(バス スイッチ)の使用方法
フェアチャイルド スイッチ(FST)は超高速(Tpd≦250ps)、低消
費電力(Icc≦10uA)で5V/3Vレベル変換が実現できます。
ワード電流(If)を最適化する為に、図のように抵抗を配置します。
尚、抵抗値はダイオード特性により選択して下さい。
当製品は特性上、入力電圧と電源電圧 Vcc が同レベルの場合、出力
5V電源電圧Vccが0.7V降下することにより、当製品のVccピンの電圧
電圧は電源電圧 Vcc よりも約1V電圧降下します。又、出力電圧は、
電源電圧 Vcc の変化量に比例します。この出力特性より、当製品に
ダイオードを5V電源電圧 Vcc と GND間 に接続して5V/3Vレベル変
換に使用することができます。使用するにあたり、ダイオードの特性
である順方向の電圧降下(Vf=0.7V)を利用し、ダイオードのフォ
がVcc=約4.3V(5V-0.7V=4.3V)になり、当製品内部ゲートも電圧
VG=約4.3Vが印可されます。そして当製品はFETの為、ゲートソース
間で1 V の電圧降下が生じ、よってこの電圧降下により出力電圧
Vmax=約3.3Vになります。その結果、3V製品との双方向インタフ
エースが実現出来ます。
