Terms and Conditions
Inventory Policy: StonePlace strives to provide inventory of everything you may need; however, due to limited space,
we cannot stock the entire extensive line. Products that are not typically stocked at StonePlace can generally be
available within 2-3 working days provided they are available from our suppliers. To avoid disappointment, we
recommend you place your order with us prior to pick up.
Special Order Products: Supplier products not listed in this price list may be available as special order. Minimum
quantities may apply and/or additional sectioning/handling fees may be charged. Please allow adequate lead times for
special orders. Special order products are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.
Credit and Payment Terms: Terms are COD unless credit has been established by completion and approval of
StonePlace Customer Credit Application. Credit privileges may be automatically suspended if your account is overdue or
you have exceeded the approved credit limit. Customers with approved credit who wish to pay their account by credit
card will have terms of Net 10 days.
Conditions for Price Schedules: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are FOB our location(s).
Supply of all orders is subject to availability.
Delivery Services: See Freight Rate schedule. Additional fees may be invoiced if our trucks are delayed on site.
Additional Conditions: The use of any chemicals, cleaners or sealers on any concrete products may invalidate any and all
product guarantees.
Restocking Charges on Retuned Goods: Returns may be allowed on full bundle/pallet quantities only. All returns are
subject to a 25% minimum restocking charge, must not be damaged and must be returned to same location where
purchased.
Sectioning Charge: Products sold in less than full bundle quantities may be subject to a sectioning or handling charge.
Refundable Deposits: Many of our pallets are subject to a deposit. All deposits will be invoiced and must be paid for.
The deposit is refunded in full if the item is returned by the customer in good condition. All pallets returned by our
trucks are subject to a $2 handling fee plus appropriate delivery charges if applicable. Returns must be made within six
(6) months to be refundable. Original receipt showing payment must be presented at time of return.
Engineering Services: Stamped engineered shop drawings for commercial retaining walls can be provided upon receipt
of the purchase order. The Purchaser is responsible for confirmation and acceptance or final design from the Project
Owner. StonePlace reserves the right to charge for stamping services.
