U¤ur Makina Tambur Elekleri; arpa, bu¤day, m›s›r, yulaf, pirinç, soya,
ayçiçe¤i, kanola ve baklagiller gibi ürünlerin temizlenmesinde kullanıl›r.
Hafif yabancı maddeler aspirasyonla temizlenir. Iyi ürün de¤iflik
çaplardaki elek deliklerinden geçer. Büyük yabancı maddeler tambur
sonundan çıkar. Temizleme sayesinde sap, saman, a¤aç parçaları,
mıs›r koçanı parçaları, çöp gibi istenmeyen maddeler di¤er ekipmanlara
zarar vermez. Tahıl ve bakliyat için kaba temizleme, hassas temizleme,
tohum temizleme ve sın›fland›rma gibi uygulamalar yapılabilir. Sürekli
dönme hareketi sebebiyle ürün ak›c›l›¤› daha iyidir. Vibro eleklere göre
daha hassas ve daha hafif yapıdad›r, bakım› kolaydır. Elekler kendi
kendini temizleme özelli¤ine sahiptir ve çok büyük yabancı maddeleri

çalıflma esnasında ayıklama kontrol edilebilir.
U⁄UR MAK‹NA Drum Sieves are used in cleaning products such as wheat,
barley, corn, oat, rice, soybean, sunflower, rape and leguminous seeds etc.
Light mess is cleaned with aspiration. Good product passes through sieves
holes in different diameters. Large foreign substances areremoved from
end of the drum. With this cleaning, unwanted substances such as straw,
wood fragments, pieces of corn cob, waste etc. will not harm other equipments.
Applications like such as rough cleaning, precision cleaning, seed cleaning
and grading etc. can be performed for cereal and leguminous seeds. Due
to continious rotation, the product flowing is better. It is preciser and lighter
than vibro-sieves. Its maintenance is easy. Sieves have self-cleaning feature
and it can seperate a very large foreign substances without clogging sieve
inputs and outputs. U⁄UR MAK‹NA drum sieves provide high efficiency
and low power consumption with strong designed structure. Sieve hole
diameters varies according to product. Sieve changing is made through
easy opened side cover very quickly. Rollers, made self-cleaning during
sieving. According to the situation of the foreign substances in the product,
drum sieve angle can be adjusted and the angular adjustment action is
made through an motorized mechanism. Drum rotation speed can be
adjusted electronically. The Screening can be controlled during the
operation, through the sample receiving control points.

Used in grain and pulse cleaning units; separates stone and other materials
that have more density than the product. Grain cleaning in required level
is realized by means of tray adjustment mechanism.The material to be
cleaned from stone is transferred uniformly to the sieve. The product is
floated on the sieve. With the air absorbed, heavy foreign materials are
thrown out after they move upwards by vibration and they touch the sieve.

Tahıl ö¤üten fabrikalarda tahıl içinde bulunan istenmeyen yuvarlak flekilli ve
uzun flekilli parçaların tahıldan ayrılması iflleminde kullanılır. Kapasiteye göre
muhtelif çaplarda saç üzerine preslenmifl çapları ve derinlikleri temizleyecek
tahıl cinsine göre belirlenmifl cepleri olan silindirler bir redüktörlü motor
vasıtası ile tahrik edilerek döndürülür. Silindirin içinde bulunan toplayıcılar
sayesinde tohumlar ve istenmeyen maddeler çıkıfl a¤›zından alınırlar. Ayrılan
taneler kontrol triyöründen de geçirilerek istenmeyen maddelerin içine
karıflmıfl tahıl tanelerinin kazanılması sa¤lanır.
INTENDED CYLINDER
This machine is used for the separation of non- wanted, long and round
materials out of wheat.Cylinders with bags that are made according to the
various diameters that are pressed on sheet, where diameters and depths
are chosen according to the cereal kinds that have to be cleaned, are driven
with the help of a reducer motor. The strange grains are collected with the
help of special collectors and are taken from the outlet of machine by screws
which are at the centre of rollers. The sorted out cereals that have been
separated through the control trior, but have been mixed into the non wanted
grains can be sorted out again through them.

temizlenmesinde kavuz içerisindeki bu¤dayın ayıklanmasında, bu¤day
üzerindeki kabuk ve sakalların temizlenmesinde kullanılır. Silolama tesislerinde
de aynı amaçla kullanılabilir.Yeni gelifltirilen UMKS 40/85 modeli ile 1. ve
2. temizleme bölümünde yüksek verim düflük bakteri miktarı ve yüksek
kapasite sa¤lanır.
HORIZONTAL SCOURER
It is used in Flour and semolina mills cleaning section for the first cleaning
process of wheat. It separates the wheat peels inner and the wheat outside
crust of wheat. It can also be used with the same goal in silo institutions.
UMKS 40/85 with its first and second cleaning parts enables to get high
quality products with low bacterium and high capacity. In the first cleaning
section, the bacterium quantity gets reduced. In the second process of
cleaning, it separates the remainder of material.

