Aerobic Oxygen™ was introduced to me over twelve years ago and has been used in my home
and at my dental office to enhance the health of my family and dental patients. I have five children
and have been practicing since 1980. I have always been very hesitant to use antibiotics for myself
and for my family. I also have many patients who request other measures when faced with the
need for antibiotics. Through personal experience I have developed a great respect for the value of
this important product in maintaining optimum health both in the daily exposure to viruses and
germs and in the more serious infections that are confronted in the practice of dentistry. I have
developed some personal theories about how it works based on personal observations but have
not as yet conducted any clinical research to verify these theories. One thing I can say is that it
works. Here in point form is an outline of the ways I have used it and the results it has achieved:
In the Home:
We have used Aerobic Oxygen™ for treating infections in almost all circumstances that would
traditionally been treated with pharmaceuticals. Colds, coughs, earaches, flu, slivers, cuts and
abrasions have all been treated in my children using 10-20 drops three times a day. In only a
handful of instances the cold or flu remained beyond a day or two. In most cases the symptoms
were gone and the illness was under control within 24 hours. To this day our children turn as a
habit to a combination of Vitamin C, Aerobic Oxygen™ and Echinacea whenever they encounter
the flu or a cold.
In the dental office:
I have used a solution of Aerobic Oxygen™ to decontaminate dental extraction sites following the
removal of impacted and purulent wisdom teeth. In a blood field it was a revelation to me that the
dark purple colored blood that was coming from the diseased wound became bright orange upon
contact with the oxygen rich solution. This has led me to believe that the salts in Aerobic
Oxygen™ act as a carrier of the stable and useful oxygen (compared to hydrogen peroxide which
is caustic and harmful if used internally) which can penetrate any of the membranes of the body
and deliver the oxygen to areas unreachable with the large hemoglobin molecule which stays
within the circulatory system.
I have used Aerobic Oxygen™ to combat the infections associated with deep, contaminated
puncture wounds to my fingers and hands. Under these circumstances which can be life
threatening to a dentist due to the virulent and invasive varieties of microbes found in the human
mouth, I have rarely had such a wound even turn red. I have never had one that didn't heal within a
normal span of healing time.
I have recommended to many patients to use Aerobic Oxygen™ in conjunction with the water-jet
devices, or 3-5 drops on a toothbrush, which help heal and control periodontal disease. It is great
to have an alternative to traditional antibiotic therapy to offer to patients who hesitate to use
antibiotics whether by choice or due to allergies.
I recently developed "pinkeye" in my left eye and had a swollen eyelid and itchiness. My medical
doctor confirmed that it was a sty and told me that there are no antibiotics which can reach the
area of the eyelash follicle and that the most recent research suggest that the only course of action
is to use heat to encourage the infection to progress until the pus bursts and the infection goes
away. In my profession this is not a very feasible approach because of the importance of accurate,
unobstructed vision and the high risk of contamination to my patients. Pinkeye is highly contagious.
I took one dose of Aerobic Oxygen™ that evening at super and one more at bedtime. The next
morning there was no swelling, redness or itchiness and no sign of infection. I did not take any
more doses and the infection did not return.
Conclusion:
I would not hesitate to endorse this product. Furthermore, I would like very much to see extensive
research into its possible usefulness as an alternative oxygen carrier and definitive work on its
impact on pathogens of all sorts including viruses, bacteria and yeast. More information is needed
to explain its method of action and the possible role in enhancing the body's immune response.

