Mit dem ersten Dampfschub beginnt die
langsame Erwärmung des Raumes, kombiniert mit einem Ansteigen der Luftfeuchtigkeit.
Ein Duft beginnt den Raum zu erfüllen, der
von den am Ofenrost bedampften Kräutern
stammt. Die Schlämme mit denen Sie Ihren
Körper vorher eingerieben haben werden
wieder feucht, ein angenehmes Prickeln
entsteht auf der Haut. Automatisch beginnt
man sich den Schlamm leicht einzureiben.
Dabei werden verkrustete Cremereste und
teilweise abgestorbene Zellen der oberen
