PROCEDURA DI MONTAGGIO E TENSIONAMENTO CUSCINETTO TENDITORE

Verificare che la cava per la chiavetta albero motore ( Y ) sia posizionata alle
ore 6.

Sul cilindro N° 1 , accertarsi che l’albero motore sia al PMI.
A
Partendo dall’albero motore, montare la cinghia di distribuzione in senso
antiorario.
Accertarsi che la freccia riportata sulla cinghia sia rivolta verso l’esterno
(Fig.1 )
Controllare che le tacche riportate sulla cinghia siano allineate con le tacche
di fasatura A, B e C
Bloccare il nuovo cuscinetto tenditore in modo da consentire di calzare
facilmente la cinghia e agganciare ad esso la molla.
Allentare il dado del cuscinetto tenditore in modo che lo stesso, sotto l’azione
cuscinetto tenditore
della molla, agisca sulla cinghia.
Ruotare di due giri l’albero motore in senso orario fino al PMI del fino al PMI del 1°
cilindro.Verificare che la cava per la chiavetta albero motore (Y ) sia posizionata alle ore 6.

Bloccare il dado del cuscinetto tenditore con la coppia di 32-40 Nm.
•

Rimontare gli altri componenti in ordine inverso a quello di smontaggio.
Bloccare la vite della puleggia albero motore con la coppia di 142-152 Nm.

MODALITY OF ASSEMBLING AND TENSIONTENSION-SETTING OF THE TENSIONER

Verify that the quarry for the stick of the crankshaft ( Y ) is positioned at 6
o’clock.
Verify that the crankshaft is to the TDC of the piston N° 1.
Assemble the new timing belt anti-clockwise, starting from the crankshaftpinion.
Verify that the arrow on the belt is turned towards the outside ( Fig. 1 )
Verify that the timing marks A, B e C are lined up.
Block the new tensioner so as to concur to mount easy the belt and couple
to it the spring.
Loosen the nut of the tensioner so that the same, under the action of the
spring, presses on the belt.
Rotate the crankshaft 2 revolutions clockwise until the TDC of the piston N° 1.Verify
that the quarry for the stick of the crankshaft (Y ) is positionated at 6 o’clock.

Lock the nut of the tensioner ( 32-40 Nm. )
•

Re-install other removed parts.
Block for good the bolt crankshaft pulley ( 142-152 Nm. )
