The Public Transportation “Metrobus” has its last stop directly next to the TÜYAP Fair Ground. You can take the Metrobus from different stations. In case you or your driver needs to get driving directions, the fair center can be reached at the phone number +90 212 886 68 43 The bus will depart in front of the Ataturk Cultural Center (referred to as AKM). As this is an extremely busy spot in the city, there will be hostesses indicating the location of the shuttle bus with signs carrying the fair name. Getting there by taxi From TÜYAP Fairground to Taksim Square Departure 16:00; 17:00; 18:00 Taxis are abundant and can be hailed anywhere on the streets in Istanbul. They are all metered but please make sure that the taximeter is turned on at the beginning of your ride. The bus will depart in front of the fair main entrance. There will be a free BUS SHUTTLE SERVICE between the TÜYAP fairground and Bakırköy Deniz Otobüs İskelesi Otopark (Sea Bus Station in Bakırköy) during the entire fair (10-13 April 2014). A ride from Taksim Square to the fairground takes anywhere between 45 minutes and one hour and costs approximately 140 Turkish Lira (47 Euro or 64 US$). T axi drivers are required to issue a receipt, for which you should ask when boarding the taxi (Receipt in Turkish: “Fiş” which is pronounced “fish”). From Bakırköy to TÜYAP Fairground Departure 11:00 and 13:00 A ride from the Airport to the Fairground takes some 30 minutes and the Taxi fare would be around 90 Turkish Lira (30 Euro or 41 US$). From TÜYAP Fairground to Bakırköy Departure 16:00 and 18:00 From Taksim Square to TÜYAP Fairground Departure 09:00; 10:00; 11:00; 12:00; 13:00 The bus will depart from the bus stop in front of the Sea Bus Station in Bakırköy (Deniz Otobüs İskelesi Otopark). The bus will depart in front of the fair main entrance. There will be no Shuttle Bus from the Airports. Please use Taxi Transportation.
