TARÝHÇE
Sartaþ Boya Vernik San. ve Tic. AÞ. olarak 1980 yýlýnda Dudullu-Ýstanbul fabrikamýzda, inþaat ve sanayi
grubu boyalarý ile üretim hayatýna baþlayan firmamýz, 2004 yýlýnda Tuzla Kimya Sanayicileri Organize
Sanayi Bölgesindeki yeni tesislerinde, üretim çeþitlerini ve kapasitesini arttýrarak imalatýna devam
etmektedir.
Kaliteyi kendine ilke edinen firmamýz, 1987 yýlýndan itibaren ürünlerini TSE ile belgelendirmiþtir.
Kalitenin her adýmýmýzda bizi daha ileriye götüreceðinin bilinci ile geliþen çaðýn da gerekliliklerini yerine
getirmek, yurt içi ve uluslar arasý piyasalarda firmamýzýn kalitesini belgelemek amacý ile ISO 9001:2008,
ISO 14001:2004 ve OHSAS 18001:2007 belgelerini de 2005 yýlýnda almýþtýr.
Giderek artan ihracatýmýz nedeni ile 2011 yýlýnda Sartaþ Boya ve Kimya Pazarlama Dýþ Ticaret Ltd. Þti.

HISTORY
Sartaþ Boya Vernik San.Tic.A.Þ. has started it's production with construction and industrial paints at
Dudullu-Ýstanbul at 1980. Our company continues production in new industrial plant in Tuzla Kimya
Sanayicileri Organize Sanayi Bölgesi with increased capacity and breed since 2004.
Our company makes up a quality as principle and documented products with TSE at 1987.
With the senses of quality which takes us one step further and also with the aim following all develepments
of the era,documenting our company's quality in domestic and foreign markets we got ISO 9001:2008,ISO
14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 at 2005.
Because of our increasing exportation we founded Sartaþ Boya ve Kimya Pazarlama Dýþ Ticaret Ltd. Þti.
and now we are doing our importation and exportation over this sister company.
Our company, making up the reasonable prices and honesty as principle, never compromises from sense
of quality and performs it's production appropriate to quality standards.
Demands that can occur after the production, our technic support will be provided as soon as possible by
remembering our customer's needs.

The surfaces that the DOCTOR BACTER antibacterial hospital paint
will be applied on should be smooth, sound, dry, clean and be able to
receive the paint. On interior surfaces that are mineral based, with
very little absorption, that do not have dust emission with raw plaster
which will be painted for the first time, Sartaþ acrylic latex primer must be
used; on surfaces with dust emulsion characteristic and high absorption,
Silicone base transparent primer or Sartaþ acrylic under coat must be used.
Touch dry 30 min.
Second layer application 6 hours.
Hard drying 24 hours.
It is applied with brush, roller or spraying.
Solvent free and practically odourless.
Clean the tools with water.

painted for the first time, Sartaþ acrylic latex primer must be used; on surfaces

her türlü yað, kir, toz, gevþek zeminler temizlenmelidir.
Sýva ve Beton yüzeylerde SARTAÞ SU-TUT uygulamadan önce yüzeyin
(7 hacim suya 1 hacim muriatic acid karýþtýrýlarak) yýkanmasý tavsiye edilir.
Uygulama yapýlacak yüzeylerin göllenmeye imkan vermeyecek þekilde
eðime sahip olmasý gereklidir. Zemin düzgünlüðü için Sartaþ dýþ cephe
çatlak dolgu macunu kullanýlmalýdýr. Yüzeyin durumuna göre SU-TUT %100
oranýnda su ile inceltilerek bir kat astar çekilmeli ve bunun üzerine iki kat
SU-TUT inceltilmeden uygulanmalýdýr. Uygulama en az iki kat halinde
uygulanan her kat bir evvelki katýn dikine en geç 24 saat sonra tatbik
edilmelidir. Birleþim yerlerinde þeritler halinde kestirme þeklinde uygulama
yapýlmalýdýr.
Ýlk kuruma :12 saat. Ýkinci kat :24 saat. Tam kuruma :48 saat.

Sartaþ Su-Tut can be used safely at the places that water and humidity
proof desired such as concrete, plaster, brick, china, briquette, ytong,

horizontal surfaces at the buildings, window borders, coronas, pools,
cisterns, water tanks, ducts etc.

