1. I would like to thank the college administration for their sincere effort to improve the work environment.
2. I enjoyed my employment at KFU as the environment was very healthy with a family spirit.
3. College of Clinical Pharmacy at KFU is my second home not only a working place. I will be happy to rejoin the COCP
in the future ISA.
4. Unfortunately, I had to leave COCP for the following reasons:
a. Rules of promotion should be changed to inspire the team work spirit this will lead to publications in high IF
international journals. My promotion was delayed for 7 years in spite of having enough publications to be promoted
b. The salary scale should be revised to be able to keep the good calibers in the shade of high competition with other
universities in the area.
c. The university administration should facilitate the admission of our kids to the university. This will keep the families
intact which will be reflected in a positive way on the faculty members performance.