Bu¤day, arpa, mısır vb. gibi yo¤unlu¤u çok olan tahıl ürünlerinden, yo¤unlu¤u az olan maddeleri ayırmada kullanılır. Tahıl girifl kısmından vibro
yediriciye doldurur ve düzgünce hava kanalının geniflli¤ine da¤ıtılır. Burada yatay aspirasyon kanalında ürün az yo¤unluktaki materyallerden
ayrıfltırılır. Temiz a¤ır yo¤unluktaki ürün parmak valfler sayesinde makineden boflaltılır. Hava radyal fan sayesinde aspirasyon kanalına geri
dönüflüm yapar. Tarar havanın % 100’ünü çevirir. Fakat girifl tahliyeli olmalıdır. (Yani makine bafla monte edilmifltir ya da merkezi boflaltım sistemine
bafllanmıfltır.)
RADIAL TARAR
This machine is used for the separation of low density materials from heavy density grains such as wheat, barley corn etc. The grain gets filled
from the inlet into the vibro feeder and gets destroyed into the width of air canal. Clean and heavy density materials get discharged from the
machine by the means of finer valves. The air gets recycled by the radial fan to the aspiration canal. The tarar recycles 100 % air, but for that
the inlet must be exhausted. (The machine must be installed a head or be connected to the central air discharging system.)

This hammer mill grinds easily raw materials which are dry and llle dampens
fine. For this reason it is used in food industry. The body is of steel and
weld construction.The hammers are on the rotor which turn a mill. The
rotormill turns in the strong ball thrust. The hammers are made of hardened
steel. It is designed turn free . The sieve is on the hammer mill and it is
changed easily without stopping the rotor. Motor is connected directly to
the coupling. The body of hammer mill is mounted on the same chassis.

The Square Plansifter is a machine that plays a very important role in
the process of producing flour. It is used for the sifting and classifying
of grinded

FUNCTION AND FEATURE
The Square Plansifter is a machine that plays a very important role in the

plakadaki çıkıfl borusuna gönderilir. Aynı zamanda ürünün kontrolü ve
izlenmesi için gözetleme boruları vardır.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
The plansifters are used in;

• Maize, rye, oat Mills
• In every kind of Grain
The product to be sifted gets sent through one or more inlet pipes before
getting to the sifting area. Different types of frames allow to be separated
in seven canals. One part gets directed from the canal to the outlet. After
having sifted the product it gets sent to the bottom plate of outlet pipe.
At the same time there are inspection pipes for the control and inspection
of product.

TURBO SIFTER
Being specially for flour redressing before packing.
The stock feed inlet is placed upside. A spiral
conveyor facilitates stock introduction into rotor
which carries out a severe centrifuging action on stock.
The special arrangement of blades also allows a full
exploitation of all cover sifting surface. The refuse is
being evacuated through a channel placed on cover
end side with an inspection door. The rotor centrigugal
work keeps the sifting surface constantly clean.

SEMOLINA PURIFIER
The Semolina Purifier is used for the cleaning and classification of semolina,
in flour and semolina mills. The flow rate of product can be adjusted and
by means of a regulating plate, the product can be spread uniformly on
the surface of the screen. The screening process is carried out by 2 or 3
layers of telora. By the means of aerodynamic air duct and air regulating
valves, the optimum vacuum effect is obtained on the surface of screen.
Bran and similar products are separated from the semolina and transferred
to discharge outlet.
The product (semolina) which separates bran, is classified in according
to size of grain by using screens.

Bu makinalar kaba ve ince irmik pasajlarında, Valslerden hemen sonra
veya pnömatik taflıyıcı boruların üst dönüfl noktalarına dirsek gibi kullanılacak
flekilde monte edilebilir.
IMPACT DETACHER
Used for passages that have dense semolina in the flourmills. It is completely
made of metal construction. The body is made of pig casting and cover
is of steel plate. It can be mounted to the ground or suspended. The impact
wheel is fitted directly onto the motor shaft. Flanged type motor (5,5 kw7,5 kw) can be connected according to capacity.
In flour and semolina Mills, at coarse and fine semolina passages It is
being placed directly after the Roller Mills or to be used as an elbow at
the upper return point of pneumatic conveyor pipes.

