In the interest of safety, in case of force majeure such as engine failure or some other malfunction, the agency reserves the right to change the route, provide an alternative vessel (of the same category) or dock into the closest port - everything in order to prevent further harm. Possible complaints on the guarantee will not be taken into consideration. RESERVATION SCHEME: After the first payment, you will receive a PROVOUCHER that you can replace for a VOUCHER which will be issued after the last payment. The voucher will serve as a written document proving that you have paid the cruise and you will have to bring it with you to the ship. When you make the reservation, you will also receive a LQCharter FORM (written form) where you can specify the details in order to improve the quality of YOUR CRUISE with the LION QUEEN CHARTER.
