TSE tarafından belirlenmiş olan bütün idari, mali, teknik ve hukuki hüküm ve şartları aynen kabul ettiğimizi ve
yükümlülüklerimizi yerine getireceğimizi, TSE tarafından yapılacak üretim yeri incelemesi, muayene ve deney ve diğer
belgelendirme ücretleri ile ilgili tahakkuk edecek fatura tutarlarını en geç 30 gün içerisinde ödeyeceğimizi, başvuruyla
ilgili olarak istenen dokümanların tarafımızca eksik teslim edilmesinden doğacak gecikme ve hatalı işlemlerin
sonuçlarından kuruluşumuzun sorumlu olacağını ve;
TSE adına görevlendirilen personel ile bu müracaat formunda irtibattan sorumlu olarak beyan edilen kişi/kişiler
tarafından, başvuru konusu ürünün/hizmetin belgelendirme işlemleri ile ilgili olarak yürütülecek her türlü iş ve işleme ait
kayıt altına alınacak sonuçları kabul edeceğimizi, TSE adına görevli personele üretim yeri incelemesi esnasında her türlü
kolaylığı sağlayacağımızı taahhüt ederiz.
Başvuruda bulunduğumuz ürünle/hizmetle ilgili belgelendirme işlemleri tamamlanıp bu konuda belge ve marka kullanma
haklarımız verilmeden, helal markası kullanılarak ürün numunesi hazırlanmasının/hizmet sunumu yapılmasının veya
ticaretinin yapılmasının helal markasının kasıtlı olarak kanunsuz kullanılması olarak değerlendirileceğinin ve helal
belgelendirme başvurumuzun etkileneceğinin farkında olduğumuzu teyit ederiz.
We undertake to accept all the administrative, financial, technical and legal provisions and requirements of the TSE Certification
Regulations exactly as they are and to perform our obligations, to pay invoice amount that will be realized regarding production
place inspection, examination and testing that will be performed by TSE and other certification fees within 30 days and accept that
our organization will be responsible from delays and mistakes in any operation as a result of non-submitting of additional
administrative and technical documents by our side related with our application; and
We undertake to accept the results to be recorded by the designated personnel in the name of the TSE and by the person(s)
declared as contact person(s) in this application form, concerning all kinds of work and process to be carried out regarding
certification procedures of the product which is the subject to this application.

We confirm that we are aware that the use of the halal mark in the trade or prepared sample of product/performed service delivery
before we are granted the certificate or the right of use of mark shall be regarded as a deliberate and unlawful use of the halal mark
which may affect the licence to use the mark.

Belgelendirme türleri için açıklamalar/Explanations for certification types
1.Helal Ürün Belgelendirme/Halal Product Certification: Ürünler için geçerlilik süresi bir yıl olan ve belge geçerlilik süresinde
en az bir defa gözetim incelemesi gerektiren helal belgelendirme türüdür./ A type of halal certification which its certificates is
issued for one-year and at least one surveillance audit is performed in the certificate’s validity period.
2. Helal Parti Malı Belgelendirme/Halal Lot Goods Certification: Ürünlerin üretiminin başlangıcından sevkiyata hazır
oluncaya kadar gözetimi ve kontrolü sonucunda parti bazında yapılan helal belgelendirme türüdür. Belgenin son geçerlilik
tarihi ürünlerin raf ömrü ile sınırlıdır. A type of halal certification which production is observed and controlled from the
beginning of the production until products ready for shipment and certificates’ validity period is confined by products’ expiry date.
3. Helal Hizmet Belgelendirme/Halal Service Certification: Sunulan hizmet için geçerlilik süresi bir yıl olan ve belge geçerlilik
süresinde en az iki defa gözetim incelemesi gerektiren belgelendirme türüdür. A type of halal certification for performed
service and this certificate is issued for one-year, at least two surveillance audit is performed in the certificate’s validity period.

