Question/
Purpose:
Does Mentos dissolve faster in
a cup of vinegar or a cup of 7UP?
Hypothesis:
I believe that the Mentos will
condense in the glass of
vinegar.
Materials:
 Mentos
 A quarter glass of vinegar
 A quarter glass of 7-UP
 Pencil
 Paper
 Measuring cup
 Timer
Procedure:
1. Gather all your materials
2. Place 2 cups on the table
3. Fill a quarter cup with
vinegar
4. Fill the second cup with a
quarter of 7-UP.
5. Place 1 Mentos in each cup
6. Start the timer
7. Observe and report