PNEUMATIC FAN

It is the system which sucks the broken products coming from the Roller
mill. It has a high production, a low energy consumption, multi-purposed
and runs very quiet.
The fan which is mounted with a steel cave to the chassis, is running on
a chock for preventing vibration and shocks.
As static and dynamic balance is taken, the noise level has been minimized
and for preventing the vibration transfer the inlet and outlet pipes have
been supported with rubber flanges.

JET FILTER
By taking the dust the Jet Filter UMJF, throws clean air out
of the chimney so that air- dust mixture has been purified.
The round filter body first purifies the mixture with the cyclone
system so that dust particles are held in bags.
Jet filters are used in flour, semolina and feed mills, food,
chemical, wood processing, metal, soil and cement industries
as general environment protection.

FLOUR SCREW CONVEYOR
The screw conveyor is used to transport finished products horizontally.It
is used for the transportation of finished product from different placed to
the fixed place (silo or packing place). It has a very effective usage and
thanks to its clappets,which supports the movement It presents efficient
using in flour, semolina – maize milling plants. It has a “U” shaped body.

Un ile birlikte ipek deliklerinden geçen larva (böcek yumurtaları) özellikle
sıcak ortamlarda kısa sürede böce¤e dönüflerek üremektedir. Entoleter
yüksek devir sayesinde unun içindeki larvaları patlatmak suretiyle böceklerin
yaflama ve üremesini önlemektedir. Saatte 2-5-10-22 t/s arasında dört de¤iflik
kapasitede imal edilmektedir. Un paketleme ve un toplama vidasının çıkıflına
veya un siloları girifline monte edilmektedir.
ENTOLETER INSECT DESTROYER
Larvae pass through silk holes with flour grow and become insects in a
short time especially in hot environments. Entoleter prevents growing and
increasing of insects by means of cleaving larvae in the flour by high speed
gyring. Manufactured in flour different capacities as 2-5-10-22 tons/hour.
Installation way : Mounted on the outlet of flour to package and conveyor

tahrik edilerek titrefltirilir. Bu titreflim sayesinde depo içindeki
malzeme kolaylıkla akarak vida veya konveyör üzerine boflalır.
Used for passages that have dense semolina in the flourmills.
It is completely made of metal construction. The body is made
of pig casting and cover is of steel plate. It can be mounted to
the ground or suspended. The impact wheel is fitted directly
onto the motor shaft. Flanged type motor (5,5 kw-7,5 kw) can be
connected according to capacity.
In flour and semolina Mills, at coarse and fine semolina passages
It is being placed directly after the Roller Mills or to be used as
an elbow at the upper return point of pneumatic conveyor pipes.

TUBE SCREW CONVEYOR
The tube screw conveyor is used for the transportation of all floured
thin and middle grinded products vertically and inclined to the
screw conveyor. Reductor motor transports it’s power through
couplins connected to the motor, to conveyor shaft. With the help
of the leafs of the conveyor shaft, the product flows through inlet
bunker to outlet bunker, and then it is taken to screw conveyor or
elevator.

BLOWER

Siklon, sehpa, hava kilidi, cam hazne ve toplayıcı borulardan oluflan bir
sistemdir. Siklonlar çelik konstrüksiyon olup silindirik üst kısım konik gövde ve
çıkıfl borusundan ibarettir.Ürünün havadan ayrılmasını sa¤lar. Bu ifllem
esnasında sistemin hava kaybını en az düzeyde tutacak flekilde tasarlanmıfltır.
Pnömatik fanla emdirilen hava-ürün karıflımı siklonun içerisinde büyük bir hızla
dönerek siklon duvarına çarpar ve merkezkaç kuvvetinden dolayı ürün hız
kaybederek konik kısımdan afla¤ıya do¤ru kayarak siklonun altındaki hava
kilidi vasıtasıyla afla¤ıya boflalır.
PNEUMATIC CYCLONE
It consists of a system including cyclone, tripod, air lock, glass hopper collection
pipes. The Pneumatic Cyclone is made of steel construction, and consists of
a conic body at the upper part and a outlet pipe. It supplies the product to
be separated from the air. At the time of this process, it is so designed that
the air loss in the system is decreased and hold in minimum. The air, sucked
with pneumatic fan, turns in the product mixture cyclone with a high speed
and hits the cyclone wall and due to the centrifugal power, the product looses
speed and flows downstairs from the conic side with the help of air lock.