2. KAPSAM/SCOPE

ücretlendirmeye ilişkin esasları kapsar./This contract covers the responsibilities and is based on pricing of
certification activities of TSE according to related standard/certification criteria.
3. SORUMLULUKLAR/RESPONSIBILITIES
3.1 Firma’nın SORUMLULUKLARI/RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE COMPANY:
3.1.1. Firma, ürün belgelendirme faaliyetleri süresince, TSE tarafından talep edilecek dökümanları ve
kayıtları TSE’ye vermeyi taahüt eder./Company undertakes to accept, to provide documents and
records which are required by TSE during certification activities.
3.1.2. Firma, inceleme esnasında yetkili en az bir personeli TSE İnceleme Heyetine rehberlik etmeyi
taahhüt eder./Company undertakes to accept, to arrange at least one personnel for guiding TSE
Inspection Team during inspection.
3.1.3. Firma, inceleme esnasında, başvuru kapsamı ile ilgili birimlerini TSE İnceleme Heyetine açmayı
taahhüt eder./Company undertakes to allow the TSE Inspection Team access to company
departments.
3.1.4. Firma, inceleme esnasında, İnceleme Heyetinin başvuru kapsamında yer alan konulara ilişkin
sorularını cevaplamayı taahhüt eder./Company undertakes to accept to answer all questions of
Inspection Team, during inspection within the scope of the application.
3.1.5. Firma, inceleme raporlarını TSE’nin izni olmadan hiçbir şekilde üçüncü şahıslara, kuruluşlara
veremez./Company cannot give the inspection reports to third persons without the permission of
TSE.
3.1.6. Firma, inceleme esnasında tespit edilen uygunsuzlukları, inceleme raporunda verilen süre içerisinde
giderip sonucu TSE’ye sunmayı taahhüt eder./Company undertakes to accept to solve
nonconformities and inform TSE about the results within the time frame mentioned in the inspection
report.
3.1.7. Firma, inceleme esnasında İnceleme Heyetinin çalışması için gerekli tüm güvenlik önlemlerini
almak ve çevresel şartları uygun hale getirmekle yükümlüdür./Company undertakes to take all
security measures and provide appropriate environmental conditions for the Inspection Team.
3.1.8. Firma, inceleme kapsamında gerekli olan muayene/deney techizat ve ekipmanının planlanan yer ve
zamanda bulunduracağını taahhüt eder./Company undertakes to accept to provide testing equipment
necessary for inspection
3.1.9. Firma, inceleme sırasında numune alınması durumunda numuneleri, TSE tarafından belirlenmiş olan
laboratuvarlara belirlenen süre içinde intikal ettireceğini taahhüt eder./Company undertakes to accept
to send samples to laboratories which are mentioned by TSE within the required time frame.

3.1.10. Firma, TSE tarafından yayınlanan/bildirilen kurallara uymayı taahhüt eder./Company undertakes to
accept to obey the rules which are published/informed by TSE.
3.1.11. Firma, TSE tarafından gerek duyulması halinde yapılacak haberli ve/veya habersiz incelemeleri
kabul etmeyi taahhüt eder./Company undertakes to accept inspections to be done by TSE whether
informed or not.
3.1.12. Firma, inceleme sonucunda tahakkuk ettirilecek ücretleri ödemeyi kabul eder./Company undertakes
to accept to pay all financial requirements related with the inspection.
3.2 TSE’nin SORUMLULUKLARI/RESPONSIBILITIES OF TSE:
3.2.1 TSE, “ Belgelendirme Merkezi Ürün Belgelendirme Yönergesi” ne uygun olarak ürün belgelendirme
işlemlerini tamamlamakla yükümlüdür./TSE is responsible for completing product certification
activities according to “Certification Center Product Certification Regulation”
3.2.2 TSE, firma tarafından sağlanan tüm bilgi, belge ve dökümanların, kendi personeli ve görevlendirdiği

yükümlüdür./TSE is responsible for storing all information and documents according to
confidentiality and security rules by its personnel and experts.
3.2.3 TSE, firma ile ilgili tüm bilgi, belge ve dökümanları, kanuni gereklilikler dışında firma’nın izni
olmadan hiçbir şekilde üçüncü şahıslara veremez./TSE can not give any information and documents
related with the company to third persons, except legal necessities, without getting permission from
the company.
4.
ÜCRETLER/FEES
Bu sözleşme kapsamında gerçekleştirilecek hizmetlere ait ücretler, TSE internet sayfasında
yayınlanan ilgili “Belgelendirme Merkezi Ürün Belgelendirme Ücretlendirme Yönergesi”ne göre
tahakkuk ettirilecektir./Fees related with the activities under the scope of this agreement, will be
charged according to the “Certification Center Price Regulation” which are published at the TSE
web page.
5.
SÖZLEŞMENİN GEÇERLİLİĞİ/VALIDITY OF THE CONTRACT
İşbu sözleşme iki nüsha hazırlanmış olup, taraflarca imzalandıktan sonra yürürlüğe girecek ve belge
sözleşmesinin imzalanacağı tarihe kadar geçerli olacaktır./This agreement is signed in two copies
and will be effective upon signature by the parties. The certificate will remain valid until the
certificate agreement is signed.
6.
ANLAŞMAZLIK HALİNDE YASA-YETKİLİ MAHKEME VE İCRA DAİRESİ/IN CASE OF
DISPUTES
İşbu sözleşme ile ilgili anlaşmazlık durumunda, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunları uygulanacak olup,
Ankara Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir./Any disputes arising from the Agreement will be
governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey and settled by Ankara Courts and law enforcement
offices.
