We are persistent in our development and delivery of programs, services and activities for our members to enjoy; and tenacious in continually setting high standards for our club staff, facilities and amenities. It may be a grand vision – but it is one that I sincerely believe in, and continue with perseverance to deliver to our membership. So, what can we work on to exceed your expectations? We have continued training sessions with our staff to reinforce the Serenata C.O.R.E. – principles of Caring, Ownership, Respect and Excellence that are intended to guide our daily actions for increased employee engagement and member satisfaction. We review the Serenata facilities and operations on an ongoing basis to recognize areas needing improvement or attention. And we ask our members to communicate their positive experiences, as well as encounters that didn’t hit the mark of their expectations. I appreciate and thank those who care enough about their club to express thoughts and ideas in constructive and productive manners. Our Culinary Team has been busy crafting new menus for the new season – with a refreshed Sea Turtle Café Menu presented during Spring Break, and the launch of our newest Casual Menu at the end of March. Executive Chef Eric and Sous Chef Charlie have infused their passion and dedication into the current selections, and hope you enjoy. We all share this perseverance to keep at the efforts to exceed our members’ expectations with energy and focus because we truly believe Serenata provides an exceptional beach club experience. As we continue into the spring with optimism and anticipation of the beautiful days at Serenata Beach ahead, we hope you’ll join us as we get more active in our spectacular outdoor spaces. Easter Brunch is a wonderful family occasion to enjoy the seaside buffet with visits by the Easter Bunny. We hope to ease the pain of Tax Day on April 15 with our Low Country Boil – served at the table Family Style. Moms are invited for a Day Out with an informative Fitness Seminar and lunch; and our Health, Wellness & Fitness Expo will present a variety of positive living options. And we’re starting a new Sunday tradition with our Sunset Sunday Grill & Chill Cookout this month. We’ll close down the Casual Menu at 4 p.m. and offer a basic buffet with selections fresh off the grill to complete your meal. Be sure to also enjoy our Dive-In Movie, Golf Outing and Poolside Music in April. With all this, I look forward to seeing you at the beach!