rotorun durmadan da de¤ifltirilebilmesi sa¤lanmıfltır. Motor direkt akuple
kaplinle bafllanmıfltır. Motor ve de¤irmen gövdesi müflterek flase üzerine monte
edilmifltir.
HAMMER MILL
This hammer mıll grinds easily raw materials which are dry and dampness
fines. It is used in food industry for this purpose.
The body is steel and welded construction. The hammers are on the rotor
which turn one enduring mill. The rotormill turns in the strong ball thrust. The
hammers are made of hardened steel. It is designed turning freely. The sieve
is on the hammer mill and it is changed easily without stopping the rotor. Motor
is connected directly to coupling. Body of hammer mill is mounted on the
same chassis.

kullanılmaktadır.
Girifl a¤zından alınıp klepeyle yönlendirilen mallar, boyuna difllenmifl ve birbirinden farklı hızla dönen iki silindir arasından geçirilerek granül hale
getirilir. Granül büyüklü¤ü mm olarak bölünmüfl pozisyon göstergesine bakarak ayarlanabilir. Kırılmayacak mallar klepe ile yönlendirilerek silindirlerin
dıflından dökülürler.
PELLET CRUMBLER
Using

Material is take from inlet port and directed by a clack; and there it is passed from between two cylinders wich have different speeds, so it is
granulled Granule size can be adjusted as mm as means of position indicator. Materials not crushed are directed by clack out of cylinders.

Gövde U tipinde olup iste¤e göre ST 37 ve AISI 304 malzemeden imal edilir. Makine %1-11 arası verilen sıvıyı homojen flekilde karıfltırır.
Kapasiteye ba¤lı olarak ebatları de¤iflkenlik gösterir. Melasın 40-42°C civarında ısıtılarak makineye girifli sa¤landı¤ında maksimum karıflım
sa¤lanır. Sürekli sistemde çalıflır.

iki tarafından yataklanmıfl olup sızdırmazlık sistemi mevcuttur. Karıfltırıcı
içerisindeki oluflan basınç dengesi havalandırma borusu ile stabil halde tutulur.
Rotor kalın etli borudan imal edilir. Alt-üst kapak pnömatiktir. Rotor redüktör
ile direkt akuple olarak tahrik edilmifl olup motor redüktör arasındaki güç
iletimini kayıfl kasnak mekanizması ile sa¤lanmıfltır. Alt kapakta kilitleme sistemi
mevcuttur. (özel dizayn), Karıfltırma süresi 2,5-4 dakikadır. (ürün ile de¤iflkendir),

So¤utucu ve eleklerden geçirilmifl peletli ürün, homojen ya¤lama için paletli bant ile besleme yapılarak ya¤lama haznesinden geçirilir. Ya¤lama
haznesinden akan pelete nozul sistemiyle ya¤ püskürtülerek yüzeyine emdirilir. Haznenin altına yerlefltirilen özel tip karıfltırma helezonu ile
sevk edilen ürün ilerleme esnasında tam olarak ya¤lanmıfl olur.
PELLET OIL COATING UNIT
Pellet oil coating unit is designed to coat cooled pellet passing on band by spraying of oil, liquid enzyme and methionine.
Pellet-coming from cooler and sifter is passed from lubrication bin by tracket band feeding for homogeneous oiling. Oil is sprayed to pellet
in lubrication bin by nozzles. Product is perfectly lubricated during carrying by special type mixing screw conveyor under bin.

için gelifltirilmifltir. Pirinç ürünü baz› faktörler nedeni ile kalite farkl›l›klar› gösterebilir.
Bu faktörler, ekim yap›lan toprak, bölgenin hava flarlar› seçilen çeltik türü vb.
nedenlerle verim ve rand›man› de¤iflkenlik gösterebilir. Bu nedenle tesislerde
çelti¤in ifllenmesinden sonra elde edilecek ürünün kalitesini, rengini ve sa¤laml›k
oran›n› ö¤renmek çok önemli bir ihtiyaç haline gelmifltir.
Üreticilerden al›nan çelti¤in güvenilir ve do¤ru bir analiz yap›larak verimlili¤inin
test edilmesi için gereken bir makinedir. Çeltik iflleme tesislerinde bulunan
makineler gibi ayn› flekilde çelti¤in kabu¤unu soyar, kavuzunu pirinçten ay›r›r,
beyazlatma ünitesi ile beyazlaflt›r›r ve k›r›k triyörü ünitesi ile k›r›klar›ndan ay›r›r.

