fingerprints, with this in mind Andrea and Mandy have brought together a selection with the aim to
bring something to suit all tastes. To do so, we introduced our rating system to help you compare the
character of each wine depending on the sweetness and weight.

Pinot Nero. The bouquet has the liveliness of wide, variegated fruity sensations
counterbalanced by the finesse and complexity of its almost meaty floral notes,
spiced with pepper and cinnamon.
Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Millesimato DOCG, Soligo (Veneto)
Prosecco. Straw-yellow colour with greenish tinges. Fruity and flowery bouquet with
overtones of golden apple and very slight overtones of yeast. It feels a beautiful and
lively creamy consistency to the palate that blends well with its softness.

Primitivo (similar to the Zinfandel grape). This wine has a deep, ruby red colour with a nose
of blackberry fruits and spices. Full warm, rich flavours on the palate and a pleasing length.

Corvina, Molinara & Rondinella. Ruby red in colour. A fine vinous ethereal bouquet. Dry
taste, smooth with a hint of bitter.

Cannonau, Carignano, Bovale Sardo & Malvasia. This wine has an intense ruby-red colour, a
full-bodied aroma taking in morello cherry, mulberry, chocolate and a meaty palate. Powerful
