediatly the goods and contest eventually damages directly to the carrier in 7 days.
Payments
50 % at the confermation order and 50% before the delivery.
Complaints
In case of complaints, a written notification shall have to be submitted to the seller within 7 days from receipt of the goods.
Dispute
Any controversy shall exclusively be settled by courts of Milan, Italy.
