Si dichiara che i prodotti fabbricati dalla nostra Società contengono sostanze SVHC
“substances of very high concern” (art. 57 del regolamento 1907/2006 c.d. REACH), cioè
sostanze:
- cancerogene, mutagene o tossiche per la riproduzione (CMR) di categoria 1 o 2;
- persistenti, bio-accumulabili e tossiche (PBT) o molto persistenti e molto bio-accumulabili
(vPvB) secondo I criteri dell’allegato XIII del regolamento REACH, e/o
- con proprietà di rottura endocrina (EDC);
in concentrazione < 0,1%.
La dichiarazione sopra riportata vale per le sostanze elencate nella “Candidate List of SVHC”
ad oggi pubblicata sul sito internet dell’ECHA (www.echa.europa.eu).

We declare that our products contain SVHC “Substances of Very High Concern” (art. 57
of REACH regulation) such as:
- carcinogenic, mutagenic or toxic for the reproduction (CMR) of category 1 or 2;
- persistent, bio-accumulate and toxic (PBT) or very persistent and very bio-accumulating
(vPvB) according to the standards of the Annex XIII of REACH regulation and/or;
- endocrine disrupting properties (EDC);
in concentration < 0,1%.
The declaration mentioned above is valid for substances listed in the “Candidate list of
SVHC” issued nowadays on ECHA internet web site (www.echa.europa.eu) updated on
20/06/2013.
