Bu Hizmet Şartlarını onaylayarak, TURKCELL BiP uygulamasının kullanımına ilişkin aşağıdaki maddeleri
kabul etmiş sayılırsınız:


Uygulama sadece kişisel kullanımınız içindir, uygulamayı başkalarına satamaz veya uygulama
üzerinden başkalarını ücretlendiremezsiniz.
BiP hizmetini veya herhangi bir özelliğini çoğaltamaz, aktaramaz, erişim sağlayamaz,
dağıtamaz, değişiklik ve modifikasyon yapamazsınız.
Tüketici şikayet ve itirazları konusundaki başvurular tüketici sorunları hakem heyetine veya tüketici
mahkemesine yapılabilir. Bu bilgiler, ergin olmayanlar ile ayırtım gücünden yoksun veya kısıtlı
erginleri koruyacak şekilde ticari amaçlarla verilmektedir.
Hizmet özelliklerine erişmek ve kullanmak için, cep telefon numaranızın diğer hizmet kullanıcıları
tarafından görüleceğini kabul edersiniz. Açık, net kabulunuz ve bilginiz dahilinde, TURKCELL’in BiP
servisi üzerinden periyodik olarak kullanıcıların cep telefonu numaralarını takip etmek ve tutmak için,
mobil cihazınızdaki kişi listenize ve/veya adres defterine erişebilir olduğunu kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.
Cep telefonu numaranızı verirken, size doğru ve eksiksiz bilgi vermeniz gerekir. Bu anlaşma ile servisi
kullanabilmek adına, TURKCELL BiP’in kişi listesine veya adres defteri bilginize erişmek üzere açık
izninizi vermiş olursunuz. TURKCELL, BiP uygulaması üzerinden isim, adres veya e-posta adresleri gibi
kişisel bilgilere erişmez, toplamaz sadece BiP uygulamasını kullanımınıza açabilmek için gerekli onay
kodunu size iletmek üzere cep telefonu numaranızı talep eder. Durum metniniz ve uygulama
kullanımı esnasında ilettiğiniz mesajların içeriği tamamen sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.
Güvenlik açısından cep telefonunuzun izinsiz kullanımına dair herhangi bir ihlal durumunda bu durum
ilgili kurumlara kullanıcı tarafından derhal bildirilmelidir. TURKCELL, hesabınızın izinsiz kullanımından
kaynaklanan kayıplar için sorumlu olmayacaktır.
TURKCELL, kullanıcıların söz konusu uygulama kapsamında, konum bilgisi de dahil hiçbir kişisel
bilgilerini kullanıcıların bilgisi dışındaki 3. Şahıslarla paylaşmamaktadır. Kullanıcıların uygulama
üzerinden gerçekleştirecekleri bilgi paylaşımları, kullanıcının kendi inisiyatifi ve onayı çerçevesindedir.
Uygulama içerisinde paylaşılması mümkün olan konum bilgisi ile birlikte sistemsel hatalardan ve
transmisyon kesintilerinde yaşanacak servis aksaklıklarından dolayı hizmet verilememesi durumunda
TURKCELL sorumlu değildir. Servisi kullanan kullanıcılar tüm bu koşulları kabul etmiş sayılmaktadır.
Turkcell, kullanıcılarının bilgilerinin gizliliğine ve güvenliğine saygı göstermekte ve bu itibarla ilgili
mevzuat kapsamında alınması gerekli tedbirleri almaktadır. TURKCELL gönderilen konumun
doğruluğunu teyit etmek için kişisel olmayan bilgileri (kullanım tarihi zamanı gibi) kullanabilir.
Uygulama içinden gönderilen SMS’ler, MMS’ler ve sosyal ağ paylaşımları için veri kullanımı,
kullanıcının mevcut SMS/MMS ve mobil internet tarifeleri üzerinden ayrıca ücretlenir.
Durum metinleri dışında, BiP ticari markası, hizmet markaları ve logolarıda, metinler, komutlar,
özellikler, grafikler, yerel ikonlar (emoticonlar) interaktif özellikler ve benzeri göstergeler TURKCELL’e
aittir, telif hakkı Türkiye ve yabancı yasaları ve uluslararası sözleşmeler çerçevesinde diğer fikri
mülkiyet haklarına tabidir.
BiP hizmetinize, TURKCELL tarafından sadece kişisel kullanım için verilir. TURKCELL, uygulama ile ilgili
tüm haklarını saklı tutar. Herhangi bir ticari amaç için, uygulama kopyalanamaz, dağıtımı yapılamaz,
3. partilere sunulamaz.
Kullanıcı burada belirtilen tüm koşulları kabul ettiğini kabul, beyan ve taahhüt eder.
Legal issues

tribunal or the arbitral tribunal. This information is given to protect adults or adults are incapable of
disjunction with non-commercial purposes.
Subject to your acceptance and compliance with these Terms of Service, TURKCELL hereby grants you
permission to use the Service, provided that:




Your use of the Service as permitted is solely for your personal use, and you are not
permitted to resell or charge others for use of or access to the Service, or in any other
manner inconsistent with these Terms of Service;
You will not duplicate, transfer, give access to, copy or distribute any part of the Service in
any medium without TURKCELL’s prior written authorization;
You will not attempt to reverse engineer, alter or modify any part of the Service;
You will otherwise comply with the terms and conditions of these Terms of Service.
In order to access and use the features of the Service, you acknowledge and agree that you will have
to provide TURKCELL with your mobile phone number. You expressly acknowledge and agree that in
order to provide the Service, TURKCELL may periodically access your contact list and/or address book
on your mobile device to find and keep track of mobile phone numbers of other users of the Service.
When providing your mobile phone number, you must provide accurate and complete information.
You hereby give your express consent to TURKCELL to access your contact list and/or address book
for mobile phone numbers in order to provide and use the Service. TURKCELL do not collect names,
addresses or email addresses, just mobile phone numbers. You are solely responsible for the status
messages that you submit and the messages that you send and received that are displayed for your
mobile phone number on the TURKCELL Service. You must notify TURKCELL immediately of any
breach of security or unauthorized use of your mobile phone. Although TURKCELL will not be liable
for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account, you may be liable for the losses of
TURKCELL or others due to such unauthorized use.
TURKCELL, in accordance with the principle of confidentiality of personal data of users, will not share
of any such information, including the location information to the application with 3rd parties. This
will take place through the application of any share; the user is governed by its own initiative, and
approval.
In case of systemic failures and transmission errors due to service failures TURKCELL does not accept
responsibility in the event of service cannot be given.
Service users are deemed to have accepted these conditions.
TURKCELL, respect privacy and security of user data and endeavor to take the necessary measures in
this regard to show. TURKCELL can use non-personal information (IMEI, date, time, etc.) in order to
verify the accuracy of the location is sent.
Uses of data for social network shares, SMS/MMS or messages are sent from within the application
are charged also on the user's current SMS/MMS and internet tariff.
Created text, scripts, graphics, interactive features and the like, except Status Submissions (as
defined below), and the trademarks, service marks and logos contained therein ("Marks"), are owned
by or licensed to TURKCELL, subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under Turkey
and foreign laws and international conventions.
The Service is provided to you AS IS for your information and personal use only.
TURKCELL reserves all rights not expressly granted in and to the Service.
You agree to not engage in the use, copying, or distribution of any of the Service other than expressly
permitted herein, including any use, copying, or distribution of Status Submissions of third parties
obtained through the Service for any commercial purposes.
User accepts all the conditions set forth herein acceptance, declare and undertake.
