GEROtherm® Système géothermique
L’exploitation de l’énergie géothermique
proche de la surface (géothermie, respectivement fraîcheur de terre) devient principalement par des sondes géothermiques,
des capteurs horizontaux ou des pieux
énergétiques, qui sont des systèmes fermés et sans entretien. La pompe à chaleur
attachée veille à produire les niveaux de
température nécessaires pour refroidissement et de chauffage ainsi que pour la
production d’eau chaude.

Il trasporto del calore avviene tramite un
liquido termovettore; ad esempio miscela
d’acqua / glicole (salamoia) che circola nel
sistema di tubazioni (circuito primario). Il
sistema generalmente funziona con piccole differenze di temperatura: 2–4°K fra
mandata e ritorno con elevate percentuali
di salamoia. Per tenere alto il coefficiente
annuo di potenza dell’intero sistema è indispensabile mantenere piccole le perdite
di carico.

Die Nutzung der oberflächennahen Geothermie (Erdwärme, resp. Erdkühle) wird
hauptsächlich durch geschlossene und
wartungsfreie Erdwärmesonden, Erdreichkollektoren oder Energiepfähle realisiert.
Die angeschlossene Wärmepumpe sorgt
dafür, die benötigten Temperaturniveaus
für Heizung und Kühlung sowie für die
Warmwassererzeugung bereitzustellen.

Wichtigstes Bauteil der GEROtherm® Erdwärmesonde ist der Sondenfuss (Umlenkung). Er ist den grössten Belastungen
während Einbau und Betrieb ausgesetzt.
HakaGerodur hat deshalb den bereits seit
Jahren etablierten GEROtherm® Sondenfuss (Dim. 32 und 40 mm) weiterentwickelt und zum Patent angemeldet. Dieser
erfüllt die gestellten Anforderungen in jeder Hinsicht, wie:

Prinzip
Die Koaxialsonde GEROtherm®-Koax ist
eine Ergänzung zu den bewährten Doppel-U Erdwärmesonden.
Durch zwei ineinander geschobene Rohre
von DE 63 mm und DE 40 mm entsteht
eine Koaxialsonde. Die Soleflüssigkeit
­
fliesst durch den Ringspalt nach unten und
durch das Innenrohr nach oben. Dabei
wird die Flüssigkeit beim Heizungsbetrieb
aufgeheizt und resp. beim Kühlbetrieb abgekühlt.

Principe
La sonde coaxiale GEROtherm® est un
complément à la sonde double-U.
La sonde coaxiale se compose de 2 tubes
(Ø 63 mm + Ø 40 mm, tube en tube). Le
fluide caloporteur descend par le tube
extérieur Ø 63 et remonte par le tube
­
­intérieur Ø 40. La sonde coaxiale convient
pour chauffer et rafraîchir.
Principio
GEROtherm®-Koax è un completamento
della classica sonda verticale a doppia U.
Con i due tubi concentrici, uno di DE
63 mm e l’altro DE 40 mm si crea una sonda coassiale. Il fluido termovettore scorre
­attraverso il tubo esterno, mandata, fino
in basso per poi passare attraverso il tubo
interno, ritorno, fino in cima. Qui, il liquido
viene riscaldato nella modalità di
riscaldamento e rispettivamente raffred­
dato nella modalità di raffrescamento.
