business-plan,
finalizzati all’efficientamento energetico dei patrimoni
immobiliari di proprietà o in uso alle stesse ONP.

PRESENTAZIONE DEL PROGETTO DI EFFICIENTAMENTO ENERGETICO DEL TERZO SETTORE
Inoltre BEIT intende fornire assistenza al Committente in tutte le fasi
successive del progetto che, a titolo meramente esemplificativo e non
esaustivo, vanno dalla richiesta di finanziamento alla realizzazione dei
relativi lavori di riqualificazione, alla predisposizione dei contratti di
manutenzione e/o contratti di Servizio Energia e alla successiva messa in
esercizio/gestione degli impianti, con l’obiettivo di garantire, per tutta la
durata del finanziamento, il raggiungimento dei livelli di performance
prefissati, sia in termini di risparmio energetico che di qualità del servizio.