Certain consumption can be found by experience.
SARTAÞ SU-TUT must be absolutely applied to the surfaces that non-humid,
dry and clean. All of the oil, dirt, dust, loose floor that inhibits the adhesion
of the product must be clean on the application surface.
Before the application of the SARTAÞ SU-TUT to the Plaster and Concrete
surfaces, it is advised that the surface should be washed (with 1 volume
muriatic acid for 7 volume water). Application surfaces must has a slope
such that disallows the congestion. Sartaþ exterior crack filling paste must
be used for floor smoothness. According to the surface condition, a primer
layer must be applied with the SARTAÞ SU-TUT diluted by the 100% water
and two layers must be applied over this without diluting. Application must
be carried out as two layers at minimum that each layers perpendicular to
the previous and must be applied after 24 hours at the latest.
Su-tut should be applied in form of strips at joints.
First Drying :12 hours. Second Layer : 24 hours.
Complete Drying : 48 hours.
It is applied with brush, roller .Solvent free and practically odourless.
Clean the tools with water.
It is diluted by 100% water as the Primer Layer. It is not
diluted for second and final layers.
Care must be taken that the surface temperature is between +5°C and +30°C
during application. The surface should be protected from rain and frost
during application and drying periods and the application should be done
in windy conditions under direct sun light.

Clean the application surfaces off the loose layers that weaken the adhesion,
dust, dirt and grease. The ground should be secured in a way that screed is
poured on the hard-to-repair and obsolete concrete surfaces. The ground

drying for about 4 hours is drawn with Sartaþ Acrylic Covering Primer with
a roller or brush and the exterior paint is applied on it after the primer is
dried following 4-6 hours. The plaster cracks inside buildings are drawn
with Sartaþ Acrylic Clear Primer and satin plaster is pulled on it after
thoroughly drying for 5-6 hours and sandpaper is done properly. Now the
wall is ready for the top coat paint and painting can be finished by applying
2-coat paint.

to the area that needs protecting; for very severe cases
(e.g. in very harsh marine environments) 2 coats of Water Based

Allow 2-4 hours to dry before recoating with Paint’s water-based
products. Allow 24 hours to dry before recoating with Paint’s solventbased products.
Stir well before use. Dilute by tap water at the amount of
20-30% to obtain the consistency during the spraying
applications. Clean application equipment with tap water.
Do not apply before 9 am or after 4 pm in winter.
Do not apply to exterior if rain is likely within 4-6 hours of
application. Water Based Metal Primer should never be
mixed with other products.

The surface must be sound, clean, dry and be able to receive it.
On surfaces with bitumen like asphalt, applying paint after cement
based screed is applied is recommended.
It must be waited for 4 weeks for newly plastered surfaces.

Second layer application 12 hours.
Hard drying 24 hours.
It is applied with brush and rollers.
Solvent free and practically odourless.
Clean the tools with water.
The first layer of paint is applied on the surface as prime by
diluting one to one, the second and third layers of paint are
applied on the surface by diluting with 10% clean water.
Care must be taken that the surface temperature is between +5°C and
+30°C during application. The surface should be protected from rain
and frost during application and drying periods and the application
should be done in windy conditions under direct sun light.

Plyo matt paint exhibit good hardness, and excellent quality
and durability in humid and sunny areas.
Highly resistant to yellowing and discoloration on exposure to
UV light over long periods of time.
Plyo matt paint is sufficiently waterproof to prevent humidity
and rainwater from penetrating into the substrate and yet
microporous to permit the evaporation of moisture present in walls.
Excellent adhesion.It penetrates perfectly into the surface.
Their application and their drying are not affected by climatic
conditions.
Solvent borne matt paint for exterior and interior mineral
substrates based on thermoplastic resin.

Exterior facades and interior walls; masonry, concrete, plaster, gypsum,

etc. to be repaired with Sartaþ Exterior Crack Filling Paste or
Sartaþ Interior Filling paste. Sartaþ Plyo primer apply with brush,
roller or spray gun. Usually one coat is sufficient.
Plyo Matt Paint application should be made after 1 day.
Hard dry: 24 hours.
Stir well before use. Paint should be diluted with 10-15 % synthetic
thinners. Apply with brush, roller or spray gun. Usually two coat is
sufficient. Tools can be cleaned with Synthetic Thinner.
Dilute by Sartaþ Synthetic Thinner at the amount of 10-15% to
obtain the consistency during the roll or brush applications.
