Activity Scope The scope of the activity is to develop standard interfaces that will provide airlines with freedom of choice in the installation and expansion of cabin equipment. Cabin telecommunications, cabin networks, interface protocols, and connector standardization are also a part of this activity. Meeting Objectives The CSS and Connector Working Group (CWG) will meet jointly to develop new standards and improvements for several existing standards. The following documents will be developed, discussed, or reviewed at the CSS meeting, pending completion of action items: Initiate new activity to develop guidelines for seat production testing.
