I. About product
Extension Name: Magento Pre-Order

Find out which products enjoy greater popularity and restock your items
accordingly.
Allow customers pre order product that are currently out of stock.
Launch pre-sale campaigns.
Analyze customers’ demands.
Fill the stock according to customers’ needs.

- Choose pre-order and add description for each product
- Manage pre-order product that contain both purchases and pre-orders in order
page. With Pre-order Type: Pre-order and nomal
- System config:
 Enable extension
Frontend
- Enables your customers to place a pre-order.
- Displays “Pre-order” button instead of “Add to cart” on the list product page,
detail product page of an item available for pre-order.
- Displays description pre-order of product on detail product page and check out
card page.

1.8.

How to install
III. How to install
Download our Magento Extension Package to your computer and UNZIP it firstly. When you
unzip this archive package, you can see folders.
You have two options to install the package.
1. Option 1: Install Quick Start Packages.
You will use:nbm_mag_product_file_attachment_package-v.1.0.tgz
Step 1: On Admin Panel, yougo to System » Magento Connect » Magento Connect
Manager.
Step 2: In Magento Connect Manager, go to Direct package file upload.
Click Browse to locate the files on your system, choose file:
nbm_mag_product_file_attachment_package-v.1.0.tgzand upload it.

How to install
Step 3: The extension or theme has been successfully installed. Click Refresh.
2. Option 2: Upload extension via FTP.
Step 1: Unzip file nbm_mag_product_file_attachment_upload_UNZIP-v.1.0.zip
Step 2: Upload the extension directory contents to your Magento root directory via FTP.
(you can use FileZilla, cuteFTP…)

IV. How to use
1. Cache and index data management
1.1 Disable Compilation State
System→ Tools→ Compilation→ Disable (ifit’s enabled). We’ve alreadydisabled it.
1.2 FlushMagento Cache
You maywant to see changes instantlyafter installingthe package, thenyou must disable
cache ofthe system and reactiveitafteryoucompletedyourconfigurations.
To access the cachemanagement,go toSystem → Cache
Management. a. RefreshCache
Step1: Click FlushMagento CacheandFlushCacheStorageto clear storecaches
Step2: Click FlushCatalog ImagesCache andFlushJavaScript/CSSCacheto clear caches of
catalogimages andJavaScript/CSS
Step3:If cachesare enabled,you willneed to refresh caches afteranyextension
installation, configuration, upgradeoruninstall is made completely.
InMagento AdminPanel, System→ CacheManagement→ Select All→ Refresh
(in the field Actions)→Submit.
b. Disable Cache
System→ CacheManagement→ Select All→Disable (in the field Actions)→ Submit.

When customer finish checkout, Order will send to manage order in back-end
5. Manager Order Pre-Order
In Magento Admin Panel,go to Sales–Order: On the grid, column “Order Type”:

Pre-Order: The order has pre-order product.

Normal Order: The normal order hasn’t pre-order product.

1. Question: Can I translate these extensions into other languages like Spanish,
Chinese?
Answer: Yes, post your question on our forum so developer team can help to indicate where to
update or change the languages to suite your need. Magento support international languages,
please find your languages packages for Magento

2. Question: Can I customize extensions to suit my need?
Answer: Yes. You can modify our extensions at your discretion for your own web-sites.
However, you cannot resell or place the modified extensions (as whole) for downloads on your
websites.
3. Question: I did the payment, while I have not received the download link?
Answer: The download link always is automatically sent to your payment email within 5 minutes
after the payment is done. Please check your inbox, open your confirmation email and there is
your own product download link. Please check the Order Confirmation Email, there is download
link inside. You can also use your download code to download on our website at this link. Each
single purchase product has its own code, and you have to copy the right code to download
your product.
4. Question: How long can I download my purchased product?
Answer: can still download the product within 6 months (180 days) from the payment time and
can download up to 100 times. If this limit is over, you have to buy again the new product
download sections.
5. Question: Can I download the update of new version?
Answer: Yes, within 6 months of your single purchase, if we release and update the extension
or template, we will include into the product download package on our download server, so you
can download with the same download links in your confirmation email.
6. Question: How do I find if my product has been updated or a new version is released?

7. Question: I do not have a Paypal account. Do you support other payment methods?

can pay via Paypal with your credit card or E-check.
8. Question: Do you have refundable policy?

9. Question: Can I install our products on multiple domains?
Answer: It depends on the domain license support that you purchase.
