The Company is registered as the foreign trade company for trading with food and other products, providing port services, small-borders trade, performing industry investments works, export of goods, mediation, forwarding of goods and other services in foreign trade Currently, the major part of income comes from renting of its own business premises. On making Opening-Balance and Program of privatization there were no substantial business activities within registered basic activities. At this moment is not visible any certain possibility of its basic activities, or that the company will deal with these activities. Šipad Export-Import dd was active in foreign trading and engineering activities. The company has a very long tradition in this field, especially in wood and wood industry. Company exported beech-tree cut wood and soft wood materials in all dimensions and quantity, half-finished products as boards, pannels lamelled boards of full wood and plywood, veneer parquet, packing materials, palettes, furniture and furniture parts. Company provided engineering services abroad, from projecting material, eqipment, consulting and building of objects to construction works and providing of required elements for their installation. With a very high-wuality level and highly aesthetic requests, objects were shipped for catering, tourism, education, health, recreatiion, business and sports institutions.
