POZIV NA SUDJELOVANJE / WELCOME MESSAGE
Poštovane kolegice i kolege,
Osobita mi je čast i zadovoljstvo pozvati Vas na 7. HRVATSKI KONGRES NEFROLOGIJE,
DIJALIZE I TRANSPLANTACIJE s međunarodnim sudjelovanjem.
Kongres će se održati u Puli od 10.- 13. listopada 2014. godine. Tijekom Kongresa kroz
cjeline organizirane na teme nefrologije, različitih oblika akutne i kronične dijalize, kao
i drugih vidova liječenja bolesnika metodama izvantjelesne cirkulacije, transplantacije
bubrega i arterijske hipertenzije, sudionici će imati priliku čuti novosti i preporuke za
dobru medicinsku praksu te priliku da u raspravi iznesu vlastite stavove i iskustva.
Kongres će okupiti priznate stručnjake iz Hrvatske i inozemstva koji će razmijeniti iskustva iz odabranih tema, a posebna pozornost će se posvetiti dobroj kliničkoj praksi.
Također, posebna cjelina biti će posvećena suradnji nefrologa iz čitave regije gdje će
sudionici imati priliku izmijeniti svoja iskustva i predstaviti napredak u struci.
Pozivamo Vas da svojim sudjelovanjem i prikazom svog rada doprinesete uspjehu Kongresa. Svi Vaši sažeci su dobrodošli.
Istovremeno s održavanjem Kongresa održat će se i 7. simpozij medicinskih sestara
i tehničara, Hrvatske udruge medicinskih sestara, Društva nefrologije, dijalize i transplantacije bubrega.
Posvećujući osobitu pažnju edukaciji mlađih kolegica i kolega na početku njihove stručne i znanstvene karijere, organiziramo posebni predkongresni tečaj: ‘’Introductory
Course on Epidemiology’’ u suradnji sa ERA-EDTA. Kotizacije za tečaj nema.
Veselimo se susretu i zajedničkom druženju na Kongresu te u ljepotama grada Pule i
okolice.
Dear colleagues
It is my privilege and pleasure to invite you to participate at the 7th CROATIAN CONGRESS OF NEPHROLOGY, DIALYSIS AND TRANSPLANTATION with international participation.
The Congress will be held in Pula, Croatia from 10-13, October 2014. The emphasis will be
on ‘’state of art’’ lectures and clinical aspects of nephrology, hypertension, and dialysis
and kidney transplantation.
The Congress will bring together distinguished clinicians and experts from Croatia and
abroad to present and discuss recent discoveries of these fields. Particular focus will be
laid on ‘’Best clinical practice’’. Special part of the Congress will be dedicated to international experience of the nephrologists in the region. You are heartily invited to contribute
to the success of this meeting with a presentation of your work, and your abstracts are
very much appreciated.
The pre-congress educational course: ‘’Introductory Course on Epidemiology’’ in cooperation with ERA-EDTA will precede the Congress. There will not be registration fee
for the course.
Of course we also want to emphasize the beauty of Pula, which is located in Istria the
northern part of Adriatic coast and is well known for its Roman heritage.

PREZENTACIJE / PRESENTATIONS
POZVANA PREDAVANJA / INVITED LECTURES
Trajanje prezentacije bit će naznačeno u konačnom programu, produljenje izvan
vremenskog okvira neće biti moguće. Za programske cjeline bez naznačene rasprave, ista je uključena u vremenski okvir predavanja.
The time allowed for presentation should be strictly followed and will be declared in the final programme. Programme units without declared discussion
time include discussion in lecture time.
USMENA IZLAGANJA / ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
Stručni odbor kongresa će iz prispjelih radova izdvojiti radove za prikazivanje
putem usmenog izlaganja. Trajanje usmenog izlaganja ograničeno je na 15 minuta, u što je uključena i rasprava.
Professional committee of the Congress will select oral presentations from the
received abstracts. The time allowed for presentation is 15 minutes including
discussion.
POSTERI / POSTERS
Posteri veličine do 80 cm širine i do 120 cm visine bit će izloženi u kongresnom
prostoru tijekom trajanja Kongresa. Organizator će osigurati pribor za postavljanje
postera.
Osim izložbe, bit će po grupama organizirana i usmena prezentacija postera u
trajanju do 3 minute s kratkom diskusijom uz svaki poster.
The allocated poster size is 0,80 m wide and 1,2 m high. The posters will be displayed throughout the Congress and suitable fixing materials will be provided by
the organizers.
During poster session there will be a three-minute oral presentation followed by
short discussion in front of each poster.
NAGRADA ZA NAJBOLJI POSTER / BEST POSTER AWARD
Znanstveni odbor Kongresa nagraditi će po jedan najbolji poster iz područja nefrologije, dijalize i transplantacije prigodnom nagradom.
The best poster in each main topic of nephrology, dialysis and transplantation,
selected by the Congress scientific committee will be awarded.

