Etapes 1 : Préparation
ATTENTION ! Avant de commencer la mise à jour de votre téléphone, veillez à sauvegarder toutes vos données personnelles (sauvegarder tous vos contacts dans votre carte SIM
et vos photos sur votre PC).
La mise à jour efface toutes les données et réinitialise votre téléphone.
Si vous disposez de Windows 8 effectuez la manipulation détaillée à partir du lien suivant : http://goo.gl/x7rXxs
• Éteindre le téléphone (sa batterie doit être complètement chargée)
• Câble micro USB (fourni dans la boîte)

Etapes 2 : Lancement du logiciel de mise à jour
1. Téléchargez la mise à jour sur : http://fr.wikomobile.com/maj.php
2. Extrayez le fichier d’installation sur votre bureau
3. Exécutez le logiciel d’installation
4. Un message de sécurité apparait sur votre écran, cliquez sur «Oui» afin de télécharger le pilote. (Voir image ci-dessous)
5. Une fenêtre de chargement s’ouvre, (la durée de chargement du logiciel peut durer jusqu’à 5
minutes), s’il ne se lance ne pas, veuillez désactiver le contrôle compte utilisateur en
vous aidant du lien suivant : http://goo.gl/wqdCpC

6. ATTENTION! Si vous disposez d’un PC sous Windows 8, vous devez installer manuellement le pilote :
•
PC avec système d’exploitation de 32Bit : aller dans C:\TNvflasher\tool\usbpcdriver\dpinst.exe et cliquer sur dpinst.exe
•
PC avec système d’exploitation de 64Bit : aller dans C:\TNvflasher\tool\usbpcdriver\dpinst64.exe et cliquer sur dpinst64.exe
Un assistant d’installation apparaît sur votre écran :

Etapes 3 : Installation de la mise à jour
1. Une fois le logiciel lancé, cliquez sur « Download »
2. Lorsque le bouton « download» est grisé,
maintenez le bouton Volume + de votre
téléphone enfoncé, puis branchez votre téléphone éteint sur votre PC à l’aide du
cordon USB.

1. Le processus de mise à jour commence (a)… Attention, un message d’information
peut apparaître sur l’écran de votre téléphone (b) lors de la mise à jour. C’est le processus normal, il ne s’agit pas d’un message d’erreur.

4. La mise à jour est à présent terminée, débranchez le téléphone de
votre PC. Votre téléphone va redémarrer seul.
Etapes 4 : Vérification de la mise à jour
Afin de vérifier si la mise à jour s’est bien déroulée :
1.Veuillez-vous rendre sur le pavé numérique de votre téléphone
2.Composez le code suivant : *#563412*#
3. Vérifiez si vous êtes bien sur la dernière version (voir la version du logiciel
d’installation). Dans le menu « Wiko build version »
Félicitation !
Vous venez de terminer la mise à jour.

Step 1 : Preparation
CAUTION ! Before you begin the update of your phone, be sure to back up all your personal data (save all your contacts in your SIM card or your Google account and your pictures on your PC).
The upgrade erases all data and resets your phone.
If you have Windows 8 or Windows 8.1, perform the steps presented in the following

• Turn off the phone (its battery must be fully charged)

Step 2 : Launching the update software
1. Download the update at: www.wikomobile.com
2. Extract the installation file on your desktop
3. Run the installation software
4. A security message appears on your screen, click «Yes» in order to load the driver.
(See image below)
5. An installation window opens, (the installation may take up to 5 minutes), if it does not
launch, please disable the user account control by referring to the following link:

6. CAUTION! If you have PC with Windows 8, you have to manually install the
driver

PC with 32Bit OS: go to C:\TNvflasher\tool\usbpcdriver\dpinst.exe and click
on dpinst.exe

PC with 64Bit OS: go to C:\TNvflasher\tool\usbpcdriver\dpinst64.exe and click
on dpinst64.exe
Installation message appears on your screen, click on “next” and follow the instructions.

Step 3 : Installing the update
1. When the software starts, turn off your phone and click «Download»
2. When the «Download» button is grayed out,
long press the Volume + button
on your telephone, and at the same time, connect your turned off phone to your PC
using the USB cable.

3. The update process begins (a)… Caution, a descriptive message will appear on your
screen (b) during the update. This is normal update process, it is not an error.

4. The update is now completed, disconnect the phone from your PC. Your phone will
restart automatically.
Step 4 : Verifying the update
In order to check if the update was successful:
1. Please access the numeric keypad on your phone
2.Enter the following: *#563412*#
3.Verify that you have the latest version (see the software installation version)
in the menu «Wiko build version»
Congratulations!

