BT Sling trainer offers solid quality and special features. It
offers a new grip- and foot loop system, where in a matter
of seconds the foot loops can be adjusted in length. This
is a big advantage as it can be adjusted to fit any type of
feet - big or small. Also, trying to do dips on a standard Sling
Trainer often fails due to not enough available space as
well as the straps cutting into the skin of the trainee. That

As athletes transition from the acceleration and burst
phase into the sprint phase of running, different muscles
groups are engaged, each of which requires specific
training.stix-generated resistance against the key upperbody muscle groups, fighters build strength where they
need it most, maximizing every second of training. The
Insane Bolt targets the muscle groups needed to maximize
both stride length and frequency—the two major elements
of speed—during the sprint phase. The Insane Bolt
operates similarly to the Leapfrog, but with a longer
6-meter Slastix®, it now develops athletes’ form and
sprinting strength. With the Slastix at a near maximum
stretch (18 meters) between them, athletes begin
sprinting simultaneously. The trail runner, propelled by
the lead runner’s pull and Slastix® resistance, experiences
the mechanics of running faster while opening his stride

LEAP FROG
The Leapfrog was designed to focus on over speed—or
maximum speed—training. Just like a game of leapfrog, two
partners wearing waist belts (one athlete and a trainer or
other athlete) are joined via a 120 centimeters Slastix (see
photo) while the two take turns shuffling, back-pedaling,
or engaging in a variety of sports-specific performance
drills. While simultaneously running the Leapfrog utilizes
the individuals’ own speed and weight to provide a gradual
resistance for their partner as the lead athlete runs ahead
of the other until maximum resistance is nearly achieved.
At this point, the trailing runner is pulled forward in a burst
of speed, as they alternate coaxing each other to spring
forward adapting to a longer stride while improving their

Codelocks Cabinet Locks provide simple keyless access
control solutions for a wide range of lockers, cabinets
and cupboards. Fitted as new or as a simple replacement
for previously installed key cam systems the Cabinet
Locks provide immediate, cost effective, keyless access
control. The Cabinet Locks have four program levels. The
Master Code can be used to put the lock into two types
of operation: the default Multiple User Mode for repeated
