Gerek duyulduðunda üst baþlýk iki parça halinde sökülebilir. Baðlantýlarý cývatalý olarak dizayn edilmiþtir. Elevatör borularý 1,5 mm veya 2 mm sacdan eksiz ve pres baskýlý olarak imal edilmektedir. Kova baðlamak için borulardan 1 adedi sökülebilir yapýlmýþtýr. Ürün giriþ ve çýkýþ bölgelerinde aþýnmayý engelleyici önlemler alýnmýþtýr ve aþýnmayý engellemek için makine giriþine darbe kutularý yerleþtirilmiþtir. Kasnak, kayýþýn üzerinden sapmasýný engelleyecek þekilde tasarlanmýþtýr. Tercihe baðlý olarak kasnaðýn üzerine sensörler de yerleþtirilebilir. Makinenin rahat temizlenebilmesi ve kolay bakýmý için alt ve üst baþlýkta kapaklar vardýr. Elevator head is made of steel construction and has a removable design in two pieces. The fittings are designed with bolt. Elevator pipes are made of 1,5 mm or 2 mm disjoint press sheet. One pipe is removable for bucket fitting. Abrasion-resistant precautions are taken in the product inlet and outlet sections. Knock detectors are also placed in the elevator inlet. Pulleys are designed such that belts do not get out of them. Optionally, sensors shall be placed on the pulleys. There are covers on the elevator head and boot for easy cleaning and maintenance. To avoid dust explosion, dust explosion covers have been placed in different parts of the elevators and also aspiration is taken from all elevators. There are holes under the buckets for aspiration. Plastic buckets shall be used and belt speed shall be observed, if demanded. Back-stop motors are used for elevators higher than 12 meters.