CRM 125-2T kullan›c›lara yeni özellikler sunmaktad›r. Özellikle makinede yap›lan
ayarlamalar standarda ba¤lanm›flt›r. Makinede soyucu ve parlatma üniteleri için
farkl› bir zaman rölesi, k›r›k ay›rma ifllemleri için farkl› bir zaman rölesi koyulmufltur.
Bütün rand›man ayarlar› daha kolay kullan›ml› olup operatör de¤iflse bile rand›man
sonuçlar› de¤iflkenlik göstermez.
PADDY QUALITY TEST MACHINE
CRM 125-2T rice mill model has been developed to test the yields of the rice
processing. Rice can show some differences in quality due to the external factors.
These factors are; the soil planted, type of rice, weather conditions etc. So
determining the yield of the product before processing is important need.
This machine is necessary to test the yield of the rice taken from the producer
accurately. Just like a complete rice milling plant, it separates the husk, whitens
the rice, and then separates the broken with its broken rice trieur. Finally it
weights the rice, broken rice, bran and glume (Chaff) separately for better
analysis.
CRM 125-2T offers new features to users. Firstly the adjustments on the machine
are standardized. There two time relays, one for husker and whitening unit,
second for broken trieur. All the adjustments are easy to operate and even if the
operator changes, the result doesn’t show any difference.

Ön Temizleme Makinesi; hasat sonras› tah›l içerisine kar›flm›fl olan kaba çöp ve sap parçalar›n›n tanelerden ay›rmak için tasarlan›p, üretilmifl
bir makinedir. Tah›l kurutma makinesine veya ifllenmek üzere makinelere girifl yap›lacak ürün içerisinde bulunan kaba çöp, ve sap parçalar›n›n
döner tambur içersinden geçifli ile ayr›lmas› ifllemini gerçeklefltirmektedir. Ürün, ak›fl yo¤unlu¤uyla birlikte makine girifl haznesinden girer. Dönen
tambur üzerine dökülmesi sa¤lanan ürün helezonik bir hareketle dönüflü sa¤lanarak ayr›fl›m yap›lmas› sa¤lan›r. Tah›l tambur üzerindeki
deliklerden afla¤›ya düflerek ayr› bir hazneden ç›k›fl› sa¤lan›r. Elek tamburu üzerinde kalan at›klar ise ayr› bir hazneden makineden ç›k›fl› sa¤lan›r.
Bu ifllem ile temizleme operasyonu tamamlanm›fl olur. Kullan›lacak olan elek tipi, temizlenecek tah›la göre farkl›l›k göstermektedir.
PRE-CLEANING MACHINE
Pre-cleaning machine; it is designed and produced to separate trash and stem particles inside from the grain after harvest. The grain comes
into this machine before processing or grain dryer, and spinning drum inside machine separate the trash from the grain. Just after the product
comes into the machine, it comes into drum which has spiral shaped inner design. With this spiral move it sorts the grain and trash. Grain
falls down from the holes on the drum and comes out from the clean material outflow pipes and trash comes out from another one. Cleaning
is done within this circle.The sieve can show differences according to the grain type and size.

vb. baklagillerin temizlenmesi, yabanc› maddelerden (saman, çöp, toz vb.) ayr›lmas› için
gelifltirilmifl bir makinedir. Makine ürün içersindeki hafif tane ve ince ürünleri hava kanal› ile
temizler. Elek alt› ve elek üstü olarak iki boy ürün elde edebilir. ‹stenildi¤inde ürün içersindeki
hafif tane ve ince ürünler hava kanallar› ile ve ince ürünler, kum gibi üründen a¤›r ama küçük
kat›fl›kl›klar› da elek alt› olarak üründen ay›rt edilebilir. Makine iste¤e göre kuru taneli tar›m
ürünlerinin ön temizli¤inde kullan›labilir. Makine iste¤e göre iki kat ve dört kat olarak
üretilebilmektedir.
Makinenin ürün girifl haznesinden dökülen ürün klapeli besleme haznesine girer. Ürün da¤›t›c›
sistem sayesinde elek tablas› üzerine da¤›t›larak dökülmesi sa¤lan›r. Dökülen üründeki toz
ve hafif maddeler aspiratör sisteminin emifli vas›tas›yla al›n›r. Ürün elek üstünde eksantri¤in