STRESS RELIEF CENTER
The Stress Relief Center has been recommending the use of Aerobic Oxygen™ to their patients
for several years. These are some of the latest customer reports they have received.
1. My sister is a cattle rancher and during calving season gets very little rest and naturally
experiences a great deal of stress. Three years in a row she was stricken with pneumonia
and had to be hospitalized for several years. Two years ago I introduced her to Aerobic
Oxygen™ and she hasn’t suffered as much as the sniffles since. She takes Aerobic
Oxygen™ faithfully everyday and has introduced it to many of her friends.
2. At the age of 40, a friend of mine suffered from uterine cancer and endured a
hysterectomy. For about a year and a half following, her CEA level (the measurement of
cancer in the body through a blood test) was 138 (normal is 5 or less). She was also
experiencing bleeding from the rectum together with low energy and fatigue. I introduced
her to Aerobic Oxygen™ and within days she was feeling better. The bleeding from the
rectum ceased, she had more energy and was much more alert. In the meantime, she was
awaiting an appointment with a blood specialist who was to determine if she was suffering
from leukemia. After three months on the Aerobic Oxygen™ she kept her appointment
with the specialist who determined from her blood test that her CEA level had decreased to
32! She continues to feel well and the physicians have given her a clean bill of health to
date and she is back to living a normal life.
3. For several years my mother suffered from poor circulation, a condition compounded by
smoking. In her mid-seventies she developed leg ulcers which several doctors together
with home care nurses attempted to treat to no avail. Her condition worsened and she was
hospitalized in grave condition suffering from a multitude of problems. Although she was
stabilized after two weeks, no form of treatment was successful in healing the leg ulcers.
After a while gangrene developed on the bottom of the heel of her foot in the form of a
fairly large hole. As there is no know cure for gangrene, the only treatment in modern
medicine is amputation. I feverishly searched for an alternative method of treatment and
was fortunate to discover Aerobic Oxygen™ from Randy Widmer at Good For You. We
convinced the doctors to delay the surgery and began administering the Aerobic
Oxygen™ to my mother and within a week the foot began to heal. After another two weeks
the gangrene was gone and the hole in her foot was healed, not to mention the leg ulcers.
The doctors were completely baffled but made no attempt to get their hands on the
substance that healed gangrene right before their very eyes!
4. My son suffered a third degree burn to the top of his forearm while operating some
machinery at work and was left with an unsightly scar. Although he had no feeling (or hair)
at the area of the burn, the arm ached constantly on the inside. After consulting Randy
Widmer at Good For You, my son applied, as directed, a formulated spray mixed with
Aerobic Oxygen™ created by Randy. Within days the pain in the arm began to subside.
After a few weeks the scar all but disappeared, the hair grew back and the pain completely

HEART
My husband had a very poor heart and could not seem to get enough air. He began taking the

PROSTATE CANCER
Doctors diagnosed a 53-year-old east Tennessee man as having prostate cancer and gave him a
short time to live. A blood test in March, 1993 showed his blood-cancer-count to be 40 (out of
range).
About June, 1993 he started taking Aerobic Oxygen™ Over a period of five days, he gradually
increased his Aerobic Oxygen™ from ten drops morning and night (in a 6-8 ounce glass of water)
to 20 drops, five times a day in a glass of water.
His condition showed significant improvement and his next blood test in July, showed his cancer
count had dropped to 0.1 (in the in range)
LYMPHOMA
A 49-year-old North Carolina man had lymphoma. His spleen was five times bigger than normal
and his liver was greatly enlarged. His doctor commenced chemotherapy treatment but said he
wouldn’t live to see his 50th birthday.
A friend spoke to him about Aerobic Oxygen™ and he began taking it regularly. He said he

PROSTATE
A man from southern Georgia had a blockage in his prostate and was scheduled for surgery. In

A woman in Canada reported that her angina attacks had disappeared after taking Aerobic

high blood pressure reaching 200/120. When it would not respond to medical treatment she began

BLOOD CLOT, HEART, BLOOD PRESSURE, VARICOSE VEINS
A Canadian woman had a huge black blood clot 24" x 12" from her right thigh up to her navel. It
developed from a profusely bleeding artery, following an angiogram and angioplasty. Two of her
heart valves were also not closing properly causing a double heart beat. Her arteries were clogged,
her blood pressure varied between 185/85 to 195/95 and she had prominent varicose veins.

CANCER
A central Tennessee man has been fighting colon cancer for more than six years. He has had
numerous chemotherapy treatments and 19 operations. Just when doctors believed his cancer to
be in remission, tests showed it had broken out in his liver. Doctors administered another
chemotherapy treatment.