IZLOŽBA / COMMERCIAL EXHIBITION
Za vrijeme održavanja Kongresa održat će se i izložba opreme i proizvoda farmaceutskih tvrtki. Podrška ovih tvrtki je značajna za opći uspjeh Kongresa i svi
sudionici se pozivaju da posjete svaki izložbeni prostor. Izložbeni prostor biti će
ispred kongresne dvorane .

A commercial exhibition of equipment, products and books will take place during
the meeting. The support of these organizations is important for the success of
the meeting and all delegates are encouraged to visit each stand. The commercial

Za prijavu sudjelovanja na Kongresu molimo Vas da koristite za to predviđeni obrazac. Prijava će biti valjana tek nakon što organizator primi potvrdu o uplati. Krajnji

Tehnički organizator je rezervirao određeni broj soba u hotelu. Rezervacija smještaja vrši se po principu tko se prvi javi prvi je uslužen. Ukoliko želite dijeliti sobu,
molimo Vas da navedete ime osobe s kojom želite biti zajedno u sobi. Smještaj će
se smatrati potvrđenim tek nakon uplate 50% iznosa rezervacije prema zaprimljenoj ponudi. Preostalih 50% potrebno je uplatiti do 10. 09. 2014.
Krajnji rok za rezervaciju smještaja je 31. kolovoza 2014. Nakon toga roka traženi

Technical Organizer has reserved a number of hotel rooms for the delegates. Hotel
accommodation is booked on a first-come, first served basis. If you wish to share
accommodation please indicate the name of the participant you have arranged to
share a room with. The reservation will be concidered confirmed only after we receive the payment of 50% according to the issued pro-forma invoice. The remaining 50% has to be paid until the 10th of September 2014.
Reservations should be made no later then August 31st, 2014. After this date
desired hotel accommodation cannot be guaranteed.

Sažetak na hrvatskom i/ili engleskom jeziku napisati i poslati isključivo putem
elektronske ‘’online’’ prijave sažetaka na web stranici Kongresa www.hdndt.org.
Slijediti detaljne upute prilikom prijave sažetka.
Krajini rok za prijavu sažetka je 30. lipnja 2014. godine. Sažeci poslani nakon tog
roka kao i dostavljeni faxom neće se uzeti u razmatranje.

Svi autori se pozivaju da do 1. kolovoza 2014. godine dostave svoje radove tajniku Organizacionog odbora. Nakon recenzije svi prihvaćeni radovi bit će štampani
u Acta Medica Croatica indeksiranom u Medline/Index Medicus koji će se dijeliti na Kongresu. Radove napisati prema uputama Acta Medica Croatica, a zajedno s literaturom i prilozima ne smiju biti duži od 10 tipkanih stranica formata A4
(29,7x21cm) s obrubom od 2,5 cm sa svih strana te 1,5 proredom. Oblik slova je
Times New Roman, a veličina 12 točaka. Rad napisati u MS wordu i kao attach file
poslati e-mailom na [email protected]
Authors are encouraged to submit their final manuscript till August 1st, 2014 to be
peer reviewed for publication in Acta Medica Croatica indexed in Medline/Index
Medicus. Which will be distibuted on the Congress. For preparing the manuscript
the Acta Medica Croatica guidelines for contributing authors have to be followed.
The whole manuscript together with literature should not excide the maximum of
ten A4 pages (29,7x21cm) with 2,5 cm margin around and 1,5 line spacing. Font
style Times New Roman and font size 12 points. The manuscript should be written