DOUBLE STOREY PADDY SIEVE
Even though the paddy sieve machine is designed for paddy in general; the sieve numbers
can be changed and they can be used also for other pulse machines. Paddy sieve is a
machine which is developed for cleaning the leguminous seeds such as paddy , rice etc;
seperating them from the foreign objects (straw, rubbish, dust etc.). The machine cleans the
light grain and thin products stated in the product by means of the air and the thin products,
the impures which are small but heavier than sand can be distinguished from the product
as sieve under. The machine, optionally, can be used in the pre-cleaning of the dry grained
agricultural products. The machine, optionally, can be produced as two or four storied.
The product which pours from the machine’s product entry reservoir enters into the valve
feeding reservoir. The product, by the distributor system, is distributed on the sieve tray and
it to be pured is provided. The dust and light objects in the poured product; are taken thanks
to the aspirator system’s suction. The product improves with the vibration that the eccentric
gives on the sieve. According to the sieve’s number which was added to the machine in
advance ; the product goes under the sieve and it starts to be sieved from the bottom sieve.
If it is thin the small and heavy particles fell from the bottom sieve. These fallen small and
heavy particles are transferred to out of machine from the thin grain exit reservoir. At the
same time the light things which are remained in the product to be sucked and cleaned are
provided in order to be separated from the product with the aspirator. The product is conrolled
again on the second sieve tray. The separated product is transported from the clean product
exit reservoir. The product, as of the machine’s feature, is sieved and is exposed to the
aspirator system’s suction and it is cleaned very well. The air can be reduced or increased
thanks to air suction settings.

GLUME ASPIRATOR WITH PADDY HUSKER
It is developed for who is looking for high capacity, combined machine at their Rice milling plant.
The combined Paddy husker and chaff aspirator is perfect for modernizing your milling plant with
low energy consumption, compact design, more production capacity and low maintenance cost.
Glume aspirator with paddy husker is a machine separates the rice and its chaff. This machine
separates the chaff from rice via rubber rollers when they are rolling in contra sides. The processed
products (paddy,rice,bran,glume and rawseed) goes into aspirator storage, and by the air channels,
aspirator separates and release them. Product control sensors starts the machine automatically
when the paddy gets inside the system. When the machine start to operate, the electromagnetic
vibro diffuser pour the paddy to roller systematically. After processed by the rubber rollers, paddy
pass’ into aspirator storage as 4 different material (rice, rawseed,bran, glume). The aspirator system

PNEUMATIC POLISH
Pneumatic polish machines carry out the process of polishing the surface of the rice with the files in the paddy processing plants. Also increasing the
quality of the rice, with polishing ,whose quality is low.
Pneumatic Polish machine is used in polishing the rice with installing the rice in the plant according to the process order. The machine increases the
quality with polishing thanks to the files in which the rice states. The rice which enters inside from the machine’s product entry reservoir; is pushed to
the product process cage by the pushing helix which is in the machine. The rice which is pushed by the helix; obtains a bright view with rubbing the
files that are stated in the machine with the skidding of the striking system. The bran that are emerged during rubbing are transported to outside in
the sieve poles with the pressing air system from the rice exit reservoir. The rice pressure cover that is stated in rice exit reservoir; is used for polishing
the rice as much as wished. The polishing arrangement is made with the forward and back movement of the cover. The more the pressing cover is
tightened the more the rice has polish; the more it is eased the less the rice has polish. When the processed product’s humid rate changes; it is
necessary to control the machine’s pressing cover arrangement and make to suitable arrangement.

WATER POLISHER
Rice, through a sanding process on Horizontal Whitening Stone machine for the receipt of rice bran. With this sanding process, surface of rice
becomes nicked. In the following process the nicks fills with bran. These bran remains, with the effect of fatty acids in them are exposed to oxidation
in time. With the effect of this oxidation, rice will become smelly and sour.
This bran which adhesive on the rice, also moisturizes the rice to absorb moisture from the air, and it is caused, to produce microorganisms on
rice in a short time. Rice starts to deteriorate in a short time because of this reason.
Watery polish machines use the best working prenciple for cleaning to insides the nicks and rice surface without damaging the rice. This process
ensures to rice bright, smooth and attractive appearance.
Machine’s Product Process Cage designed special for the realization of the polishing process. In the watery polish process, rice move horizontal
inside the machine. Rice grains, turn the spiral in the axis of the machine. This spiral turn causes of the two moving forces. First one is horizontal
pushing force of settled spiral machine, and second is the circular effect of striking plate. Rice polish with milling grains to sieve surface friction,
shock and friction between themselves. Since rice is moistened with water, then air dried by allowing machines to be shipped out.

