Unicità nella forma e
disegno del prodotto
Lo studio e lo sviluppo del SoccerPro MA X S è iniziato dal comprendere che una forma standard, piatta
a sezione rettangolare riscontrata
nei monofilamenti ne limita le
caratteristiche. Per questo motivo
dopo molte prove e tipi di rinforzo
abbiamo definito che la forma
particolare ad S (o ad onda) garantisce
notevoli vantaggi. La forma base del
prodotto è una doppia S.
Rinforzo centrale
La doppia onda a S è rinforzata nella parte centrale, caratteristica riscontrata nella maggior parte dei tipi
di manto in erba naturale. Assolutamente integrato nella doppia onda,
lo spessore centrale garantisce
un’ottima resilienza (350 Micron).
Simmetria nella forma
La forma particolare a doppia S disegnata dai nostri tecnici, garantisce
un’alta capacità nell’assorbimento
dello stress causato dal cambio direzione a cui è sot toposto
nell’utilizzo.
Uso di polimeri selezionati
Al fine di ottenere un contatto naturale con la superficie, il sistema
rispetta i parametri FIFA in materia
di abrasione. L’utilizzo dei polimeri
speciali selezionati fa in modo che
il prodotto trasmetta all’utilizzatore
una sensazione sempre più naturale. Un appropriato intaso del sistema farà il resto.
Il vostro fornitore v i può dare
consigli sui sistemi di riempimento e
sulle loro caratteristiche: il classico
granulo da pneumatico riciclato (InfillPro-P), uno speciale materiale
termoplastico (InfillPro-TP) oppure
il nostro innovativo e naturale InfillPro GEO (basato su fibre di cocco,
sughero e granuli selezionati).
Resistenza all’usura

Unique product shape
From the start of the development
of the SoccerPro Max S we have understood that the flat, rectangular
tapes used in most monofilament
products has enormous limitations.
Having evaluated many types of
construction reinforcements, we
have concluded that the S shape or
Wave shape has tremendous advantages. Basic shape of the product is
a double S-shape.
To ensure it’s strength the core is
well integrated in the shape and is
of unique thickness (350 micron at
the centre).
Symmetric shape
Our engineers do have a preference
to design a symmetric shape in order to be able to absorb stresses
from various directions of the grass
blade.
The usage of the enhanced polymer
assures that the product has a natural feel. The appropriate infill of the
system should do the rest.
Your supplier can advise you on the
available infill system and their respective characteristics: a classic
recycled SBR rubber, a special designed thermoplastic infill (InfillPro
TP) or our innovative, natural InfillPro Geo (based on coconut fibres,
cork and selected granulates).

The double S shape is reinforced
by a central core, as we can find in
most natural grass plants. The core
is really the heart of the grass blade.
In order to have a soft feel on the
surface the system has to meet
with the skin abrasion requirements
of the FIFA.
Both the shape of the product and
the usage of the enhanced polymer
strongly help the wear resistance
of the product and sets new perfor-
mance levels. Ever y product wears,
so does the SoccerPro Max S. The
combination of resilience, soft feel,
natural look and wear resistance is
however excellent in this product.
The importance of a maintenance
routine in line with the usage of the
field is of eminent impor tance to
extent the life time of the product.
Resilience
Resilience is here defined as the
capacity to keep the grass blades
upright and / or “ali ve”. A s explained before the SoccerPro Max S
is designed with this objective in
mind and performs even better
than targeted.

The monofilament fibre is the preferred fibre for matching with a
natural grass field. The SoccerPro
Max S standard applies two tones
of green color in its product, giving
a far more natural overall look.
The double S-shape reinforces the
natural look and definitely looks
more natural than a standard rectangular look.
Matt effect
The typical blinking look of a standard monofilament is histor y when
applying the SoccerPro Max S; the
shape and special polymer reduces
the blinking effect heavily.
Playing and footing
