He was born on August 31, 1949 in Diyarbakır, Turkiye. He completed his primary, secondary and lise
education in Diyarbakır. He was graduated as Civil Engineer from Ankara Yükseliş Engineering and
Architectuary College in 1975.
1975-1979 Construction supervisor on highway and building constructions
1979-1985 Chief Engineer at Construction Works Regional Directorate
1985-1992 Regional Director at General Directorate of Rural Services
1992-2006 Several managing positions at General Directorate of Rural Services
2006 Retirement as General Director from General Directorate of Rural Services
He has been worked as high level manager and consultant since 2006.
Currently, he is managing partner in several companies on energy and construction.
