dell’ascensore
Monolito, il fiore all’occhiello di Monitor, rappresenta la soluzione tecnologicamente più
avanzata di trasporto automatizzato, sicuro
e veloce.
Monolito non necessita di locale macchina ed
è ideale, oltre che per nuove costruzioni anche
per il recupero e la valorizzazione degli edifici esistenti.
L’ampiezza di gamma di Monolito copre praticamente tutte le esigenze offrendo una performance di velocità da 1 a 2 m/sec, di portata da 350 a 5000 kg e di apertura delle porte sia centrale
che laterale.

MONOLITO: the lift evolution
Monolito, Monitor’s masterpiece, looks like the most advanced, safe and fast, technological solution on the vertical transport.
Monolito doesn’t need about any machine room and is suitable both on new buildings and on the
existing ones in need of recovery and increase of value.
Monolito’s wide range is able to cover all possible needs, with speeds between 1 and 2 m/sec,
capacities between 350 and 5000 kg, centre and side opening doors.

Monolito Zero è la soluzione standard Monitor utilizzata sia nelle ristrutturazioni sia nell’ottimizzazione degli spazi anche in nuovi edifici. L’ingombro della meccanica è ridotto a 280 mm.

MONOLITO COMPACT
Monolito Compact è la soluzione compatta di
Monolito. Questa generazione di ascensori
viene utilizzata preferibilmente nelle ristrutturazioni, dove i vani ascensori esistenti non
consentono di ospitare la soluzione standard.
L’ingombro della parte meccanica può essere
contenuto fino ad una dimensione di 250 mm;
ciò consente di non rinunciare al comfort della
dimensione cabina. Con un guadagno di spazio rispetto al Monolito standard di ben 150 mm.

Monolito Compact is the compact reply of Monolito. Such a generation of passenger lifts
is specifically designed for refurbishment, wherever the existing shafts don’t allow to
accommodate a standard lift arrangement. The mechanical space can be contained on a maximum width of 250 mm, without renouncing to the comfort on car dimensions. Compared to a
standard Monolito arrangement the mechanical space saving we can get is of 150 mm about!

Nel vano ascensore la ridotta dimensione della parte meccanica unitamente all’applicazione di
accorgimenti tecnologici, quali l’ingombro ridotto della soglia al piano e la riduzione dello spazio
occupato dal meccanismo d’apertura, hanno consentito di sviluppare una soluzione di ottimizzazione globale dello spazio, posizionando nel medesimo vano ascensore una cabina omologata
per 5 persone a sostituzione di quella precedente che trasportava 3 persone.

The reduced mechanical space inside the shaft, together with technological devices such as
narrow landing door sill and smaller door opening mechanism have allowed to develop a global
space saving allowing, inside the same shaft, originally able to install a 3 persons passenger lift
car, a bigger car allowing to transport 5 persons!

tradizione a costi contenuti
L’impianto X-Oil di Monitor è la risposta ottimale alle esigenze d’integrazione architettonica armonizzata con i valori del progetto
stilistico dell’edificio.
Le performance di X-Oil sono vantaggiose per
edifici con max 6 fermate, dove viene offerta una
velocità da 0,40 a 0,60 m/s con portate che possono variare da 350 a 2000 kg, con caratteristiche
tecniche elevate in fatto di sicurezza e qualità.

Monitor X-OIL Model is the most appropriate solution when architectural integration and building style values need to be fully harmonised.
The X-OIL performances are suitable for buildings not exceeding 6 stops, with a speed range
between 0,40 and 0,60 m/s and capacities between 350 and 2000 Kg. Top technical features are

L’LHP, ascensore con fossa e testata ridotta, è
provvisto di dispositivi mobili che garantiscono
gli spazi di sicurezza per il manutentore ed è realizzato conforme alla norma EN 81-21 ed. 2009.
Disponibile con azionamento sia oleodinamico sia fune.
Con questa geometria si possono realizzare cabine con due e tre accessi.
Il rispetto della norma è assicurata dai dispositivi di arresto che si attivano automaticamente
quando si apre una porta di piano per entrare in fossa o salire sul tetto di cabina.
I dispositivi azionano i paracadute che arrestano la cabina se questa supera le posizioni limite
richieste dalla norma.

LHP, MRL system with reduced pit and headroom, is provided with movable stops that guarantee the safety clearances for the maintenance operator. It complies the standard EN 81-21
rev. 2009.
Available with hydraulic or traction drive.
With this geometry/structure we can realize 2 or 3 car entrances.
Stop devices start automatically when a landing door opens to go down into the pit or to go up
into the car roof. The devices activate the safety-gears, which stop the car in case it passes/
exceeds the minimal position required by the directive.

Monitor introduces its own Escalator and Passenger Conveyor line; these products complete
the Company’s production outline, both for the lift companies and for the robotized mobility.
Even if not being the manufacturer but the exclusive dealer of the Escalator Family only, Monitor
is directly able to grant a so good components quality, mixed together with their installation, so
as the further after sale service, allowing these products to be positioned on markets looking
for reliability and functionality at first.
The Escalator Family choices and technological solutions match two essential fundaments:
comfort and efficiency for users on one side, reduction of the installation and after sale times

The Escalator Family range is covering 3 basic models:

both indoor and outdoor. It has a very strong structure and reinforced components aimed at
facing a guaranteed reliability 24 hours a day. The FEH escalator is ideal for railway stations,

La pulsantiera di cabina ATHENA ospita uno schermo TFT da 5,7“
completamente personalizzabile e programmabile in grado di raccogliere tutte le segnalazioni di cabina richieste. La luce d’emergenza e le informazioni di targa sono gestite dal display.
La pulsantiera è completata con pulsanti Dual-Light con illuminazione separata della corona e del simbolo presente sul pulsante.

The car operating panel ATHENA includes a TFT 5,7” display fully programmable for customization including all the car signaling
needed. The emergency light and the car information are managed
by the display. The car operating panel is equipped with Dual-Light
buttons with separated the lighted blue halo and lighted symbol
on pressel.