PLASTER RICE SIEVE
Plaster rice sieve machines are the machines which provide the rice to be classified as dust,
sand, dust broken, zero broken, cutten broken and rice in the paddy processing plants.
Plaster rice sieve, makes the process of classifying the rice seperated from the dandruff and
polished. Plaster rice sieve delivers the rice to two sides in balance via product delivering
box. The machine classifies the rice which is spread over the sieve according to the sizes of
the pores on the sieve, by using circular vibrations. The rice remained on the sieve ; thanks
to the product exit ways stated in the sieve box; moves towards the exit reservoir. The rice
that falls down from the sieve pores; starts to sieve in the second sieve. In the same way; with
the product exit ways ; the rice sieved in the second sieve and remained ones on the second
sieve box; is transported to product exit reservoir. After the rice enters the machine; it becomes
sieved in the sieve system. As a result the rice is transported from the rice exit reservoir; the
broken rice is from the broken rice reservoir, when it comes to the zero broken one; it is
transported from the zero broken exit reservoir.

RAW SEED TRIEUR
Raw seed trieur is a machine which takes the raw rice and matured rice into its inside and sieves them and separates them from each others.
Raw seed trieur whose installation was made according to the process order in the plant; is used for distinguishing the raw seed in the rice. The
raw seed falls with the turn of the rice sieve and it is separated from the rice. The separated rice is transported from the rice exit reservoir; and
the raw seed that fall from the cavities are transported to the raw seed exit reservoir with the pushing helix.

RICE THICKNESS / WIDTH GRADER TRIEUR
It is developed to sort the rice according to its width/thickness. We use
this machine to separate raw seed, milky piece, broken and rice from
each other. To make different kind of sorting, you need to change the
sieve tambour. This is machine can sort multiple items (broken, rawseed
etc.) and also can sort the same product again to make a crosscheck.
But for this crosscheck process we need additional helix floor system.
Sieve tambours can move independently from each other. The machine
can be used in different sections of the rice milling plants as for the
producers needs. And its compact design is also an advantage. The
Sieve tambours are easy to replace,And on the machines body there are
maintenance ports. There are rubber rolls to clean the stuck pieces on
sieve. The Sieve tambours are made of 304 chrome plate. It has high
capacity and low maintenance requirements.
The product in the feeding bunker goes to the sieve tambours via outflow
pipes. The sieving process happens by spin moves of the tambours. The
broken, raw seed,milky piece etc falls down from the sieve, and the
machine ejects them with helix system.

RICE THICKNESS / WIDTH GRADER TRIEUR
It is developed to sort the rice according to its width/thickness. We use
this machine to separate raw seed, milky piece, broken and rice from
each other. To make different kind of sorting, you need to change the
sieve tambour. This is machine can sort multiple items (broken, rawseed
etc.) and also can sort the same product again to make a crosscheck.
But for this crosscheck process we need additional helix floor system.
Sieve tambours can move independently from each other. The machine
can be used in different sections of the rice milling plants as for the
producers needs. And its compact design is also an advantage. The
Sieve tambours are easy to replace,And on the machines body there are
maintenance ports. There are rubber rolls to clean the stuck pieces on
sieve. The Sieve tambours are made of 304 chrome plate. It has high
capacity and low maintenance requirements.
The product in the feeding bunker goes to the sieve tambours via outflow
pipes. The sieving process happens by spin moves of the tambours. The
broken, raw seed,milky piece etc falls down from the sieve, and the
machine ejects them with helix system.

DOUBLE STOREY BROKEN RICE TRIEUR
Broken trieur is used for separating the broken rice from the processed rice in the plant. With the press feature in the sieve system; via length
difference it separates the broken rice from the rice. The machine is produced as 2 storey.
It is used after the rice sieve in the plant in order to separate the broken rice among the product. Machine wheels the rice and the broken rice
in a special designed sieves with cavities. During this wheeling, broken rice stuck into the cavities on the sieve, by the spinning move of the
sieve,the broken ones falls into the broken plate. The system ejects the seperated rice in the sieve by helix. And the broken rice also be ejected
by another helix from another outpu.