PETS

ALLERGIES/LETHARGY/HEADACHES.
When we were first introduced to Aerobic Oxygen™ we were very skeptical. At the time of our
involvement, I was having various health problems, the most aggravating was my food allergies. I

VOICE LOST
To whom it may concern: In February I went to an ENT doctor to have the lump in my neck
biopsied. He did so, and the results were metastic cells from the breast cancer I had 14 years ago.
At that time, he did a scope in his office with a very tiny rubber tube to see if my throat was fine. It
was, however that night I went into bronchial spasm and literally could not breathe. Finally I was
able to catch a breath, but the next morning my voice was gone. After a couple of months with no
voice, the doctor scoped me again and found that I had a paralysed left vocal chord. He told me it
would take a year to 18 months to recover if at all. There was a surgical procedure that might

BRAIN TUMOUR
I am writing regarding my wife’s progress since she has been taking Aerobic Oxygen™. My wife
had a tumour on the brain, and after 26 radiation treatments has been recovering slowly. After she

bed ridden, to a wheel chair, to walking with a cane. Now she only uses the cane for safety sake

BOIL
I have been contemplating how to descriptively describe and give you a vision of the healing I had
with the use of Aerobic Oxygen™ when applied to the growing boil on my leg. I don’t want to be
too graphic, as the boil was not a pretty sight. As this second boil was building, there was a black
head on it a little larger than a pea. It was very painful and the area around was red and inflamed. I
opened the boil and applied a solution of Aerobic Oxygen™, 1 to 10, as you suggested, putting
that solution directly into the middle of the boil. At this point it was oozing blood and puss and was
very sore.
It was easy to get the exact solution as I had a 10cc syringe, so 1cc of Aerobic Oxygen™ and the
rest was filtered water. I applied this solution in the evening.. The following morning to my great
delight and yes surprise, the area inside the eruption looked clean, there was no more blood or
puss coming out and the skin was no longer inflamed around it. It has continued to heal and at
present has a normal scab on it and I have had no further trouble. It has just been amazing in
comparison with the first one that is still healing and has left a large scar.

BREAST CANCER
A friend of my sisters introduced me to Aerobic Oxygen™ from Las Vegas, NV. He had cancer
and was taking the Aerobic Oxygen™, so when he and his wife heard about me, they sent for a
bottle. My fist reaction was ENERGY! I went out walking at 4am and I felt I could conquer the
whole world. Now I know that everyone does not get that kind of reaction, but I did, and it was so
wonderful for me. I was told that I had cancer in my right breast. I found out this cancer had been
on my last mammogram 4 years previous, and they had missed it when reading the x-rays. I had
not taken the time to have another x-ray done for 4 years because we are foster parents, having
had 4 biological children and 26 foster children, 2 of which still live at home. We are just very busy
people. On January 20th I had a mastectomy done and a breast replacement using my own body
fat and muscle. They also discovered during surgery that I had 17 out of 19 lymph nodes with
cancer and it was a fast moving cancer. Their only recommendation was the strongest chemo
possible with no guarantees. I told the doctor I refuse chemo because it kills the good cells as well
as the bad, and that my life was in the hands of the lord. I was then left to find out just what was out
there to fight cancer naturally. So I started using carrots, apple, celery juice, barley green, shark
cartilage etc. This was also at the time that I started taking the Aerobic Oxygen™. It has now
been 10 months and I have faithfully taken all of these supplements each day. The Aerobic
Oxygen™ I take 3 times a day and I have felt fine with no symptoms at all. Thank you. May God

