LA STORIA
Gusella Equipment nasce e si
sviluppa alla fine degli anni ’50,
un periodo di grande sviluppo
economico, in cui il mondo delle
costruzioni necessita di apparecchiature ed equipaggiamenti
nuovi, in grado di rispondere alle
esigenze di un settore in costante
trasformazione.
L’intuizione di Enzo Gusella è
di quelle decisive: nel 1958
decide di diversificare la produzione, passando dalla costruzione di macchine per l’agricoltura
al settore delle attrezzature per
il sollevamento e la movimentazione di rottami e rifiuti.
Costante attenzione alla
soluzione delle problematiche,
investimenti in ricerca e sviluppo
di nuove tecnologie - le stesse
priorità di oggi - consentono
all’azienda di raggiungere presto
risultati di assoluta eccellenza:
nel 1969 nasce la prima benna a
polipo del mondo con mantello
strutturale, una novità assoluta
che permette di proteggere i tubi
flessibili e i componenti idraulici.
Oggi, dopo 50 anni di attività,
Gusella Equipment rappresenta il
partner ideale per tutto ciò che
riguarda equipaggiamenti per
gru, per la presa e la movimentazione di materiali sfusi.

HISTORY
IL KNOW HOW
Gusella Equipment was
formed during the great
economic boom of the late
1950s, when the construction
industry needed new apparatus
and equipment to meet the
demands of a sector in constant
evolution.
Chi opera in questo settore sa
che l’innovazione e la ricerca
costante di nuove soluzioni sono
alla base del successo industriale.
Gusella Equipment, grazie a una
crescita continua nel fatturato e
nell’organico, ha portato avanti
un piano orientato alla ricerca e
sviluppo e all’acquisizione di
macchinari e strumenti sempre
più specializzati.
Enzo Gusella had one of
those ideas that proved to be
decisive: in 1958 he decided to
diversify
production,
and
changed over from building farm
machinery to manufacturing
lifting equipment and apparatus
for moving rubble and waste.
Constant
attention
to
problem-solving, investments in
the research and development of
new technologies (still our
priorities even today) meant that
the company quickly achieved
outstanding results: 1969
marked the arrival of the world’s
first polyp grab with a structural
cover, a completely new product
which protected flexible tubes
and plumbing components.Now,
after fifty years in business,
Gusella Equipment is the ideal
partner for all equipment for
cranes, lifting gear and
machinery for moving loose
materials.

Gestionale: l’utilizzo del
sistema
SAP,
l’innovativo
software gestionale in grado di
controllare tutte le operazioni
aziendali ci consente di gestire e
pianificare la produzione in
maniera ottimale. Ogni processo
in officina viene assegnato a
ciascun dipendente direttamente
dal sistema, così come è il sistema
a registrare la provenienza di tutti
i componenti acquistati e montati
sui nostri prodotti, associando il
lotto d’acquisto al serial number
dell’attrezzatura. Grazie al
sistema SAP possiamo esercitare
un severo controllo di qualità su
tutti i nostri prodotti.
In terms of management: use
of the SAP system, the innovative
management software that
controls all the company’s
operations, enables optimal
production management and
planning. The system assigns
every process directly to a
member of the workshop team.
It also records the origins of
every component purchased and
fitted to our products, by
matching the batch to the
equipment’s serial number. The
SAP system allows us to carry out
stringent quality checks on all our
products.

BASAMENTO A MANTELLO IN ACCIAIO ANTIUSURA
Abbiamo eliminato la colonna centrale, quelle che erano protezioni
sono diventate una resistente struttura chiusa.
Inoltre questo ci ha permesso di creare spazio al centro del basamento
per ospitare i componenti idraulici e parte del rotatore GRI.
Oggi le nostre attrezzature hanno un’altezza inferiore rispetto alle concorrenti.

and those which were protections have become a resistant closed structure.
This has also enabled us to create room in the centre of the basement
to house the hydraulic components and part of the GRI rotator.
