H tipi kare iskele sistemi oldukça kullanışlı bir dış
cephe iskelesidir. H çerçece, çapraz elemanlar ve yatay
elemanlar olmak üzere 3 ana parçadan oluşur.
This facade type scaffolding system is most usefully. Main
components are H frame,digonal components and horizontal
components.
Yardımcı eleman olarak nipel, pim, kopilya ve yürüme
platformu (kalas) kullanılır. 2 adet h çerçeve, 2 adet çapraz,
2 adet yatay 4 adet nipel 1 adet yürüme platformundan oluşan
1 takım H tipi kare iskele yaklaşık 2x2=4 m2 bir alan kapatır.
Auxulary components are nippel,pin and plank. One module
consist 2 H frame, 2 diagonal component, 2 horizontal component,
4 nippel,1 plank and covers 4m2 area.
H çerçeveler kendinden merdivenlidir ve ø42 x 2,5 mm
borudan imal edilir, çapraz ve yatay elemanlar ise
ø27 x 2,5 mm borudan imal edilmektedir.
H çerçeveler birbirine nipel, pim ve kopilya yardımı ile kilitlenir.
Bu açıdan oldukça güvenliklidir.

Connection elements used are bowl-cup and almond-shaped units.
Dikmelerde sabit bulunan alt tas elemanına yatay elemanın
iki ucuna kaynatılan badem geçirilir ve üstten, hareketli
eleman olan fincanla sıkıştırılarak kilitlenir.
Alt tas aralıkları standart olarak 50 cm olduğu gibi özel
projelere göre değişik uygulamalar yapılabilir yardımcı
elemanlar olarak alt ayar milleri, “4 yollu” veya “U” başlıklı
olmak üzere üst ayar milleri, dayama aparatları ve yürüme
platformları kullanılır.
Opsiyonel olarak farklı ölçü ve kalınlıklarda üretim yapılabilir.
The almond welded on both ends is passed on the lower bowl
element which is fixed on studs and it is locked from above
using the cup which is a moving element.
The lower bowl elements have standard intervals of 50 cm while
there may be various other applications in various projects.
Lower adjusting rods, “4-way” or “U-head” upper adjusting rods,

sonra iki adet yürüme ayabası masaya her iki yönden yanaştırılır.
The table is lowered about 10 cm by means of spindles. Two trolleys
are drawn near to the table from both sides.

Arabanın kriko kolu kullanılarak kancalar ana çerçevenin yatay

The trolley is operated manually, so the arm of the mechanism
should be turned until the lifting profile of trolley reaches the
bottom cross tube of the frame.

üretilmektedir.

Beton basıncına göre destek ara mesafeleri ve
destek tipi belirlenir.

Şaft Platformu, asansör boşluklarında perde kalıplarının
oturacağı ve işçilerin bu bölgede emniyelte çalışabileceği
bir platform oluştırması için tasarlanmıştır.
Şaft platform kirişlerinin uçlarına mafsallı şaft platform
askıları üzerine tali kirişler ve ahşap platform monte edilir.
The purpose of the shaft platform main beams is to build
a platform in the elevator spaces.
Gravity pawls are attached to the beam edges end boards
with secondary beams are places on the beams, so the
platform is ready use.
Vinç yardımı ile tek seferde bir üst kata çıkarılır.
The sahft wallformwork can be parked on the platform and
shifted in a single crane cycle to the next stace.
Şaft platform kirişlerinin uclarına takılan mafsallı şaft platform
askıları, platformun yokarı doğru hareket etmesine müsade
ederken, platformun aşağı doğru hareketini engeller.
Gravity pawls attached to the edges of the shaft platform
beams permit the upward movement of the platfotm and
prevent the dawnward movement.

Şaft Platformu monte edilir ve şaft platform askıları perde içinde oluşturulan
yuvalara takılır. Perde kalıbı plarform üzerine yerleştirilir ve beton dökümü yapılır.
The shaft platform is assembled and gravity pawls are inserted in to the holes. The
formwork is placed on the plarform and concrete is poured.

Vinç tek hamlede platformu üst kata çeker. Şaft Platform askıları aşağıya doğru
dönerek plarformun yukarı hareketine izin verir.
Şaft platform askıları üst kattaki yuvalara takılarak taşıma işlemi bitirilir. Perde
kalıbı plarform üzerine alınır.
The platform is raised in one single crane-lift to the next stage. As gravity pawls
turn dawnwards, they permit the upward movement of the plarform.
Gravity pawls drop in to the holes at the next stage,so the shifting pruduce is
complated.