BLADDER PROBLEMS
It was back in 1989 that I was having bladder problems or something-related thereto. I checked
with a doctor as my void, and frequency was never more than four hours. At this time it was
recommended I start taking vitamin E. My situation slowly worsened down to intervals of one hour.
I was prescribed further medications and things still did not improve. In February of 1992 I had a
prostate opening operation. This helped some what for a short while. In March of 1993 I had the
bladder neck trimmed and biopsies and cultures done. This helped some but not for long. My
urgent void frequencies were 45 minutes and with a volume of 60 to 120cc’s. And was worse with
any level of activity.
I was informed April 27 of 1994 that I had Interstitial cystitis. Between 1993 and 1997 I have taken
all pills, potions and procedures recommended by the medical profession. During this period my
intervals were never over the two-hour mark, with the spasm, discomfort coming every 20 minutes.
I have also tried all herbs suggested by people writing to Bladder Talk for help. The medical
prescriptions I have taken are: Cipro 550mgs, Urispas, Deltasone, Foxin, Elmiron, Mini press,
Apro-prazo, DDAVP Desmopressin, Mobiflex, Prevacid and also a session of Dimethyl Sulfoxide
installations.
The herbs were: Don Boscos Prostaway Amino, Aloe Vera, Atarax, Honey and vinegar, Saw
Palmetto Berries (pills) Spirulina, Physicians choice, super prostate formula etc. All these different
attempts showed no improvement. They were all taken on a separate basis and not mixed up
except where prescribed. I have eliminated from my diet all caffeine, spices and no liquor. However
my problem remained the same.
In October of 1997 during my annual Medical I was informed I was developing Diabetes. So I went
on a diabetic diet and took one pill a day of Glucophane 500mg. My bladder situation did not
improve with sugar levels being controlled in the nearly normal range. Then in February of 1998 it
was suggested that I should try taking a product called Aerobic Oxygen™. I noticed no
improvement for about 3 weeks. Then I went from an absolute maximum of 2 hours and about
200cc’s, to 2 ¾ hours to 250 cc’s output. Up to the present time of June 10th, I have gradually
improved to 3 ½ hours and possibly four with an output of up to 400 cc’s. I am now taking my one
diabetic pill, my Aerobic Oxygen™ and all is remaining steady. I can now make trips and attend
functions with out serious discomfort and embarrassment. I also do not suffer with the degree of
urgency as was in the past.

STREP THROAT.

Hi, I just wanted to write and compliment your product. I moved from an elevation of 1,000 ft to an
elevation of 5,600 ft. I was having trouble with shortness of breath and a loss of energy. When I

Over the years I have been plagued with pneumonia at least once a year, I have also suffered with

BREAST CANCER
I must thank you very much for this product. Here is my story. On August the 18th, I was diagnosed
with Cancer of the breast. My surgeon at that time wanted to perform a mastectomy. I decided to

centre who told me he would perform a lumpectomy and then radiation therapy would follow. I

HEART
In February of 1987 I was admitted to the local hospital emergency ward with acute congestive
heart failure. I had very high blood pressure and had been on various medications for 26 years. An
angiogram was performed on me and an artery in my right thigh would not stop bleeding causing a
blood clot in my groin, stopping blood circulation to my leg. The pain was excruciating and the

To whom this may concern. I was visiting my friend a few weeks ago and she said I should try a
product called Aerobic Oxygen™. Her husband was taking it and felt it would help me for my

LEG ULCER
In our recent telephone conversation I mentioned how pleased we were with the results of using
your Dermox spray on my wife’s leg. (Dermox is a topical spray that has Aerobic Oxygen™ in it
along with twelve other herbs, and is used for topical application). My wife has been suffering with
a condition called scleroderma that has caused a small ulcer and a large ulcer 11x7 centimetres on
her right leg over the ankle. While she was in the hospital the ulcer became infected and was a
resistant staphylococci infection that kept her in isolation since no existing antibiotic drug was able
to kill it. For over a year every time she went into the clinic she tested positive for the staphylococci
infection. About 8 months ago she agreed with her doctor to try another treatment to see if some
progress could be made in healing the ulcer. Before entering the hospital, for 2 ½ weeks we
sprayed the ulcer with Dermox. To the doctor’s pleasant surprise, and our delight, she tested
negative for staphylococci three times in a row and she was removed from isolation. While the
treatment used in the hospital did not work we continue to use Dermox to prevent further infection.
We attribute this result to Dermox since it was the only difference in our daily routine of caring for

