Muhterem Müslümanlar!
Bu haftaki hutbemiz Salevat-ı Şerife
okumanın fazileti hakkındadır.
Mevlid Kandilini geride bıraktık. Fakat hâlâ
Peygamber Efendimizin doğduğu ay olan
Rebîu`l- Evvel ayı içerisindeyiz. Dolayısıyla bu
ayda çokça salâvat-ı şerife okumalıyız.
Allah-u Teâlâ Kur`ân-ı Kerimde bir Ayet-i
Celilede şöyle buyuruyor: "Allah ve
melekleri, peygamberine salât ederler. Ey
iman edenler, siz de onun üzerine salât ve
selâm okuyunuz. (Ahzab Suresi/56)". Bu
ayet-i kerîme ile peygamber efendimize
ömürde bir defa olsun salâvat getirmek farz
olmuştur.
Bir mecliste peygamberimizin mübârek ismi
zikredildiği zaman, salevat-ı şerîfe getirmek
vâciptir. O mecliste ism-i şerîflerinin zikri
tekrarlanırsa, diğerleri için Salevat getirmek
ise âdâbdandır.
Ehl-i sunnet alimleri şöyle demislersir: “Bir
mecliste Peygamber efendimizin mübârek
ismi zikredildiği hâlde, Salevat-ı Şerife
getirmeyen kişi, saadetten mahrum olan
kimsedir.”
Salevat-ı şerifeye devam etmek Peygamber
Efendimizi tam ve kusursuz sevmenin
alametlerindendir. İmam-i Rabbani
Hazretleri, Mektubat-ı Şerifesinde şöyle
buyuruyor: “Rasulullah Efendimiz (s.a.s)`e
tam tâbi olabilmek , Onu tam ve kusursuz
sevmeye bağlıdır”.(1/165)
Muhterem Müslümanlar!
Rebi’ul Evvel ayı, Rasulullah Efendimizin
doğduğu ay olduğu için, bu ayda Salevat-ı
şerife ye devam etmenin çok büyük fazileti
vardır. Kısa bir salevat-ı şerife "Allâhümme
salli ala seyyidina Muhammedin ve ala âli
seyyidina Muhammed" demektir.
Yine mümkün oldukça bu ayda, bilenler için,
en faziletli Salevat-ı Şerifelerden olan,
Salât-i Münciye, Salât-i Fethiye, Salât-i
Nariye ye devam etmek ve tesbih namazı
kılmak çok faidelidir.
Salevat-i şerifenin faziletini ifade eden
birçok hadis-i şerif vardır. Bunlardan
bazılarını zikredelim:
"Şefaatime en layık olan, bana en çok
Salevat okuyandır."
"Kıyamette bana en yakın olan, en çok
Salevat getirendir."
"Cuma günleri bana 80 Salevat okuyanın
80 yıllık günahı affolur."
"Cuma günü ve gecesi çok Salevat
getirene şefaat ederim."
"Günde yüz Salevat okuyan, kıyamette
şehitlerle beraber olur".
"Günde bin Salevat okuyan, Cennetteki
yerini görmeden ölmez".
"Dua perdelidir. Bana Salevat
getirilince, perdeler yırtılır, dua kabul
olur."
"Bana çok Salevat getirenin dertleri
gider, günahları affolur."
"Bana bir Salevat getirene Allahü Teâlâ,
on rahmet ihsan eder, on günahını yok
eder ve derecesini on kat yükseltir."
"Toprak, Peygamberlerin vücudunu
çürütmez. Bir mümin Salevat okuyunca,
bir melek bana haber verir; "Falan oğlu
filan, sana selam söyledi,” der.

Dear Muslims
This week’s hutbah will be about the
fazilah of Salavat-i Shareefah.
We have left behind a holy Mawleed
night. But we are still within the month of
Rebi’ul Evvel, the month in which
Rasulullah (sas) honoured the worlds.
Therefore we must recite Salavat-i
Shareefah as much as we can in this
month.
Because the month of Rebi’ul Evvel is the
month which Rasulullah (sas) was born in,
it is very beneficial to salute the Prophet
by reciting Salavat-i Shareefah upon in
abundance. The verses of a shortened
Salavat is “Allahumme salli ala seyyidina
muhammedin ve ala ali seyyidina
Muhammed.”
Allah swt says the following in an ayah
“Indeed Allah and his Angels shower
blessings on the Prophet Muhammed. O
you who believe! Ask (and send)
blessings on him and salute him with a
worthy salutation” (Ahzab 56), with this
ayah Allah swt has obligated us Muslims
to recite the Salavat at least once in our
lives.
In a place where the Prophet Muhammed
(sas) is mentioned, it is Vajeeb to recite
the Salavat-i Shareefah upon him, if he is
mentioned again it is necessary to repeat
the Salavat-i Shareefah.
The Ehl-i Sunnah Alims said that: One’s,
who do not recite Salavat over the
Prophet (sas) although he is mentioned,
will be deprived from happiness.
Reciting Salavat-i Shareefah continuously
is one of the signs of love we have
towards Prophet Muhammed (sas). Imam
Rabbani (ks) says the following in his
Mektubat-i Shareefah: In order to
become a full and complete follower of
the Prophet (sas), it is needed to show
full and complete love towards him.
Also within the month of Rebi’ul Evvel, we
must pray Salat-ut Tasbeeh and if
possible we must also recite other
Salavat-i Shareefahs such as Salat Al
Munjiyah, Salat Al Fathiyyah and Salat
An Nariyah.
There are many Hadith-i Shareefs that
mention the merits of reciting Salavat-i
Shareefah, some of these are:
“The one who deserves my shefaah the
most, is the one who recites Salavat
upon me the most”
“The one closest to me in the day of
judgement, is the one who recites the
Salavat over me the most”
“Dua has a curtain. When Salavat is
recited over me, the curtains are torn,
and the dua becomes accepted”
“Those who recite the Salavat over me
in abundance will be forgiven and their
problems will be solved”
“Soil does not decompose the bodies
of Prophets. When a Mu`min recites
Salavat-i Shareefah, an angel informs
me saying “The son of so and so has
sent salaams to you”
