GRUP OFIS MARKA PATENT -TURKEY- VEKALETNAME POWER OF ATTORNEY Aşağıda imzası ve adresi bulunan ben/biz (tam unvan) I/We, the undersigned (full name) resident at (address) halen Türkiye'de yürürlükte olan ve ileride yürürlüğe girebilecek tüm fikri ve sınai mülkiyet mevzuatı ile ilgili işlemlerimizde beni/bizi temsil etmeye dolayısıyla adım(ız)a tescil edilmiş bulunan veya tescil edilecek olan her türlü hizmet ve ticari markaların, patentlerin, endüstriyel tasarımların, faydalı modellerin tescili, yenilenmesi,uzatılması, geri alınması, iptal edilmesi, belgelerin suretlerinin temini, unvan, eşya, adres ve nevi değişiklikleri, noter senedi ile alınacak veya verilecek kullanma müsaadeleri (lisanslar), tamamen veya kısmen devir, birleşme, intikal, patentlerde yıllık taksitlerin yatırılması ve tatbik işlemlerinin yapılması, üçüncü kişilere ait her türlü fikri ve sınai mülkiyet müracaatının veya tescilinin reddi ve/veya iptali için ve bize ait her türlü fikri ve sınai mülkiyet müracaatının veya tescilinin reddi ve/veya iptali talebiyle üçüncü kişilerce yapılacak müracaatların reddi veya iptali için karşı itiraz, görüş ve karşı görüş dosyalanması ile birlikte bunların geri çekilmesi, bu maksatlar için gerekli her türlü harçların ve vergilerin ödenmesi, gerektiğinde müracaatın, harcın geri alınması ve haklarımızın korunması için Türk Patent Enstitüsü'ne ve Türkiye Cumhuriyeti'nin idari bütün mercilerine başvurulması, adım(ız)a bu maksatlar için hazırlanacak her türlü belgenin tanzimi, tashihi, imzalanması, başkasının vekil tayin edilmesi veya azledilmesi, ihtarname çekilmesi hususlarında mezun olmak üzere Türkiye'de Atatürk Bulvarı 211/11 06680 Kavaklıdere/ ANKARA adresinde mukim GRUP OFİS MARKA PATENT A.Ş.'ni ve aynı zamanda aynı adreste mukim GÜRŞEN MEHMET SEVİNÇ, CENK SEVİNÇ, FEVZİ SELÇUK AKIN, İBRAHİM DEVECİOĞLU ve HİLAL AKSOY'u birlikte veya ayrı ayrı tam yetki ile vekil tayin ettiğim(iz)i beyan ederim(z). do hereby jointly and severally designate and appoint GÜRŞEN MEHMET SEVİNÇ, CENK SEVİNÇ, FEVZİ SELÇUK AKIN, HİLAL AKSOY and İBRAHİM DEVECİOĞLU and their GRUP OFIS MARKA PATENT A.S. resident at Atatürk Bulvarı 211/11 06680 Kavaklıdere/ ANKARA-TURKEY as my/our lawful attorney in all of our works and proceedings with regard to intellectual and industrial property laws in or to be effect in Turkey, accordingly, to perform the proceedings in respect of registration, renewal, extension, withdrawal, cancellation, obtaining the certified copy of related certificates, recordal of change of name, of goods, of address and of title, having a right to use the documents taken or given (licenses) through the deed of notary, total or partial assignment, merger and transfer of a property of trademarks and service marks, patents, industrial designs and utility models, the annuity payments of the patents and apply them to the procedures, the filing and withdrawal of oppositions, views and counterviews to request rejection and/ or cancellation of any sort of intellectual and industrial property application or registration or to request rejection or cancellation of any third party request to be filed for rejection and/or cancellation of any of our intellectual or industrial property application or registration, and through these aims, to pay every kind of necessary fees and taxes and in case of need, to apply to Turkish Patent Institute and to the administrative authorities of the Republic of Turkey in order to withdraw the application and the fee and for protection of our rights where necessary, the arrangement and the amendment of every kind of documents and signing of them and to substitute third persons or to dismiss them, sending official warning letter, with full power in the name of me/us.