INCREASED ENERGY / BLEEDING GUMS
I have been using Aerobic Oxygen™ since March, within one day of starting to use this product
15-20 drops a day I have noticed I no longer get the mid-morning and mid-afternoon drowsiness
that I always got especially when I was at my office. I am not a coffee drinker but do have tea
sometimes in the mid-morning. I have rarely had any period of drowsiness since I have been using
the Aerobic Oxygen™ 3 times a day. I have found that if I take more than ten drops in the evening
it would disturb my sleep, it would give me to much energy. My bowels have also been much softer
and more regular since being on the Oxygen.
But the area that I am most delighted in was in regards to my teeth. Since going to the dentist my
hygienist would always take no less than ½ an hour and sometimes more picking the tartar from
my teeth, especially from behind the upper and lower front. The gums bleed so badly and were
often tender for a week afterwards. My teeth were cleaned about 2 weeks before I started using the
Aerobic Oxygen™ in March. At my next cleaning in October I knew that something was different
when the hygienist only did 2 minutes of scraping on my lower front and when I rinsed there was
no blood. The whole cleaning took about 10 minutes and there was almost no blood to be rinsed
out. The hygienist was amazed and so was I. I told her that I was using Aerobic Oxygen™ and
came back later and gave her a copy of the material sent with the product. I can see there is
almost no plaque build up still. I use 2-3 drops on a small amount of toothpaste, once in the

especially I can tell if I forgot to brush the night before. With just the toothpaste I can feel morning

known about it long ago, since I have been "doctoring" for 40 years with many doctors, each of

VEINS
I would like to submit to you a little experience of mine regarding Aerobic Oxygen™. I have

Dear GFY: I client of mine, Jim Hall, who lives in Lethbridge, AB, has been taking Aerobic
Oxygen™ since 1987, to control Dingy Fever, which is a mild form of malaria, contacted from
mosquito bites. He contacted this Dingy Fever in Borneo, in the East Indies. Came back to Canada
in 1975. In spring of 1976, he got really sick. Did not know what he had. Said it just knocks you

I was first presented with a bottle of Aerobic Oxygen™ in the first week of April as a gift in support
of the ministry that I was involved in at the time. I had shared with my friend a desire to be more
active and sort out my existing health problems that often restricted my energy levels and me.
Esme gave me some literature to read on Aerobic Oxygen™ a few weeks earlier but at the time I
was rather skeptical as to its benefits. When Esme gave me the Aerobic Oxygen™ I stared to
take 10 drops three times a day and kept at that dosage until the first week of June. I then started
to notice that my tongue was sore it was my herpes back again. So I increased my Aerobic
Oxygen™ to fifteen drops three times a day and then up to twenty drops three times a day. The
Herpes started to break out in my mouth and the lining of my right nostril, so I started taking my
antiviral medication as I usually do at the onset of an outbreak. Imagine my surprise and delight
when after taking only four tablets my herpes outbreak went into remission. This had never
happened before especially when it was so advanced and when I was under a lot of stress at that
time too.

of water and 10 drops of Aerobic Oxygen™ in my mouth on the herpes site for a few minutes
several times a day and I find this heals it up quickly. I also increase my daily dosage from thirty to
sixty or even eighty depending on whether the herpes responds to the lower dosage. It seems I
only need to increase the dosage for a few days before the herpes goes into remission again and I
then return to thirty drops. I have not had to renew my prescription for the Zovirax tablets since
starting to take the Aerobic Oxygen™.
The one symptom of fibromyalgia that seems to effect all suffers is the feeling of depression, which
is probably due to the constant pain. I don’t consider myself to be a negative or depressive person
and it takes a lot to get me feeling depressed. But the lack of energy, constant pain and restriction
of movement sometimes gets to me. I like to keep busy, so when I have a major setback I am
unable to do anything. I have major setbacks at least once a month, lasting 4 days or more at a
time. But I have noticed since I have been taking Aerobic Oxygen™ that I have had feelings of
wellness most of the time now, and I find I am more able to cope with those feelings of low energy
and/or depression. I have also noticed that my muscles respond quicker to therapy, and I relax
easier when massaged. A couple of months ago I reduced the amount of anti-depressants that I
take at night for my fibromyalgia to half, as I no longer need the stronger dose. Just recently I also
stopped taking my anti-inflammatories daily. Another bonus that I noticed a few months ago was
that my breath no longer smells terrible. I have been plagued with bad breath for many years. All in
all Aerobic Oxygen™ seems to be enhancing my overall health and feelings of well-being and I
feel it has given me back some of the control over my health again. Thank you Aerobic