Schritt 1: Voorbereiding
ACHTUNG! Sichern Sie vor Beginn der Aktualisierung Ihres Telefons Ihre persönlichen

Schritt 2: Start der Aktualisierungssoftware
1. Download der Aktualisierung auf: : www.wikomobile.com
2. Extrahieren Sie die Datei auf Ihren Arbeitsplatz
3. Führen Sie die Installationssoftware aus
4. Es erscheint eine Sicherheitsnachricht auf dem Bildschirm, klicken Sie auf «Diesen
Treiber trotzdem installieren» um den Treiber herunterzuladen. (Siehe nebenstehendes Bild)
5. Es öffnet sich ein Download-Fenster (der Download der Software kann bis zu 5 Minuten dauern); öffnet sich dieses Fenster nicht, die Kontrolle des Nutzerkontos

Schritt 3: Installation der Aktualisierung
1. Klicken Sie nach Start der Software auf «Download»
2. Wenn der «Download»-Button grau unterlegt ist.

Schritt 4: Überprüfung der Aktualisierung
Zur Überprüfung des fehlerfreien Ablaufs der Aktualisierung:
1. Öffnen Sie das Zahlenfeld Ihres Telefons
2. Geben Sie den folgenden Code ein: *#563412*#
3. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die neueste Version installiert ist (siehe Version der
Installationssoftware). Im Menü «Wiko build version»

1° passo: Preparazione
ATTENZIONE ! Prima di far partire l’aggiornamento del tuo telefono, assicurati di effettuare il back up di tutti i dati personali (salva tutti i tuoi contatti sulla SIM Card o sul tuo
account Google e salva le immagini sul computer). L’aggiornamento cancella tutti i dati
ed effettua il reset del telefono.
Se hai Windows 8 o Windows 8.1, segui i passi spiegati nel seguente link:

1. Scarica l’aggiornamento da : www.wikomobile.com
2. Estrai il file di installazione sul Desktop
3. Fai partire il software di installazione
4. Un messaggio di sicurezza comparirà sullo schermo, clicca su «Sì» per far partire il
caricamento del driver. (Guarda l’immagine sottostante)
5. Si aprirà una finestra di installazione, (l’installazione può durare fino a 5 minuti), se
non dovesse partire, dovrai disabilitare il controllo del profilo utente seguendo le

3° Passo: Installazione dell’aggiornamento
1. All’avvio del software, spegni il telefono e clicca su «Download»
2. Quando il pulsante «Download» diventa grigio,
tieni premuto a lungo il Volume
+ del telefono e, contemporaneamente, connetti il telefono al PC usando il cavo USB.
(durante questa operazione il telefono deve rimanere spento)

3.Il processo di aggiornamento ha il suo inizio (a)… Attenzione, un messaggio con
una descrizione comparirà sullo schermo (b) durante l’aggiornamento. Si tratta di un
processo standard, non di un errore.

4. L’aggiornamento è ora completato, sconnetti il telefono dal PC. Il tuo telefono ripartirà automaticamente.
4° passo: Verifica dell’aggiornamento
Per verificare che l’aggiornamento sia andato a buon fine:
1. Accedi al tastierino numerico del tuo telefono
2. Digita il seguente codice: *#563412*#
3. Verifica che si tratti dell’ultima versione (che trovi indicata nel software di
installazione) tramite il menu «Wiko build version»

Stap 1: Voorbereiding
OPGELET! Voor u aan de update van uw telefoon begint, kan u best al uw persoonlijke
data opslaan (sla al uw contacten op uw SIM kaart op of op uw Google account en uw
foto’s op uw PC).
De upgrade wist alle data en zet uw telefoon terug naar de fabrieksinstellingen.
Indien u Windows 8 of Windows 8.1 hebt, volg dan de stappen in de volgende link:

Stap 2: Lanceer de update software
1. Download de update via : http://nl.wikomobile.com/maj.php
2. Download het installatiebestand op uw bureaublad
3. Start de installatie van de software
4. Een veiligheidswaarschuwing verschijnt op uw scherm, click «JA» om de driver te
laden. (Zie beeld hieronder)
5. Een installatievenster opent, (de installatie kan tot 5 minuten in beslag nemen).
Als de installatie niet gebeurt, desactiveer de gebruiksaccountbeheer door naar de

Stap 3 : Installatie van de update
1. Als de software opstart, zet u de telefoon af en klik op «Download»
2.
Als de «Download» knop grijs is,
druk dan lang op de + volumeknop op uw
telefoon en verbind op hetzelfde moment uw uitgeschakelde telefoon met uw PC door
de USB kabel te gebruiken.

3. 3.Het update proces begint (a)… opgelet, tijdens de update zal er een beschrijvende
boodschap op uw scherm verschijnen (b). Dit maakt deel uit van het update proces en
is geen fout.

4.De update is nu voltooid. Koppel uw telefoon los van uw PC. Uw telefoon zal automatisch terug opstarten.
Stap 4 : De update controleren
Om te checken of de update geslaagd is:
1. Ga naar het toetsenbord op uw telefoon
2. Typ de volgende code in: *#563412*#
3. Controleer of u de laatste versie hebt (kijk naar de software installatieversie)
in het menu «Wiko build version»