Tek flase üzerine iki ana gövdeden oluflan vibro badi aynı hareket mekanizmasından hareket alarak farlı ayarlanabilen gövdelerden oluflup tesisin
kapasite artırılmasına ve enerji tüketiminin minimum seviyede kalmasına olanak sa¤lamaktadır. Girifl ambarının minimum ve maksimum seviyesinde
bulunan kontrol sensorları sayesinde makinenin kapasitesine göre ürün az geldi¤inde makine kendini stop ederek enerji tüketiminde tasarruf sa¤lar.
Ambar doldu¤unda sensorlar mahsulü görerek makineyi tekrar çalıfltırır. Makinenin ambarına gelen mahsul orantılı bir flekilde aynı amaca sahip ayrı
ayrı çalıflan makineye akım verilir. Özel tasarlanmıfl olan krom malzemeden imal edilmifl üst üste çoklu ve cepli elek sayesinde çelti¤in ve pirincin
yüzeyindeki farklılıktan yararlanılarak ayrıfltırma ifllemi gerçeklefltirilmifl olur. Makinede 3 farklı ürün çıkıflı vardır.
Çıkıfltan temiz pirinç çıkar. ifllenmek üzere bir sonraki makineye gönderilir.
Çıkıfltan Vibro badinin kendi içinde ayrıfltırmakta zorlandı¤ı çeltik ve pirinç karıflımı çıkar. Bu ürün tekrar ayrıfltırılmak üzere iade elevatörü ile vibro badiye
geri gönderilir.
Çıkıfltan soyulmam›fl çeltik çıkar. Soyulmamıfl çeltik tekrar soyulmak üzere soyucu makineye gönderilir.
Bu ifllemleri gerçeklefltirmifl olan vibro badi sayesinde çeltik iflleme tesislerinde aynı anda kapasite artırımına gidilmifl ve enerji tasarrufu sa¤lanmıfl olur.
VIBRO BADI
It separates and sends back the unstripped plants (in the rice) to the stripper to be processed again.
Unstripped plants and the rice which are coming from the stripper cylindrical roller, is transfered to the Vibro Badi’s fill-up control sensored depot.
Vibro Badi’s double body on the mono chassis, increases capacity of the plant and decrease energy consumption by leting two different settings on
the two seperate bodies which are using the same power mechanisim. The energy consumption is decreased by the help of the control sensors (min.
and max.) of the entrance depot. When the product is low, sensors stops the machine until the product level reaches to the depot’s max level. The
machine starts processing when the depot is full.When the products transferred to the depot, machine starts processing. Machine’s special designed,
chromium, multiple pocket garbler, makes the stripping process by using the structural surface differences of the rice and unstripped rice.
There are 3 different product outputs of the machine. These are;
Clean rice. It moves to the next process.
Mixture of rice and unstripped rice. This output is transferred to the Vibro Badi again by returning elevator.
Unstripped rice. It returns to the stripping machine to be processed again.
By using Vibro Badi, capacity is increased and energy is saved in the rice processing plants.

MILKY PIECE TRIEUR
Weak rice trieur machine is a machine which is used in distinguishing the thin and milky piece among the rice.
The thin rice and milky pieces fall from the pores which filled the sieve thambour from the product entry reservoir and it becomes separated from
the rice. System ejects the separated rice from rice ejection reservoir; and others from another ejection reservoir via pusher helix.

OILING MACHINE
Oiling machines are used after finishing the processing of rice and just before the storage to make the rice bright by using 0,35% oil , beside
making the rice brighter it also provides longer shelf life for the rice.
The product enters from the product entry reservoir and provides combination with the oil which comes from the oil tank in the hoop which turns
32 d/d in a minute. The rice which is oiled by turning in the machine; exits from the product exit reservoir.

RICE TESTING MACHINE
It is designed to classify the rice according to its length or thickness. As it is portable equipment, It can be used both at laboratory and production.
- Separating the broken rice inside from the whole grain is done via indented cylinders (sieves).
- Separating the Milky piece and red rice inside whole grain is done via (optional) rotating sieve.
- There is 5.5mm sieve with the machine as a standard.
This masterpiece equipment grades the sample rice by length or thickness. Since the separating system is same as the machines used in factories
it gives accurate results.

DUST - BRAN CYCLONE
Cyclone is the system that separates the air and the
solid material from each others by using the centrifugal
force.
The mixture of the dust bran and air comes into the
cyclone from the side entrance and cyclone rotates it
360º. During this rotation, cyclone hits the dust, bran
etc. to inner walls. And in the inner side there happens
another rotation of air. The separated particles fall down
to cone below and the air lefts the cyclone from the air
ejection above.
Choosing a suitable Air – solid separator is up to some
conditions. First and most important condition is the
size of the material need to be separated and the density
of the material in the mixture. We can produce the
cyclone in different sizes and according to your needs.

Hopper Silos are typically used in applications where routine and fast clean out is required or just to reduce the energy and labor cost of material
handling.
Different hopper angles can be manufactured according to silo diameter, product type to be stored, natural conditions of the place where silo is
desired to be erected and customer demands.
Bracing system is designed for a maximum support.