Službeni jezici Kongresa jesu hrvatski i engleski jezik, bez simultanog prevođenja.
The official languages of the meeting are Croatian and English. No simultaneous
translation will be provided.
POZIV ZA SUDJELOVANJE / LETTER OF INVITATION
Organizacijski odbor će poslati pismo, službeni poziv za prisustvovanje Kongresu, svima koji to zatraže. Takav poziv namijenjen je pojedincima kako bi im olakšao prikupljanje sredstava potrebnih za prisustvovanje kao i dobivanje vize ako
je ona potrebna. Takvo pismo ne obavezuje Organizacijski odbor na bilo kakve
popuste ili nadoknadu troškova vezanih uz prisustvovanje Kongresu.
On behalf of the Organizing committee, the Congress secretariat will be pleased to
send a letter of invitation to any individual requesting one. We are aware that such invitations are intended to help potential delegates to raise funds or obtain a visa to travel.
No discounts or travel bursaries will be available through the Organizing committee.
OSIGURANJE / INSURANCE
Organizacijski odbor ne može prihvatiti odgovornost za ozljede, gubitak ili oštećenje osobnih stvari tijekom ili kao posljedica Kongresa. Mole se svi sudionici da

The organizing committee cannot accept any liability for personal injuries or for
loss or damage to property belonging to meeting participants, either during, or as
a result of, the meeting. Please check the validity of your personal insurance.
OTKAZ SUDJELOVANJA / DELEGATE CANCELLATION
Otkaz sudjelovanja mora biti u pisanom obliku i upućen tehničkom organizatoru
kongresa - Agencije A.T.I. d.o.o.
Do 31. svibnja 2014. vraća se depozit za smještaj i kotizacija u cijelosti. Od 31. svibnja do 31. kolovoza vraća se depozit za smještaj i 50% kotizacije.
Nakon 31. Kolovoza 2014 neće biti povrata uplaćenog iznosa.
U svim slučajevima biti će zaračunati manipulativni troškovi od 100 kn (15 €). Promjena imena sudionika može se izvršiti u bilo koje vrijeme bez dodatnih troškova.
Povrat sredstava biti će realiziran nakon Kongresa.
Notification of cancellation should be sent in writing to the Technical Organizer - ATI
Before May 31st, 2014, the accommodation deposit and registration fee will be refunded.
From May 31st to August 31st, 2014, accommodation deposit and 50% of registration
fee will be refunded. After August 31st, 2014 the prepaid amount will not be refunded.
An administration fee of 15 Euro will be charged in all cases.Name change will be
accepted at all time.
All refunds will be handled after the Congress.

PRIJEVOZ AUTOBUSOM / BUS TRANSFER
Za zainteresirane koji se prijave, biti će organiziran prijevoz autobusom iz Zagreba do Pule u petak, 10. listopada 2014. s polaskom autobusa u 11.00 sati s Autobusnog kolodvora, peron 502. Krajnji rok za rezervaciju mjesta u autobusu je 5.
listopada 2014. godine, a broj mjesta je ograničen. Rezervaciju mogu izvršiti samo
sudionici s plaćenom kotizacijom, a vrši se po principu ‘’Tko se prvi javi prvi je

There will be a bus transfer from Zagreb to Pula on Friday, October 10th at 11.00
from Autobusni kolodvor (Zagreb Coach Terminal), platform 502. Deadline for bus
reservation: October 5th, 2014. Reservation can be made only after registration fee

Welcome to the 3000 years of history! The history of Pula-Pola starts with the
myth of the Argonauts and the search for the Golden Fleece. It was the home of
the Histrians, the Romans and the Venetians. Once the central Austrian port, today
it is the largest cultural and economic center of Istria. Various layers of history
took part in the making of this unique town in which Roman temples defy baroque
