AGAV viene fondata nel 1964 con sede e stabilimento a Villasanta ed è
tra le prime aziende in Italia ad utilizzare la tecnologia di spiralatura per la
realizzazione di fili elasticizzati. L’incremento dell’attività porta, nel corso del
1988, alla creazione di una nuova unità produttiva con sede a Gerno di Lesmo
dove viene realizzata la gestione dell’intero ciclo produttivo della ricopertura di
filati elastici con un parco macchine rinnovato di trenta spiralatrici e quattro orditoi.
AGAV si propone con un servizio completo alla propria clientela che può richiedere
il prodotto sia su bobine, sia già ordito su subbi. I valori che hanno consentito
all’azienda di crescere sono proprio quelli di una attenzione particolare alle
esigenze della clientela, di una flessibilità operativa, di un servizio personalizzato
che AGAV è in grado di offrire proprio perché sviluppa i propri prodotti per i
clienti e in collaborazione costante con loro. La produzione AGAV è ampia e
caratterizzata dall’impiego sia di lattice naturale (gomma) sia di fibre elastomeriche
(spandex), ricoperti con filati di varia natura (Poliammide, Poliestere, Viscosa, Cotone,
ecc.) AGAV è inoltre in grado di realizzare, grazie al suo laboratorio di sviluppo e
ricerca, prodotti appositamente studiati su indicazioni e richiesta del cliente.
AGAV was founded in 1964 with both head office and production activities
located in Villasanta. AGAV is one of the leading companies in Italy in the production
of elastic yarns via the spinning process. Increased demand led to the opening of
a new production unit in Gerno Di Lesmo with thirty new spinning machines and
four warping machines. AGAV can therefore offer a complete range of services to
its clientele, both for spooled and warped products. The values that allowed the
company to grow include a particular attention to the client’s needs, operational
flexibility, and a personalised service which AGAV is able to give developing its
products in collaboration with the client. The already wide and ever-growing range
of products is characterised by the use of both rubber and spandex, covered with
different types of yarns (Polyammide, Polyester, Viscose, Cotton, ecc.). AGAV is
also able to manufacture products on specific client instructions and based on the
client’s needs, thanks to its development and research laboratory.

Kale İplik A.Ş. decided to invest in Ring cotton-system facilities in 2012 according to its acquired
knoledge and experience in textile and yarns. Thus the company made this first step investing on
RING facilities wıth an indoor area of 20.000 m² and 32.000 spindles capacity.
The plant enables the RING production in a wide range of counts and blends, thanks to state of
the art technology.
The company can perform different spinning tecniques and spins both artificial fibers (viscose, modal,
micromodal and tencel) and synthetic fibers (polyamide, polyester or Acrilic) in pure or blends (artificial
/ synthetic) and also blends wıth natural fibers such as wool, angora, cashmere, cotton, silk and linen.
The company has been offering these products on the market since April 2014.
The quality of Kale Iplik is officialy and universally registrated with Oeko-Tex Certificate.

The Marchi&Fildi S/S collection 2016 is the expression of the harmony between
nature and technology. It gives new energy and dynamism to the “classical” materials
and aims to combine a futuristic vision with the return of “authenticity” and “natural”.
“First-fruits” of the season: cotton-based mouliné and semi-bright yarns for attractive
jersey effects and fine bouclé yarns for tridimensional fabrics. Moreover: refined silk
yarns or with modal, linen and viscose. Thin, round and regular yarns, with a “satin”
impalpable look suggest the creation of flourishing, just slightly covering fabrics.
Their naturally drape effect alternates with the transparent “voile” look of the crèpe
jerseys. Attractive open-end Viscose yarns, both solid and melange and with metal/
mother-of-pearl looks, are then available in many different counts ranging from Nm
13 to Nm 68. For a “blurred” fabric surface, don’t miss the slub-viscose and linen

creando due unità: con 15.000 m² e 58.000 m² a Kahramanmaras. Nel 2002 ha iniziato
l’attività con 9 macchinari, la produzione era cotone, viscosa e miste con filati OpenEnd. In seguito il macchinario è salito a 14 e altri nuovi investimenti sono stati fatti negli
anni 2006 e 2007.
Sempre seguendo le più moderne tecnologie, l’azienda ha ampliato le unità produttive
ad altri stabilimenti di 32.000 m² e 59.000 m² a Malatya con una capacità di 32.000
fusi - con macchinari 20 Rieter K45 compact.
Con l’ultimo investimento, la produzione arriva mensilmente a 500 ton di Open-End e
600 ton di filati Ring.

Sahtas Tekstil was founded in Istanbul, 2000. In the same year, it invested in a facility of
15,000 m² on a plot of 58,000 m² in Kahramanmaras. Having started production with 9
machines in 2002, the facility currently produces cotton, viscose and mixtures OpenEnd yarns with an improvement to 14 machines and 4,840 rotors as the result of the new
technological investments made in 2006 and 2007.
Following technological innovations closely, our company completed the construction
of its facility of 32,000 m² on a plot of 59,000 m² located in Malatya 2nd Organized
Industrial Zone and put into operation its facility with a capacity of 32,000 spindles
having established 20 Rieter K45 compact ring machine.
With the last investment, a production capacity of 500 tons of Open-End and 600 tons
of compact combed ring yarn is achieved per month.
Sahtas aims to ensure a competitive edge in the market with high quality in response to
customer needs as well as to maintain close relationships with suppliers and to make