After reading the part about rinsing vegetables to keep them fresher longer I started spraying all my
vegetables with a spray bottle that I put 30 drops of Aerobic Oxygen™ in. After tearing off a piece
of lettuce I would spray the head and wrap in plastic I had no more rot. Baby carrots half the time
before I could finish the package the rest would go bad and turn to mush. After opening the
package I would put the rest in a colander and spray them off with the Aerobic Oxygen™, shake
them and then put them back into the original package. I have never lost a single carrot since. With
cucumber I cut it in half and put a piece of cling wrap over the end, when I come back 2-3 days

FOOD ALLERGIES & HIVES
I have personally been using this product for three years now as well as my 15-year old son. He
has specific food allergies and food intolerance’s. One of his reactions to some foods is hives.

TREKKING THROUGH THE HIMALAYANS
I have just returned from a month in Nepal. I had gone to Nepal to go trekking through the
Himalayan Mountains with my daughter. Having been to India before and really getting sick with
diarrhoea, I was a little apprehensive about this trip.
I had previously used the Aerobic Oxygen™ and so ordered some for this trip. I ordered one
bottle of Aerobic Oxygen™ for my daughter and one for myself.
I began using the Oxygen before the trip to get my body "fortified’. Upon arrival in Katmandu, I
used Aerobic Oxygen™ every time I had a glass of water, even if it had been ‘purified’. I wanted
to use the Oxygen for two reasons: 1) To purify the water, 2) To put more Oxygen into my blood
stream as we began climbing to higher altitudes.
High altitudes sickness is very serious. It is brought on my the lack of Oxygen at high altitudes and
not acclimatizing slowly enough. I felt that Aerobic Oxygen™ would help with this and it did!
We were on the trail for three weeks, eating and drinking in all kinds of very local, and not so clean,
conditions. A couple of times I began to feel the rumble in the stomach that indicated something
alien within. I immediately took about 25 drops of Aerobic Oxygen™ ... And within the hour felt
good again. We continued to take the Oxygen throughout the whole trip. Towards the end of the
trip we were hiking to a village (Lukla) where we would take a helicopter back to Katmandu. On the
way we met a young man from Israel. He looked very, very sick! He had been in the hospital for the
past three or four days with food poisoning. He needed to get to Lukla so he could get back to
Katmandu for his flight back to Israel, but he looked too sick to walk!
I invited him to accompany us and to take some Aerobic Oxygen™. I gave him 25 drops in a
glass of water. He was very suspicious and hesitant. However, I persuaded him to drink the whole
glass of water. Within the hour ... he was a new man! He felt great! He couldn’t get over it! For the
next couple of days if I even offered him a sweet he asked "Is there Oxygen in it?" We met several
other who were having the early symptoms of altitude sickness: headaches, dizziness, etc. The
best cure for altitude sickness is to descend about one thousand feet or more. However, I offered
them a glass of water with 25 drops of Aerobic Oxygen™. Usually, within the hour, they were
feeling better.
One young lady from Belgium was in excellent physical conditions. She was usually first at the next
destination. We hiked together for a while and then separated . I met her at Katmandu airport as I
was leaving and we flew out together. I asked her how her trek had been. Great ... But in the past
few days she had gotten sick ... food poisoning ... and was feeling awful. I have her 25 drops of
Aerobic Oxygen™ in a glass of water. An hour later, as we were boarding, I asked her how she
felt? She felt great!
I survived a whole month in Nepal, eating and drinking in the most local conditions and never got
sick. My daughter and I really appreciated Aerobic Oxygen™. I would recommend it to anyone ...
