Die vorgelegten Zeichnungen der Heizkörper enthalten alle Maße und Merkmale, die die Wärmeabgabe beeinflussen.
Die geprüften Modelle wurden nach den vorgelegten Zeichnungen identifiziert.
Die festgestellten Maße der geprüften Modelle liegen innerhalb der zulässigen Grenzabmaße nach EN 442-2 Tabelle 3.
The submitted product drawings of the heating appliances show all dimensions and featues having an influence on the heat emission. The tested models
where identified against the drawings. The measured dimensions of the tested models are within the dimensional tolerances given in EN 442-2, table 3.
Les plans de fabrication présentés des échantillons d'appareils contiennent toutes les dimensions et les caractéristiques ayant une influence sur l'émission
de chaleur. Les modeles essayés ont été identifiés à l'aide des dessins présentés. La conformité de l'échantillon avec les tolérances dimensionelles figurant
dans le tableau 3 selon EN 442-2, a été vérificé.
Prüfung der Druckfestigkeit nach EN 442-1 Abschnitt 5.3:

Die geprüften Modelle wurden einer Druckfestigkeitsprüfung mit den vorhandenen Kunststoffanschlüssen
für den angegebenen höchsten Betriebsüberdruck von

Die Prüfung ergab keine Beanstandungen.
The strength pressure of the tested models including the plastic connections was tested for the maximum working pressure of 4,5 bar.
La résistance à la pression des modèles avec les raccordements en plasique a été essayée pour la pression maximale de foncionnement de 4,5 bar.

Die geprüften Modelle wurden einer 2-mm-Gitterschnittprüfung mit einem handgeführten Schnittwerkzeug mit einfacher
Klinge unterzogen.
Die Prüfung ergab keine Beanstandungen.
The tested models were subjected to a 2 mm cross-hatch test with a single blade cutting tool manually operated.

Geschlossene Prüfkabine in Anlehnung an DIN EN 442-2 Abschnitt 6.2.2.1
Maße :
gemäß DIN EN 442-2 Abschnitt 6.2.2.1.1 (Länge/Breite/Höhe = 4m/4m/3m)
Kühlsystem:
gemäß DIN EN 442-2 Abschnitt 6.2.2.1.4
Ausführung:
Alle Wände sowie Boden und Decke bestehen aus zwangsdurchströmten Platten aus
Flachprofilrohren, die gleichmäßig wassergekühlt sind (Wasserstrom: 100 kg/h m²).
Die Dämmung der Wand hinter dem zu prüfenden Heizkörper (Rückwand, gekühlt) erfolgt
durch 60 mm PUR-Platten mit 0,6 mm Aluminiumabdeckung: Wärmeleitwiderstand 2,5 m²K/W.
Dichtheit:

Closed test booth similar to clause 6.2.2.1 of EN 442-2 . Dimensions, cooling system, tightness, measuring points and accuracy of measuring instruments
and devices according to EN 442-2. Construction: The test booth (each wall, floor and ceiling) is constructed with panels of flat pipes, evenly cooled by
water (forced flow circulation, water flow rate = 100 kg/hm²). The insulation of the wall behind the appliance (back wall, water cooled) is made up of
PUR-panels (thickness: 60 mm) covered with aluminum sheets (thickness: 0,6 mm): thermal resistance 2,5 m²K/W.

Die Prüfung der Wärmeleistung erfolgt gemäß DIN EN 442-2 Abschnitte 6.3 u. 6.4 durch Messen des Wasserstromes durch
den Heizkörper und durch Ermitteln der Enthalpiedifferenzen zwischen Ein- und Austritt (Wägeverfahren).
The thermal output is determinated according to EN 442-2, clause 6.3 and 6.4 by the measuring of the water flow rate through the heating appliance and
determining the enthalpy differential between inlet and outlet (weighing method).
La puissance thermique est déterminée selon la EN 442-2, paragraphe 6.3 et 6.4 par la mesure du débit d'eau traversant l'appareil et par la détermination
de la différence d'enthalpie entre l'entrée et la sortie (méthode par pesée).
