La Barbieri sas fondata nel 1987, ha sempre
avuto come obbiettivo la fornitura su scala
internazionale di articoli tecnici industriali, in
particolare cuscinetti a strisciamento (Boccole
autolubrificanti o da lubrificare), filtri
sinterizzati e silenziatori per aria compressa.
Fin dagli inizi l’azienda ha cercato di sviluppare
prodotti e servizi innovativi che soddisfino le
esigenze dei clienti.
La rete di vendita si avvale di rivenditori che
coprono il territorio nazionale ed europeo.
L’azienda, al fine di mantenere un elevato livello
di competitività, ha intrapreso rapporti
commerciali con importanti player del mercato
asiatico, costruendo un’unità produttiva nel
territorio dello Sichuan con marchio Barbieri
(Barbieri China 1200 m 2 ); questa scelta
strategica di un controllo diretto sui processi
produttivi garantisce al cliente un’elevata
qualità e flessibilità dei prodotti.
La sede centrale della Barbieri Sas in Italia
dispone di 4000 m 2 ; in questa sede vengo
prodotti setti porosi sinterizzati ed effettuate
lavorazioni meccaniche e modifiche dimensionali
sugli articoli standard. Mediante la consociata
Copor Snc (produttore di silenziatori per la
pneumatica ed elementi filtranti metallici) la
Barbieri sas completa indirettamente la gamma
degli articoli offerti.
La Barbieri sas, in qualità di produttore, offre
una vasta gamma di articoli standard e su
disegno; la clientela può contare su un ampio
magazzino di articoli standard con un’elevata
qualità tecnica ed una consegna garantita in
24 ore ed una provata capacità di gestione degli
articoli speciali. La direzione è costantemente
impegnata nel rispetto della sicurezza sul
lavoro (Legge 81), nell’osservanza delle severe
norme stabilite dalle certificazione di qualità
(certificazione UNI EN ISO 9001: 2000), nella
ricerca e nello sviluppo di nuovi prodotti. Tutti

Since 1987 Barbieri sas worked as an
international supplier of industrial technical
products, particularly sliding bearings (selflubricated bushings or bushings to be
lubricated), sintered filters and pneumatic
silencer.
From the beginning the company strived to
develop innovative products and services that
meets customers needs.
Its sales network relies on local dealers who
cover the domestic and the European market.
The company established relationships with
important player of the Asian market in order
to gain a competitive advantage. Barbieri sas
ensures flexibility and product quality through
the direct productive process control building
a productive unit in the territory of Sichuan
(Barbieri China 1200 m2).
Barbieri sas headquarter in Italy is 4000 m2;
in this unit are produced porous sintered filters
and also machined standard products. In
addition to complete the range of products
Barbieri sas works in partnership with Copor
snc (Silencer for metal and pneumatic filters
producer).
Barbieri sas offers a wide range of items both
standard and customized; customers can rely
on a well-stocked warehouse with top-quality
standards products and a guaranteed delivery
in 24 hours.

processi di sinterizzazione
per produrre modelli
porosi: tubi, fogli e molte
altre forme su richiesta.
I grani di polvere vengono
sinterizzati ad una
temperatura di circa 200°C
a bassa pressione.
La porosità dei filtri può
essere variata entro certi
limiti: da 5 a 300 micron.
Porous plastic filters are
made in HDPE. Because of
its special properties,
Barbieri filters can be
process by special
sintering processes to
produce porous mouldings:
Pipes, Sheets, and many
shapes on request.
The powder grains sinter
at temperatures of about
200°C under a low
pressure.
The porousity of the filters
can be changed within
certain limits: from 5 to
300 microns.
