PRESENTATION
AIPnD has organized an Aerospace Meeting to be held in
Vergiate (VA) at AgustaWestland facilities.
The purpose of the Meeting is to show through scientific
presentations the state of art of Non-Destructive Testing
on components designed for Aerospace field; specific
attention will be focused on certification of personnel,
going through the different methodologies that are
applied also in innovative ways. The Meeting will also
have a relevant international scope by analyzing
important subject matters for people working with
Nadcap accreditation.
The Meeting will also include the visit to the
AgustaWestland production line of Vergiate facilities and
the visit of the Agusta Museum where it will be possible
to enhance and deepen the story of this important
Company that has now branches all over the world.
The Meeting will be very interesting also for people not
directly involved in the Aerospace field, but strongly
convinced that present and future challenges can be
overcome only through technological excellence.
The maximum number of acceptable registrations is 110
participants. Registration fee is € 150,00 VAT
included for AIPnD members and € 180,00 VAT
included for non-members. Completed Registration
Form, together with copy of money transfer/bank
remittance, has to be sent to AIPnD within Friday
September 12th, 2014 (invoice will be issued upon
receipt of payment); late and/or on.site registrations
won’t be accepted.
Registration fees include: access to scientific sessions,
educational and meeting material, coffee-break and
lunch, certificate of attendance, visit to the
AgustaWestland production line of Vergiate and, if
requested, visit of the Agusta Museum of Cascina Costa
di Samarate (VA).

moreover, we inform that during the whole day no

CANCELLATION POLICY
Only written requests sent to AIPnD within Monday
September 15th, 2014 will be considered (50% of the
paid fee will be refunded). No registration fee refunds
can be made for late requests. The participants that
cannot take part in the event can be substituted sending
a new Security Form.
RESPONSIBILITY
AIPnD and AgustaWestland don’t take the responsibility
of possible accidents or damages that could occur during
the meeting.
